Chiropractic is based on the scientific fact that your body is a self-regulating, self-healing organism. These important functions are controlled by the brain, spinal cord, and all the nerves of the body. The skull protects the delicate tissues of the brain. The moving bones of the spine protect the vulnerable communication pathways of the spinal cord and nerve roots. If the nervous system is impaired, it can cause malfunction of the tissues and organs throughout the body. Doctors call this the Vertebral Subluxation Complex.

Because of the way your spine is designed, abnormal spinal function caused from physical trauma, emotional tensions, or chemical toxins can affect the delicate tissues of the spinal cord and nerve roots. While commonly associated with the spine, the pinched nerve (compressive lesion) is actually rare.

Before I came to your office, I was having double vision and headaches, then to top it all off something happened to my lower back, the pain became unbearable. I went to my general practitioner who advised me not to go to a chiropractor, and even though I had my own doubts about chiropractic, after being in pain for a couple of days, I decided it couldn't hurt me any.

Doc Turpin assessed me, took xrays and came up with a plan of action. I was so tired of not feeling my best and not moving well. One visit wasn't going to fix anything so I went all in. Every visit I feel better, I move better, I breathe better, my neck and shoulder feel better. It's a fun and energetic place, while staying very professional and to the point. I'm in my 3rd week of treatments and I look forward to many more weeks!

Dr. Turpin had helped me with my arrhythmia, posture, and my shoulder pain has been getting better day after day since I got the orthotics he prescribed. He and his staff are absolutely wonderful. Very friendly and nice. His adjustments are smooth and he is always enthusiastic about making you feel better.

Dr. Turpin and his staff are absolutely amazing. I highly recommend visiting them. I have been a patient of his for over a year, and I always leave there feeling just like new. I work in the shipping industry, and before I started seeing Dr. Turpin, my back was in very bad shape. After sitting in a chair for any period of time, I could not stand up straight.
I tried 'fixing myself' by cracking my own back, but it didn't do any good. After two visits with Dr. Turpin, that problem was gone. I haven't had that problem since. Not only does Dr. Turpin do a wonderful job at making you feel as good as new, he educates you on what you can do to keep your spine flexible, and hence feeling great. He and his staff are extremely friendly, and work with me on my ever-changing work hours. Give his office a call. You will be glad you did!
