Best Chiropractor Ever - Dr. Cart and Dr. Dilliard are both amazing but Dr. Dilliard is so intuitive and when he treats your body he knows exactly where to go, what it needs and what to do. You don't even have to say anything half the time. They are both very uplifting and positive. The staff is friendly and awesome - been coming here for 2 years and soon moving out of state.
Its going to be hard to find one to fill these big shoes. They don't just treat the spine here - it seems they have the knowledge of healing the body as a whole regardless of what your issue is.

Absolutely wonderful! First time going to any chiropractor. Doctor Dillard and his staff really took the time to educate me and reassure me I was in good care. I went in due to some back pain after lifting some heavy weights. Could barely move as it felt like a sharp pinch in my back then suddenly instant pain down my leg. They did some x-rays and found I had a sublixated spine. Provided me a treatment plan, all while working with my budget. I'm on my third month and already feeling the difference. Thank you!

I have been going to Dr. Dillard for about 3 yrs. My experience has been Great! My back issues and neck issues have improved since being treated. Everything is not perfect, but so much better with mobility! I have joint replacements in knees and hips. I work out in the pool which helps. Dr. Dillard has told me you have to show up and do the work. I will be showing up and continuing my progress Thank you, Dr. Dillard to you and your staff for all that you do!

I've been seeing him for 8 yrs and like the way he keeps track of your progress. He is always attentive to my needs and answers any questions I have. I also sent my husband to him and have referred friends to him. I consider Dr. Dilliard way beyond better then other chiropractors. I have been seeing Dr. Dilliard since 2018 after I was referred by my lawyer following a car accident. Immediately I was welcomed into the Dilliard Chiropractic family. The entire staff was (and still is) so genuine, sincere and empathetic. The office staff are easy to work with and always do their best to get me appointments that work with my schedule and even squeeze me in in emergencies. (FYI: Your first appointment will be long because they actually do a full exam and usually X-Rays and may be at a weird time but it's for your benefit so they can spend the time needed with you!) Dr. Dilliard and Dr. K are amazing doctors both specializing in the body as a whole, not just cracking your back and sending you on your way.
They have been able to work miracles. When I originally came I was experiencing severe constipation from the accident that no ER or doctor could help with. After two sessions with Dr. Dilliard I was back to normal. They have taught me how important the spine is in protecting all the nerves which send signals to every part of your body. They have given me at home instructions to keep myself well and not just rely on them.
Personally I have CHOSEN to continue to see them (as opposed to previous chiropractors where I've had to because of only the manipulation) because they are knowledgeable on the entire body and the mind-body relationship. Dr. Dilliard is the only doctor who knows almost every part of my life and I go to him first with any concern over my health because I know I will be given instructions or referrals that are holistic and not just to make money for selling pills.
I have had 3 herniated discs in my lower back for many years and was prescribed various pain pills with all the nasty side effects that comes along with it. Since seeing Dr. Dilliard I haven't had to use anything except the occasional Tylenol. I can go on and on about this doctor and what he has done for my life. Ultimately, I will end on saying that this man of faith is clearly using his God given skills to allow God to work through him to do His good work! Thank you Dr. Dilliard and Team!

I have a great experience here! I am able to move my neck freely when I wasn't able to in the past! Dr. Dilliard and Dr. Kart have great expertise. Superb care, expertly provided, with a high emphasis on individual needs. From the first interview and exrays to the education for daily at home care that promotes healing and helps prevent "flare-ups", I have found Dr. Dilliard to be a knowledgeable and empathetic Chiropractor. The office is staffed highly educated medical and therapeutic professionals who have cheerful dispositions and make you feel important!
When my neck was damaged and the hospital Doctors said I needed surgery to permanently fuse my vertebrae, Doc Dilliard disagreed. He has given amazing care that has relieved the symptoms and actually repaired much of the damage (as shown on follow-up exrays). I have gone from nearly bedridden to fully active in less than a year! I recommend Dr. Dilliard to all people from babies to geriatrics. He has the knowledge and expertise to make a positive difference in your life.
