Dr. Duncan Mukeku has been a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) for over 10 years. He is a 2005 graduate of Life University in Marietta, Georgia. He started at his first Oak Park location in 2006. During his years in practice, Dr. Duncan has taken care of thousands of patient cases utilizing specialized techniques that include Diversified, Full Spine, Thompson, and Activator technique, Cranial Sacral therapy, as well as many others, achieving results for the most difficult cases.

I started receiving adjustments about 3 weeks ago, I came in due to severe knee pain, using a cane/walker. Since seeing Dr. Duncan, my knee has improved drastically. One of the noticeable things I have been able to do that I had not been able to do in the last 2 1/2 months is to put on my shoes/socks (right foot) without pain. Slowly and surely, the adjustments are improving my overall mobility and the pain is becoming less. The staff are professional and kind as well. I look forward to walking pain-free soon!

Dr. Mukeku I have known him since he first started here in Oak Park. He KNOWS what he is doing. He solved my neck pain in 30 seconds that other Chiropractors spent many sessions working on or can't ever figure out. I had went elsewhere because I had moved away, but I came back here to get help with my neck and he came through. It is important to do follow up sessions but there is absolutely no beating around the bush. He and his family are friendly and very respectful. They also have a massage team and I highly recommend the massage in the target areas before the adjustment.

I went to see Dr. Duncan a few times after an accident I sustained but everytime I saw Dr. Duncan I was afraid he didn't know what he was doing and he was going to hurt me worse. He is not gentle nor careful, I felt like he wasn't taking the necessary time to examine and listen to any new complaints I may have had. I had been to chiropractors before but Dr. Duncan did not make me comfortable at all.
Then when I had my new Dr. send over an autorization for copies of my medical records and xrays to be sent to them Dr. Duncan told me that he would have to charge me for any and all copies of xrays and medical records I wanted to be sent to my new dr. I was not happy about that at all. I have never had a dr. charge me before for such things. All I wanted was my new dr. to be up to speed on my current condition and have all the accurate information in front of him but because I could not afford to have the copies made my records will not be as thorough as they should be at my new dr. office. They are definitely not consumer or patient friendly!
