Decompression table is awesome and insanely helpful! I had been having back problems off and on for 3 or 4 years. Lower back pain feeling like it was pinching or tight no matter how I moved. It got so bad this past summer that I couldn't put my socks on by myself. After visiting doc we decided to give the decompression table that he has at his office a try and it kicked my recovery into high gear. It helped so much I can't say it enough. Great office, great people, would recommend to anyone.

I had not felt my normal self, for over 4 years. Soon as I went in to see Dr. Upchurch. everything changed for me. My day to day life got easier. I felt 19 again. Sleeping all night, eating better, moving easier. At one point I was having numbness in my rlight hand and right foot. Now, this is not a over night fix. But he comes at an affordable price. For a self-employed person. If you have back, hip, neck pain. Go see him.

After several visits to my PCP, an mri, many pain killers and weeks of Physical Therapy, I continued to have intense back and leg pain. Then I found Dr. Upchurch and got lasting relief! After about three weeks of adjustments, I no longer needed to rely on pain killers and was able to return to work. I'm incredibly grateful to be on the mend. I'm able to drive again and recently resumed working out. I couldn't be happier. It also helps that everyone in the office is always extremely pleasant and kind.

Being an accountant, I sit most of the day. I had pain in my right hip and leg and limited range of motion. Doc Upchurch not only does chiropractic adjustments, but stretching the ligaments so that your joints stay in the proper alignment. He got me repaired and I was able to get through a very long and grueling tax season. Now to keep up maintenance and stay on the right path! Doc is very knowledgeable, patient and takes the time to explain everything and how it works. His office is very easy to work with and getting an appointment is never a problem. Fantastic! I recently returned to chiropractic after suffering from a pinched nerve in the upper-back. Dr. Upchurch has moved very slow with me, addressing any concerns and has taken the time to explain what he is doing as he adjusts me. He has been amazingly gentle and I have seen immediate results. The office is easy to work with and getting in for an appointment is no problem.
