Established in 1983, Facca Chiropractic Clinic has been providing chiropractic services and quality care to Royal Oak, Birmingham and Troy residents over the past few decades. Dr. Facca's goal is to ensure patients understand what is causing the pain and what can be done in effort to realize daily comfort is maintained. For new patients, Dr. Facca, completes a Chiropractic / Orthopedic / Neurological exam which includes discussion with each patient about their current conditions and health history.

Chiropractic care is like building a house - certain things have to happen in a particular order in order for everything to stand strong and work correctly. When building a house, if you tried to put up your walls before you had a solid foundation, your walls would be weak and eventually collapse. If you tried to put on your roof before the walls were ready, you would run into the same problem. The same is true for your body. Your body has to go through a particular plan of care in order to repair itself correctly and fully.
Most people are under the assumption that if they don't feel any pain that there is nothing wrong with them - that they are healthy. Unfortunately, pain is a very poor indicator of health. In fact, pain and other symptoms frequently only appear after a disease or other condition has become advanced.

I've been going to Dr. Facca for years and trust him with not only my back concerns but my health too. He uses the latest technology and approaches the body as a system. There is no up selling or manipulating one for his benefit. If he can help, he will. if he can't he will suggest other solutions outside his practice. Bob is an experienced, forward thinking practitioner and I would recommend him to anybody!

I've had pain in my lower back, hip and knee since my fall about 3 weeks ago. Ice, heat, rest and NSAID's only gave me very limited relief. After just 3 visits with Dr. Facca my pain level has been significantly reduced and I look forward to continuing my recovery program. Dr. Facca spend a considerable amount of time explaining the condition of my spine and the course he was going to take in my treatment. I have confidence in Dr. Facca.

My wife and I have been under Dr. Bob's care for decades. That is because of his personal and case specific knowledge and treatments for each of our different needs. He knows each patient's specific characteristics and carefully administers treatments accordingly. Thus my general sense of well being has much improved through time under the care of Bob. Battling some degree of scoliosis has has been greatly alleviated because of his care.
For this I am grateful. We have followed Bob as his offices have been relocated, seeing positive improvements along the way. And this is over 30 or 40 years. They don't come any better than Dr. Bob!

What can I say about Dr. Bob. He is just the best. I had bad back pain, neck issues, and had to stop my golf and other sports. A friend of mine recommended him and within a few treatments I was feeling better. I soon started getting my life back and am now playing golf again. I have been a patient for about 2 years now, and I would not want to change any treatment he has been doing or suggesting. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for chiropractic at its best. The office staff is always warm and welcoming as well.

When my lower back pain got in the way of my daily activities, a good friend referred me to Facca Chiropractic. I have been a patient of Dr. Facca now for about two months. He took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns during my initial visit and has been nothing short of professional. The clinic is right on Woodward and is very easy to get in and out of. It is clean and spacious. Most importantly, the staff is very kind and courteous and have always greeted me with a smile and a warm hello.
