Effective Chiropractic

After I moved I needed to find another chiropractor. My acupuncture therapist recommended Effective Integrative Healthcare. The staff is great and they fit me right in! The doctor is very knowledgeable and explained what my issues are and the plan for treatment. I left there feeling great after my first visit and am looking forward to ongoing pain relief!

I have been going to Effective Integrative Healthcare off and on since 2016. In the last few months it was decided that trigger point injections are something we needed to try. Dr. Victoria Proctor specializes in these treatments. Since I started seeing her it has been nothing short of a great experience. I have experienced a practitioner that asks the necessary questions to find the source of the issue to enact a plan against it.

Her bed side manner, personality and ability to relate and conversate have only added to my comfortability of working with her. The treatments she has provided me have made a world of a difference in my overall quality of life and I can't stop recommending her and these treatments enough.

I'm a new patient, who's been coming for a little over a month now and everyone is friendly and nice. Dr. Erin has been great and optimistic in my progress; all the other doctors are nice and caring as well. I really like that everything- all my health-care treatment plans can be done in the same place (chiropractic care, dry needling, PT, and acupuncture, as well as massage). Everyone has been nice, caring, and understanding.

I have been going to Effective Integrative Healthcare for the past 3 months. The care program, physical therapy, and adjustments have significantly improved and strengthened my back. The care and attention given by the entire staff from front office, physical therapists and chiropractors is impeccable! I've been recommending this facility to everyone I know.

Incredibly attentive staff. I usually interact with 3 or 4 individuals during my therapy visits including Rachel at the front desk, Reggie, "T" and another very nice young lady. (I wish at the moment I could remember her name) All very nice. Terrific attention and concern to tracking improvement. After some therapy I see Dr. Hardnet or Dr. Anderson for my adjustment. Very casual friendly atmosphere and I always feel "well-adjusted', so to speak, when I leave. Highly recommend!

This practice is fantastic! I have been receiving chiropractic care and highly recommend doing the same. The staff is so caring and always makes sure my needs are met. I love the availability of appointments to fit my schedule and look forward to them every time! Dr. Erin took time to carefully go over my x-rays during my first couple appointments, which helped me better understand my treatment plan, and I'm very thankful for all the care I have received.

I love this place! The doctors and the staff are very accommodating and easy to talk to. To schedule and reschedule appointments is so easy. Dr. Anderson is the best. She helped me ease the pain on my back, my sciatica and even my carpal tunnel. A big relief on my hand after she gave a short massage. Thank you!

I have been going to EIH for a year now and absolutely love it. I began with acupuncture for my migraines and Carla has been wonderful. As other aches and pains developed, I told her about them and she treated those areas as well. I have zero pain in my foot from my planter fasciitis. I also decided conquer my fear of chiropractic treatment and decided to get adjusted for my head and neck pain. Was shocked to see that my x-ray showed damage that i was not aware of.

The chiropractic treatment has been awesome. As I explained my fear of adjustment, the doctors took great care to make me comfortable through the process. I have felt immediate relief after my very first treatment, And lastly, I feel the need to shout out the front desk staff who have always been so kind and go above and beyond to get you the appointments you need. I love walking in and getting welcomed by Rachel and the other front desk staff every time I visit. I highly recommend EIH for all of the services they provide.

I've been going to Effective Integrated Healthcare, at the Old Mill Rd. location, since shortly after they opened. I'm a 64 year old construction worker, with compressed cervical disc's in neck, and herniated lumbar disc's, in lower back. The doctors and physical therapists, and all the support staff are wonderful people, let along chiropractic professionals.

Each visit is a.pleasant experience, and I always am in better shape with my back problems, then when I walked in. Not to mention, taking the only other option off the table, the knife! Oh my word! WOW! Simply put this is the BEST Chiropractic in the area! The atmosphere is simply delightful! The approach of everyone to help and support people from the front desk to seeing a chiropractor is phenomenal! This is a life long journey and what an incredible way to start.

Dr Joe, Dr Proctor, and staff are extremely professional, knowledgeable and caring. I would easily give 5 stars but I stopped short because I feel they should invest in better equipment and a space more conducive to their IV vitamin treatments. Having these treatments regularly, I feel the company should invest in a more clinical and relaxing setting than what they have. Maybe they can learn from some places in the area that perform IV treatments as their primary business. Thanks

I have been searching for 4 years for a Chiropractor that also used massage, stretching and PT. This is it! I moved to Maryland 4 years ago and have gone to 5 other Chiropractors since then. None of them could compare to Effective Integrative Healthcare! I am so completely thrilled with my care! Everyone in the office is helpful, friendly, kind and sincere.

All of the docs are amazing! The office is clean and neat. They have roller beds, water jet beds, stems, and massage chairs. They have stretching equipment, an inversion table and many other pieces of equipment to help your recovery along. Their Chiropractors are top notch! Dr. Aric has been able to do adjustments on my back and feet that has helped me tremendously.

My husband has now been going with me. He had some bad experiences with other Chiropractors, so was hesitant to go to another one. But he decided to go after my experiences were so positive. He is also very pleased with the care he is receiving. I've always enjoyed going to Effective Integrative Healthcare. They take a whole-person approach to what issues you are having - it's not just going to get your back cracked by the Chiropractor. It's also physical therapy if you need it, and they aren't just trying to treat symptoms - they do everything they can to find and treat the actual source of the issue. (They completely fixed a shoulder impingement for me a few years ago - prior to that an orthopedist shot me full of cortisone, sent me off to PT, and called it a day - it alleviated symptoms for a bit, but didn't fix the problem) They are also super super friendly on top of being knowledgeable and capable.

I've always felt like family - like they truly care about who I am as a person, and that's a good feeling to have when you are walking in the door dealing with an issue that is causing pain. I highly recommend Effective Integrative Healthcare.
