Sometimes you have to rethink your approach. Sometimes you have to commit to a project full force or it will not pan out. I mention this because as a former healthcare provider I believe it and I've seen halfhearted approaches whereas the patient expects miraculous results. I fractured my low back when I was ten years old and from that point out I have progressively lost function and have felt soreness and pain. It was just part of life for me, but I knew others did not live like this. I have a Masters degree in Sports Medicine.

I had severe daily headaches and it would be a miracle for me if I went a day without one. I went to so many doctors, neurologists and had all the testing done. The only thing they would suggest is medication. I got tired of it and decided to go see a chiropractor! I am beyond happy that I chose Central PA Spinal Health! Dr. Fullmer took X-rays and told me exactly what needs to be fixed!
It's been about two months since I've started my treatments and I have gone weeks without a headache! I'm beyond happy and thankful for his help! Definitely recommend everyone to go see him!

I started treatments with Dr. Fullmer last October and couldn't be happier with the results! I shopped around for a while, and was unpleasantly surprised that a majority of the Chiropractors in the area were just going to treat me with monthly alignments, without reviewing my history and without xrays? Predetermined, one size fits all for all patients?
That they woud "diagnose" and tell me that a monthly adjustment for the rest of my life would "fix" all my problems over the phone? That was concerning. I was active duty military for 26 years, so have had chiropractic treatement in multiple states with quality Dr's, so I understand what REAL treatment should look like. After reading multiple reviews from prior patients that had RECEIVED his care and were so SATISFIED that they took the time to write a review, I made an appointment. Dr Fullmer did a full written/verbal history review, current symptoms discussion, and X-rays, BEFORE determining what treatment would be required for me.
He has provided multiple therapies to correct my problems. He is straight forward and direct, and his plan got to the root of my problems instead of just treating the symptoms. In the end, it comes down to the results, and I'm extremely pleased with the quality and personalized care I received, and more importantly, with the relief from neck, upper back, shoulder, hip and knee pain.

I had been suffering from pain since June 2020, but have seen many chiropractors in my life for other back pain. Dr. Fullmer, is very knowledgeable in his field. His techniques were not what I'm used to however, have proven to relieve my pain faster and longer than other treatments have. Fullmer is understanding and flexible regarding individual's changing schedules.

Common theme: 1 Star Reviews: Never had treatment from Dr. Fullmer 5 Star Reviews: Had treatment and were thrilled. This is the second time I've had treatment from Central PA Spinal Health. The first time my back felt much better than it had in years. Returned this January following a bad accident. Treatment is ongoing, but my back is improving. Reviews from people who never utilized a service are roughly as reliable as a sundial at midnight. ~Kevin Miller

I've had back and neck pain from my time in the army. They have continued for the five years I've been out. I've tried chiropractors and massages in combonation for years. It relieved some of the pain for about a week or two but I was always back. Dr. Fullmer found that I have scoliosis. With his treatments, I feel like i did before all of my injuries piled up during the army. I would recommend Dr. Fullmer to anyone going through back or neck pain.

Dr. Fullmer is a great doctor. Always super friendly, always really happy, and always genuinely concerned about the health of his patients. I had never been to a chiropractor before and with a painful lower back sent me on my way to have my first chiropractic adjustment. I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience at his practice. Dr. Fullmer really takes the time to figure out what's going on and makes a specific treatment plan for your case.
I went in on my first visit with lower back pain that I labelled as a 9 out of 10. With just one adjustment that pain subsided immensely and I knew I was on the right track towards a successful recovery. I do not have any complaints and I would recommend him to anyone. P.S. 5 years later and my back is still better than ever!
