Been having a hard time finding a chiropractor who takes our insurance (regence ump) but this place does and my wife and I were super thrilled to finally be able to get adjusted. The staff were all polite, friendly and prompt. Dr. Bethanne is very good at what she does. I was left speechless after my adjustment. She knew exactly what I needed and I am so grateful for her expertise in her field. Thank you!

This is not my first but SECOND time coming back to Tacoma family chiropractic for my injuries. They are AMAZING! The front desk gals are so sweet, Since I've came here they always make you feel so welcomed like family. They are the first company to always greet by name & they remember my name which is so rare. I love it. The staff alone is amazing, the doctors are patient and take really good care of you and they do everything in their power to get you back feeling like yourself again. For as long as they remain in business they will forever be my first choice. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Bethanne is the best chiropractor I've ever been to in the state of Washington. My first experience was a provider in Sunrise and he didn't take the time to really do a thorough job. It felt more like I was just another number to complete for his daily charts. I've only seen one other provider at the office and she's the only one I would recommend due to her efficiency and her know how. I also adore the staff as they are all really wonderful and work you in when you really need an adjustment.

The staff and Dr.'s at Tacoma Chiropractic are hands down the best. The staff and Dr.'s are friendly and most importantly great listeners. They truly listen to your concerns and needs. Then, go above and beyond to ensure that their patients feel better when they walk out of their office. They also have great communication skills and are efficient in their work. I drive from Puyallup to Tacoma because I am so pleased with their work.

I was a long time patient of almost a decade at this office. On my last appointment during the holidays I not only confirmed my ongoing bi-monthly appointments I was assured that they would continue as scheduled. When I didn't get called to confirm my 1st appointment of the year, I called the office and was told I wasn't on the schedule. No one at that time bothered to tell me that my appointment schedule had been deleted and all my appointments given away.

Even though they admitted it was an error on their part they made very little effort to fix the situation. Not only were they unwilling to reinstate my treatment schedule or find another time slot for me, they refused to even make the attempt to find an acceptable solution. All they were willing to offer me was to be put on a cancellation list with zero chance of regular appointments with my therapist or to schedule a time that works and bounce me back and forth randomly between their other therapists with again no hope of having my appointments with a therapist I have worked with for over five years. So if you are looking for a place that values you as a patient and client I suggest looking elsewhere as they really don't care about you or your treatments.

This place is amazing. All the doctors are great and my massage therapist, Mellissa is the best! They all take such good care of me and really care about my well being. Front desk staff is nice too. If you are looking for a new chiropractic place, this is it!

Such a friendly staff at this office. Dr. Scott was very helpful and assessed my issues very confidently and professionally. I will be using this practice for all of my future chiropractic needs.

I have been coming to Tacoma Family Chiropractor for over a year as I followed an amazing massage therapist Jore. If you want a medical massage that is rooted in full wellness please seek out this clinic. I can not speak much into their chiropractic abilities however I often hear patients in the lobby or clinic praising how great they feel. This clinic is a great family friendly environment. They do take most insurances and private pay as well.

My teenage son was having new onset headaches. TFC was able to fit him in for an appointment early on a Saturday morning which was super convenient! Dr Jason was awesome, very kind, thorough and explained everything well in lehman terms for my kid to understand. The front desk staff could improve on customer service (maybe it was an early morning thing), but other than that, a great Tacoma resource.

The office crew are so friendly and accommodating! My husband and I both see different chiropractors in the office and have been completely satisfied, they know what they're doing. We both feel very fortunate to have found this office, especially being new to the area.

I have been going to Tacoma Family Chiropractic for years. I always recommend it to all my family and friends. They are amazing! After a car accident I was in really bad shape and Dr. Jason and Dr. Bethanne helped me healing. Now, every time I'm in pain or having headaches I go there for an adjustment instead of using a ridiculous amount of medication. Everyone is super friendly in their office.

Have been seeing Jason Stockton on and off for years and I've always left feeling better. He listens and has post-visit suggestions for exercises to do at home. Have seen Dr Bethanne (today) and fell immediate relief with my lumbar back spasms. Recommend both with confidence.

This place is very good, they are all nice. They will always make time for me. Dr. Jason Stockton came to see me even on his day off. It really does feel like home there. The massages are nice also. They provide everything you need there. I would definitely recommend you to go there.

This is my new favorite chiropractic office. I've been through several in Tacoma and so happy to find this one. Their staff are all super friendly and I have a had adjustments from 2 of the doctors and they are knowledgeable and talented. Sometimes you feel chiropractors and massage therapists give you the same thing each time. Just walking through the motions.

Here they change up the treatment based on your physical needs! I like that they have the roller table that allows you to loosen up prior to adjustments. (I need one of these in my house!) I have never seen this table before. And I've been to a LOT of chiropractic offices between Olympia and Tacoma. I have had adjustment here that nobody has done, hello wrist and hands!

I can't believe how badly I needed that. Their massage is tops and knowledgeable. In fact I use Jorge & he is also a licensed physical therapist so I am getting the full works in care and knowledge of my issues. The office is super clean & nice ambiance. I never have trouble finding parking & they are all so friendly.

I visited thinking this was a top chiropractor in Tacoma. I had recently had an MRI so I knew exactly which discs were problematic and needed to be focused on. After 5+ sessions lasting a total of 10 minutes each max, I realized the chiropractor did not have any ability to treat my bulging disc issues. I'm not sure why he didn't just tell me that.

In addition, the "traction" machine costs extra, that info was not shared with me. I also received a final invoice 120+ days after my last visit without any previous mention of a remaining balance. 2 stars because office staff were friendly.

Dr. Scott and staff were super friendly. He was patient with me as this was my first time visiting a chiropractor office. He's also quite funny. I recall sharing a couple laughs. My back complications are very mild, so I'm not quite sure if the 1st session helped or not. I did experience very vague pain the day after (which is normal). Overall great experience!

The staff is really nice and so accommodating. They don't make me feel bad if I have to reschedule last minute and work hard to work around my schedule. I see Dr. BethAnn and she knows my body better than I do. I can describe a pain and she can touch without me telling her where it is. They're all great and I highly recommend them!

All of the doctors I find are very knowledgeable at their craft. The support staff is very capable, and has the ability to deal with the tough old grouchy men like myself. But beware of BethAnne, be nice to her cause she adjusts your back and when she gives that evil grin, payback is coming! All seriousness BethAnne is great and really knows how to help when you are hurting! I would call her an angels but I can see her horns!

I have been coming to Tacoma Family Chiropractor about a year on a recommendation from a coworker. I am so happy that I made the decision to come here it is the best place to be treated. My primary Dr Jason is the best and I always leave refreshed and ready to go after my visits with him. Another Dr Bethanne is also amazing she has helped me with issues I had with my hands they always feel amazing after leaving there. I now can easily say I recommend this practice. Awesome Dr's and a wonderful very friendly and helpful staff absolutely love it.

Dr. Bethanne is the best! She always knows exactly what each of my of us need. She takes the time to listen and gently adjusts each of us (5 in total). I absolutely love how well she pinpoints my trouble spots. Her bedside manner is impeccable, even the kids love coming.

I love Tacoma Family Chiropractic. While maintaining a very professional environment they are super friendly and welcoming. Both Dr Jason and Dr Scott make easy conversation while giving you a quick adjustment and getting you back on your way. Most of my visits I am in and out in about 20 mins. I appreciate it because I can slip in for a quick adjustment and be back on my day with no effort. Been going here for 3 years or so now and can easily say I strongly recommend.

I have been a patient of Dr. Baretich for over two years. I live in U.P. and must drive by two dozen chiropractic offices much closer to me but I rather drive the extra miles to be under the care of Dr. Baretich. She is extra knowledgeable when it comes to sports injuries and sports medicine. I have my son and significant other go to her as well. So now I want to take this opportunity to recommend her at large

I have been to see Dr. Bethanne several times, but took a break earlier this year due to time constraints, surgery, life, etc. I finally dragged myself back in today. My whole body has been in pain for way too long and I am so glad I returned. I pay per session, but have also been on the wellness plan (which truthfully, I should probably do again soon).

I feel so much better after I leave! They have a super cool rolling table you can lay on before or after your appointment. Today, I did it before my appointment and I already started to feel better. If only I could have one of those in my house! The adjustment was great, as always. Neck, shoulders, back, hips! I'm good to go!

Dr. Bethanneis a healer. I never believed in chiro until I met her, and she adjusts you according to what your body needs. Have you ever gotten your wrists adjusted? I did! Had no idea this was even an option. She goes out of her way to tell you exactly in anatomy and physiology why or what hurts, and I can't be more grateful for this. It was most helpful to hear of what exercises I should do more at the gym.

She will pinpoint your weaknesses, which makes it easier for you to get better and progress. On top of all of her medical knowledge, she is the sweetest doctor. I recommend asking for her for your next visit to this office! There is no gimmicks in this clinic. Public parking is on the streets and free. They are now opened on Saturdays. The front staff are great, and Piper is so nice. Thank you, staff!
