I was originally planning on becoming a dentist and was completing my college prerequisites when I was injured in two rear-end motor-vehicle-accidents within 2-days! I suffered significant, constant pain for the first time in my life and no one could provide relief or answers (medical care and physical therapy were treatments prescribed).
Dr. Ruckman, formally known as Dr. Long, was born in Davenport, Iowa while her Dad attended Palmer Chiropractic College. After which, her family moved to a small town in Missouri, where she grew up as one of seven children in the chiropractic lifestyle. She studied Art and Psychology at Washington University in St. Louis, and then moved to Marietta, GA to attend Life University.
Kami was born and raised with her 9 brothers and sisters in Sonoma County, California. In 2002, she left sunny California in search of a change of pace. Prior to her working at Atlas Family Chiropractic, she had worked in many customer service settings and knew that her outgoing personality would take her wherever she wanted to go.

Great place and very friendly staff. My son has seen Dr Roundy for a few years now for regular adjustments and he is very informative and explains everything while you are getting adjusted. When he broke his ankle he went in to get laser treatment which cut his healing time in half. Just recently our dog injured her leg and we brought her in for laser treatments with Dr Roundy too. I highly recommend Altas to anyone looking for a great chiropractor.

Everyone is so great at Atlas. The front and back office staff are so kind and helpful. This experience is different from any other chiropractic clinic. and I mean this in a great way if you have ever been concerned with manipulation you need to check out there website to see what I mean. I have been suffering from chronic hip pain for years following an accident in 2008. In 2014 at the age of 47 I had a total hip replacement in my left hip. Over the last 2-3 years I have been in debilitating following an additional injury in my right hip. I thought that I would need another total hip replacement in my right hip. I stopped by Altas Family Chiropractic and spoke with Dr Roundy about my situation.
He told me about his experience with a therapy called PiezoWave and how it helped him. He was so impressed that he bought the equipment for his practice. Sure enough, just like he said, I noticed dramatic improvement after the first session. I have only had to do a couple of treatments a week and after approximately a month I feel like I am 95% healed.
I am 54 years old and I run a decorative concrete company, a very physically demanding job. I now feel like I have a new lease on life. I now only wish that I had discovered this before my first surgery. I can't recommend this team highly enough. The staff is very friendly and the services that they provide are cutting edge.

I saw these docs- each one- a few years ago. They collect before and after data which really impressed me. I felt like I was listing sideways sometimes and they corrected that by adjusting my neck. I had a lot of cracking sounds when I moved my head. They adjusted that. The only reason I stopped is my insurance wouldn't keep covering it. But I wish I could go every week.
I am starting back again now that I am retired and have new insurance. The listing is back and so is the cracking sound and it motivated me to return to them. I even recommended them to a friend dealing with severe migraines. I hope they find the success I did!

Amazing experience each and every visit. Fantastic doctors and staff. My son, who's 7 years old, has been going here since he was a newborn and they are always great with him. He has lots of energy and they are always patient with him. Somehow they seem to get him to cooperate with getting adjusted, just amazing. The doctors and staff actually list when you have a complaint about a pain here or there and will try to address the issue during that current visit.
They also take the time out to talk with you about stretches and different exercises to help whatever is ailing you. They genuinely care about their patients. I will always recommend Atlas Family Chiropractic to anyone who asks me to recommend a chiropractor.

Dr Nicki is a great doctor! I have seen her for multiple years and have always been happy with the care and attention she gives me. The office is clean and very well lit. And the office staff does a very good job booking my appointments correctly and charging me for my visits. I definitely appreciate the care plans they offer to help with the overall costs of care.

Dr. Roundy And all the other doctors, and really the entire staff have been exceptionally professional and speak to me like I understand what's happening with my body rather than treating me like a five-year-old like some doctors do. I feel safe in their care and I trust their opinions and advice. I would recommend Anyone to this office. More recently, Dr. Roundy has been working with newer types of care and is excited to recommend them. It's good to see an office looking forward medically

Dr. Nicole (Long) Ruckman was my Chiropractor for several years at her previous practice, but the past year at Atlas Family Chiropractic. She has always been very conscientious, personable and truly wants to determine the best course of therapies for my well-being. So far fantastic they were very professional and the staff at front desk greeted me by name having not met me at all. I appreciated the time that doctor Long spent with me and thoroughly explaining what the tests and procedures we were doing in great detail heading into my next appointment.
