New Patient Center Report

We understand that arriving at a chiropractic office for the first time can be nerve racking. If you've never experienced chiropractic care before, you may not know what to expect when you come to our Cocoa chiropractic office for the first time. Filling out paperwork, learning new faces, and getting to know your way around the office can be an overwhelming experience.

What to Expect Report

In some ways, one could say that chiropractic care is a bit like building a house - certain things have to happen in a particular order in order for everything to stand strong and work together correctly. When building a house, if you tried to build your walls before you had a solid foundation, your walls would be weak and eventually may even collapse.

Your First Visit Report

On your first visit, you can expect to have a conversation first with the doctors about what's bothering you. They will ask you do to some simple range-of-motion exercises to help us evaluate your health. After examining your posture, we may take some x-rays if necessary. We will also perform a physical examination consisting of an orthopedic and neurological assessment.

First time going to Cocoa Chiropratic and I thought they were all amazing. I Saw Dr. Canavan and he was amazing. He was gentle walked me through everything and asked if I had any questions through everything, knew I was nervous about adjustments but was very gentle. During ultrasound the tech said what she was using and should me. Loved the whole experience and will be going back again.

I am very careful about what chiropractor I go to. I worked in the chiropractic field for 15 years so I know they are not all created equal. My chiropractor retired and he referred me to cocoa chiropractic center. It is a 40 minute drive and I have lots of chiropractors around where I live but I am so glad I made the trip. The whole experience was perfect. I feel so much better already. I just wish I wouldn't have waited so long before I actually made the appointment.

I have been going to Cocoa Chiropractic for 21 years now. Every time I've been in any accident or just lifted something wrong and was in pain, Dr Paul has always given me relief upon my first visit.
