First visit was years ago, went really well had a lot of adjustments and I felt great and lighter leaving the appointment. Second visit I was in and out of the office within a couple minutes. He didn't do near the amount of adjustments he had the first time and I am leaving with a new neck pain that was not previously there. He seemed rushed the entire time, wouldn't let me take a deep breathe between the adjustments and didn't instruct me to do so like he did the previous visit.

I was confused when he said he was done but kicked me out the door as quick as possible. The "Adjustment" was done under a minute, and that was it. If you are looking for a new neck pain at the price of $41 dollars this is the place. I feel like I've been gypped and now I am in physical pain on top of that.

They superseded our expectations! Wonderful office staff, very friendly and kind. Dr John is very knowledgeable and doesn't hesitate to share that with you. Thank you for a great experience! We will be back!

Was my first visit to this practice and can already tell it is a quality spot. The doctor was attentive to any and all my issues and was thorough in in how he explained not only how he was going to manipulate my body but also in explaining what I can do to ensure the procedure was the most effective in finding the release I was looking for.

I couldn't walk on my own when I went inside. John fixed me after one visit. I have been coming for a couple months since. There are also massage therapy services available.

Dr John is a fantastic chiropractor, gets right to the problem area and I always walk out feeling so much better. being a walk in clinic is a bonus!

Oh man Thanks John, I had a pinched nerve in my lower back and after that first adjustment. Ahhhhhh felt so much better. Did need to get a few more adjustments but I can move again.

John has gotten me through some very difficult times. He's very thorough, very knit, and has a wonderful personality. I highly recommend his services to any with bone and joint, nerve issues. If he CAN help, he WILL help.

My first visit Dr. John was incredible! He took time to explain what was wrong with me, did x-rays, walked me through a treatment plan, asked about chiro history, etc. Excellent customer service. After a few months of appointments, I brought my husband in for a first visit, assuming he would love it as well! Dr. John didn't do x-rays, didn't walk through a treatment plan, didn't ask about chiro history.

It was a really strange difference and it continued even when I came in by myself after my husband's appointment. He didn't do anything wrong technically, but I just got weird vibes after bringing my husband in so eventually I stopped going.

Dr. Bouma has helped me and my kids on so many occasions. He has always helped and he keeps it real and honest! I brought my son to another chiropractor because Dr. Bouma was out of town and my son was only in town for a short visit. The other chiropractor was trying to sell us a huge expensive package to cure my son. When we went back to see Dr. Bouma he said that all that expense was not necessary and showed my son how to get better for free after he adjusted him. He is always honest and personable as well. He does not try to take advantage. He is great!

John is the best! Practical approach to helping you out with no salesmanship for packages or more services. Always leave this place feeling better than when I entered!

Love the feel of the place. Its totally up to you what you get done. If you have an issue they will work to find it but if you just had a harder week at work and want a quick adjustment just walk in. No appointments needed. Love this place and the staff makes it.

Dr. Bouma is EXCELLENT! As a tradesman, I can sometimes be rough on my body. As a result of an old neck injury, I sometimes need to be aligned. Within 10 minutes, Dr. Bouma can have me aligned, back in place, and out the door. Dr. Bouma will also take X-Rays before he starts, to ensure he will not hurt you more. Office is super clean, staff is always very friendly and willing to help. He now has a client for life!

I was deeply disappointed with Dr. Bouma. I was utterly shocked when he actually fed me the nonsense story that neck adjustments can cause strokes. That is hype by the AMA to scare people away from chiropractic care. If it were true, chiropractors would have been shut down long ago. Dr. Bouma's version was that SELF-adjustments are the dangerous ones.

Since I've been adjusting my own neck between visits for more than 40 years, and often need to do so several times a day, I feel pretty confident about safety. Then, when I was ready to leave, I learned that the office does not make appointments. You show up and you wait. I was flabbergasted. That's completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Only pluses: He took good X-rays and the adjustments were competent. Needless to say, I did not go back.

We took both of my kids to Dr. Bouma after a referral from another one of his patients. As parents of Athletes we want to make sure they are performing at their best, but taking care of their bodies as well. He listened to our concerns, addressed all of them and more. We were so happy that we could get them in prior to school hours as well! Super convenient, wonderful staff. Overall a wonderful experience!
