The purpose of our clinic is to support as many people as possible in their quest for health and to educate them about chiropractic so they may, in turn, educate others. We have adjusted all types and ages, from newborns to patients in thier 90's, from mothers to semi-pro athletes, everyone is welcome! We offer physical therapy, nutritional consults/supplies, sports therapy and of course chiropractic care! We strive to help those in need get better, get active and return to the activities they want to do but may not be able to do to discomfort or pain.

In order to understand the true meaning of what chiropractic really is, one should have a definition, and according to dictionary.com, the first two definitions, though different, are both correct. The first definition is that chiropractic is a system of therapy in which disease is considered the result of abnormal function of the nervous system.
The activator protocol uses a small instrument to aid in the adjustment. The adjustment is extremely low force and requires the patient to only lay on their stomach. We use this technique on the elderly and those whose muscles may be to tight to adjust other ways. If the patient preferes we can adjust anyone with the method.
Your first visit will usually take about 1 hour. When you first come in you will need to fill out some paperwork and we will get a copy of your insurance card if it is applicable. After the paperwork, an exam will be performed and X-rays taken if it is necessary. Finally, an adjustment and physical therapy will be done and the visit is concluded. On the next visit, all the findings and X-rays will be explained in detail to you and the management plan for your specific needs will be reviewed.

I look forward to every HIIT, boxercise and weight class with Sarita and Heidi. The live classes have been essential for me mentally as well as physically during the pandemic and I never miss one. The classes are great fun and it's a positive environment where I've made some really good new friends. There's lots of support around nutrition and healthy eating and regular challenges.

I've been really pleased with my results, especially the 60 day Flamingo challenge I did last year. I went down a dress size, gained muscle and my energy levels increased. The planned menus were delicious and you never go hungry. It's great to be part of a group to help you stay on track and share any temptations! Being healthy has never been more important and this is the best group to join.

This is such a wonderful group run by inspiring people. Fantastic exercise classes that are both fun and varied. It's hard to imagine life without it!
