The website says the have mental health but really they just give you a list of other people and send you on your way. No continued care and don't go to Comcare they gaslight you don't do actual diagnostic and try to make you get meds anyways. So far Kansas has the worst mental health care of most of the states.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! This place is completely unprofessional from the Physicians to the Scheduling Department. They don't return your calls, the kids they have answering the phones are just that, kids! No sympathy whatsoever, horrible phone etiquette and literally just try to rush you off the phone. I was called back and told I urgently needed to get more lab work done, so I did and then have to beg for my results. I'm so disgusted with this place that I'm currently looking for a new provider. Do NOT recommend!

Healthcore needs better customer service. The operators don't seem fully trained for the answers that other health offices are asking for. Called two days in a row to get a patient's records faxed and was told on the first call we would receive them "soon." Never received fax and called the next day (today) and was told by operator they were "working on it." Nothing came in, called again and another operator said they faxed over a release form and still nothing and was transferred to a dental assistant and was told that patient needed to fill out release paperwork, understandable but this was not told first call.
Patient had to go to their office and fill out release paper work in person before his appointment and we still did not receive fax. I called back and operator (same one I spoke to first this morning) said that she "couldn't get ahold of anyone and that she and may be on lunch." Absolutely no help from them and still waiting on those records.

This place is nothing but a bunch of clowns I've had good experience with two doctors the staff on the phone is ridiculous except for the guy just spoke to somebody and told her I have a possible blood clot in my leg and you're not supposed to go to the emergency room because of the covid stuff is what I'm being told that she told me they have up to 36 hours to call me back.
I have been dealing with this same stuff since September 2019 it's not healed it's just still going on and on there ridiculous this place needs to be totally redone retrained everything You never tell somebody with a possible blood clot and their leg that you can call back to 36 hours because that's their rules this is supposed to be a medical facility ain't nothing better receptionist maybe she should go check with a nurse or a doctor and get back with me herself or have the nurse not take a message. and just throw it in the pile. Whatpoor excuse for a medical worker.

It took three weeks to get my last lab results simply because the person that I was supposed to talk to was bad about returning phone calls. Dr. Buehner is very good and thorough, but I'd avoid Dr. Ravi for anything major because his English is not very accurate. They are actually both PA's which is fine for most stuff, and they'll refer you to a specialist if needed.

I had an appointment today to get 4 cavitys filled, I spoke w a treatment planner 2 days ago, we reviewed the treatment plan. This is the second time they rescheduled on me, I have been waiting a significant amount of time, its not as if my teeth get better as I wait, I went in today laughed at by receptionist, she walks to back and come back informing me they want to essentially start my whole situation from square one, noting my Dr changed yet this was the same reasoning they gave me the first time I was rescheduled by them many months ago.
I decided if Im starting at square one and judging by how this establishment conducts itself at a professional level I decided to change providers. Its just unfortunate that they compoubd the obstacles that come w dental procedures.

Very long wait for everything. Workers are friendly but always seem rushed and behind. If you need certain shots during your appointment (like birth control) you have to first wait a long time for your appointment in medical, then go to pharmacy and wait 20 mins for that, then go back to medical medical wait again (15- 20 mins) for someone to be available to give the shot.
Some of these things seem unnecessary and I feel like they could make the process easier. I show up to my appointment 20 mins early and I was there for 2+ hours. It's kind of a headache and it makes me question even making future appointments here.

Dental department is absolutely garbage, I've been trying to schedule to get my cavity filled for like four months now. Every time I try to schedule it they tell me they're all booked up and to call in a certain date, I called on that exact date no one answers ever. I try again the next day maybe two days later just for them to answer and tell me that they're all booked up.
This is happened to me like three times now, so my cavity filling keeps getting pushed back. So apparently they're fine if their patients are walking around with cavities for four months. Their system is absolutely trash. Would not recommend.
