Dr. Alena is great! She is very thorough and informative in her assessments and treatment plans. I saw a huge improvement with my first adjustment. I appreciate that she's not one of those just crack your neck and back chiropractors. I highly recommend anyone with issues to come in.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, convenient hours available and a very nice office setting. this practice comes highly recommended from a family member. Dr. Alena gives you very thorough diagnostic work up before she presents her findings. She will share detailed information and instructions about your treatment plan and gives you a realistic prognosis. Massage treatments are also available.

I recommend this practice. After 2 months, I am still very pleased with this practice. I have enrolled in monthly messages. Both massage therapists are very good and knowledgeable. I'm still very pleased with this practice. All staff have been there to help and Dr. Alena is always available and concerned about her patients. My adjustments are now on a per needed basis. My major problems have been addressed and I am very satisfied with the results. Plus, I am feeling great. An added bonus is my monthly massages.

I have had a great experience and I have been to a few other chiropractors, so I can tell you that Dr. Alena is great at what she does. She explains everything better than most and has a great staff to support her. I am really thankful she has massage therapist as part of her staff also. Update: it's probably been over a year and I still make regular visits to see Dr. Alena. Also, She follows safe procedures to ensure our health and safety during the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic. Also I get plenty of text message reminders, so that I don't miss my appointments.

This was my first chiropractic experience and it went well. I thought the staff was nice and very informative. I thought the Dr. Alena was very professional and she was very thorough in explaining the Chiropractic steps and my results. Both times that I went there was no wait. The atmosphere was very calming and soothing.

Phenomenal experience! Helped my back tremendously! She thoroughly explains all that's wrong with your back in one session then in the next appointment adjusted my back. This place is amazing! Had 6 lumbar ablations and SI joint injection, 40 PT sessions prior to seeing her with lingering issues. Did 11 visits here; she is a miracle worker. Saw another chiro previously - no comparison. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had a great experience. I woke up with severe pain down my leg. I called for an appt and I was able to get in the same day. They made every effort to arrange the appt. I truly appreciated them squeezing me in at the last minute. Update 2 months later: I am now walking almost normal. I can sit, stand & sleep with just a very slight ache that goes away after a few minutes. I am so pleased with the progress. Dr. Alana has really helped me. She is very pleasant as well as her staff. They are all very professional.

Dr. Alena is a miracle worker. I've been with her for 10+ years; from assistance 3 times a week to monthly maintenance. She's extremely knowledgeable. I never leave her office without a new morsel or tidbit of information. She puts her patients first, always. If a medical issue is beyond her expertise, she will assist in every way to move you in the right direction, complete with x-rays in hand. Thank you, Dr. Alena!

I entered Access Chiropractic not being able to stand up straight or walk; I was in excruciating pain. Initially, Dr. Alena expected I was just coming for pain relief and treated me with respect and courtesy, trying to alleviate that pain. And, she did relieve it-so quickly that I decided to see her regularly, aiming for overall improved wellness, not just pain abatement.

I have undergone adjustments, therapies such as stretching and exercises and massage-all of which are excellent. Dr. Alena can also do x-rays on-site, which expedites treatment. The support staff (Rhonda and Olivia) are thorough, organized and friendly. My teenage daughter gets treated there as well. They also have several masseuses. I personally used Christina and she is awesome.
