Dr. Rotella has over 20 years of experience, numerous licenses, and skills in many techniques. Dr. Rotella strongly believes in the importance of balancing the body to achieve optimal health. This approach to health care has led her to obtain her Doctorate in Chiropractic and a Master's degrees in Oriental Medicine. She completed her education by taking a National Board exam which led to her Diplomate from NCCAOM, which very few practitioners have in the Maryland area. This was done to provide her patients with the best of both Eastern and Western philosophies.

I have been getting chiropractic treatments and acupuncture for over 10 years now, and I feel so very fortunate to be able to receive both treatments in one place from such an awesome spirit. Dr. Rotella is amazing. Hard to come by a super smart holistic personable professional of her caliber. And look at the view from my treatment room! Got a love the nature surroundings!

My first ever chiropractic session was last week with Dr. Rotella, and what a GREAT experience it was! Dr. Rotella was very gentle, but EXTREMELY effective in getting the kinks out my neck, hips, lower and upper back. I felt refreshed after each session (2 so far). The ENTIRE office space is a completely relaxing Zen-Den beaming with super positive energy which facilitates an effective healing experience. Dr. Rotella's fees are very reasonable, and she is SUPER pleasant and genuinely CARES about the TOTAL well-being of her clients.

AMAZING RESULTS! I must say that after seeing Dr. Rotella just after one visit, I can see remarkable results. I'm a patient that has struggled with anxiety and high stress levels for some time. After meeting with Dr. Rotella, and her genuinely taking her time to ask various questions, I knew this was the place for me! Her bedside manner is absolutely superb.
I've never met another physician like her, EVER. After the initial intake portion of the visit, next came the actual hands on therapy. I was a bit reluctant to believe that acupuncture really works. Well, I must say, after just ONE visit, I am now a firm believer that this works. Within 5-10 minutes after the insertion of the very fine needles (that you can barely feel), I began to relax and it was almost as if the built up tension disappeared instantly.
I've never felt anything like it. I was literally like feeling a "weight lifted off my shoulders". I cannot put this feeling into words, and have to suggest that you try her therapy for yourself. Today, being the day after therapy, my colleagues at work are already saying "there is something totally different about you today"!.and I give all thanks to Dr. Rotella and her fabulous acupuncture therapy. I'm overly joyed and cannot wait for my next scheduled visit. Give it a try.you have nothing to lose; however, you can expect to gain a healthier and more enjoyable life : )

My daughter had really bad asthma and was taking multiple medications daily to manage it. After a rough period where we had to revert to oral steroids 3 times in less than 3 months on top of all of her maintenance medicine I knew I needed to do something else. Within months of seeing Dr. Rotella she was off all of her meds! This Spring of 2018 has been rough as well and everytime she has a flare I call Dr. Rotella first. We will enter her office coughing and wheezing and leave completely better. It really is amazing and Dr. Rotella has an amazing bedside manner. My 4 year old adores her!

Started seeing Dr. Rotella for my chronic back pain from an old injury(bulging discs). Her intake procedure is fantastically thorough, and after only a few sessions I was already feeling better, and not being in constant pain every day. I still routinely go in for checkups every few weeks or so and usually have some adjustments made. Her treatments have allowed me to push away the worrying idea of taking a risk with back surgery. Highly recommend!

I have been meaning to write this review for some time. I am very skeptical about chiropractors. I had a very bad experience when I was much younger, my back was never the same. I am a landscaper and use my body for a good portion of my work. I am not in the field very much but still do some very strenuous work. I met Dr. Rotella over a year ago, at that time had a muscle in the upper back that was the size of a softball that would not relax, I could barely lift my left leg and had sever pain when working through out.
The only relief I would have was from a high dosage of muscle relaxers. With much hesitation I allowed Dr. Rotella to overcome almost 20 plus years of anxiety and heavy stress on my body from working in the field. It took approx. 3 months of weekly and bi-weekly visits but after that I was able to lift my leg, work in the field and sit for extended periods of time with no pain.
I have continued my visits on an every 3-4 week basis and this has allowed me to continue working almost pain free. we are working on proper strengthening and whole well being, this includes diet and exercise. The hope is in the very near future to reduce the visits to once every few months. I currently only take muscle relaxers on a rare occasion, typically after I did something i should not have done.
Please take this review seriously, I am a man who sees Doctors only in extreme cases and when my wife is persistent. Dr. Rotella is one of the better doctors if have had experience to work with in a very long time.

Not only is Dr Rotella a superb clinician and acupuncturist but she is a wonderful person. Sh always took her time at every appt and was extremely accommodating to my hectic schedule. Would very highly recommend her to anyone seeking acupuncture without any hesitation! She will take the best care of you!
