Our mission at Alderwood Back and Neck Pain Clinic is simply to serve you. We provide excellent chiropractic care to help our patients reach and exceed their health goals. We assess the patient as a whole. We want to address the main concern, but also lead you into a lifestyle of being pain free. We do all of this by offering an evidence-based approach to chiropractic care by utilizing chiropractic manipulation, soft-tissue techniques, therapeutic rehabilitation, and a variety of chiropractic services to help achieve your health goals.
We specialize in correcting your body's misalignments. Our goal is to ensure that your spine and the rest of your body are working harmoniously. To do so, we will help you develop a plan that will require light stretching, some exercise, chiropractic care, and a healthy diet. Corrective exercises are the use of bodily movements and/or postures to restore desirable changes in diseased or injured tissues.

Dr. Szigety is the real deal! His approach to helping his patients comes from a place of compassion and you can feel that energy as soon as you walk in. I've never had an adjustment before and he was feeling my neck and said, "you get headaches huh?" I normally don't but that day I woke up with a killer migraine and he could tell. He might have some magical powers or something! Request an appointment now, you won't be disappointed! I love this place. Its so very warm and welcoming. It feels like there's actual, real people here. I've been seeing this chiropractor now going on 2 years and I feel like he's an excellent doctor. Very different from any chiropractor I have ever been to. He's very informative and patient and explains things in a lot of detail. If one way of adjusting doesnt work he has so many others. I even have seen him adjusting pregnant ladies and babies a couple times. Just amazing! I would definitely highly recommend him.

The best chiropractor office ever! They always welcome you with a smile and take a really good care of your every need. The doctor is very experienced, his 20 years of experience definitely shows. He is very knowledgeable and takes care of everyone's individual needs. He and the staff are very friendly and caring and make you feel at ease from the first appointment on.
I really enjoy going there! I definitely recommend this place for anyone who has wanted to try going to a chiropractor! He has done amazing work on my neck and back after a car accident. I went in there VERY sore and now after a few months my neck and back feel amazing! I didn't know what a difference seeing a chiropractor can do.

I absolutely love this Dr. and the staff. Just after 2 visits I've found my posture has drastically improved where a former nerve pain that caused my left side to fall asleep no longer is an issue. My feet are no longer in pain, and my neck has almost full range of motion again. The Dr. will tell you like it is and doesn't sugar coat, he's very knowledgeable about what he does and has great humor. The water massage beds are relaxing and the adjustments the Dr gives are impeccable.

Dr. Szigety is amazing, he truly cares about your pain and situation, and is willing to walk you through the whole process. I have been coming here for the last three years, and have since then recovered from my severe intermittent sciatica pain, and still see him when I get frozen/stiff neck from stress! His patient care is 10/10. Thanks doc!

This guy is an absolute con artist. I was insured with premera blue cross when I went to his clinic asking for my benefits and see what I'm covered for! After 3 days I was told by that lady calls everyone hon at front desk which is his accountant as well that you will be covered on chiropractic not massage therapy, which was a lie. They told me absolutely opposite to get more money out of me.
After 4 sessions I stopped going there because when I was leaving his office I was stopped and told by a very nice lady about her experience. Guess what? After a few weeks I got a bill for 598 US dollars for only 4 visits., and when I called then they showed me their true faces. All I'm saying is please please please please be careful. Don't be as naive as me and get fooled by these guys. I have so many documents to prove my words, so if anyone is interested please let me know.
