So my physical therapy referred me to this place as their masseuse was back loged. My nurse TALKED with their scheduler and made an appointment for me. Not only did she give the wrong date AND time, she doesn't even know when her job OPENS! She said 8 am, no one opens at that time. So I got up early, drove thru traffic, for my 8 am appointment. They don't open till 9!

So I drove back home thru traffic. I'm letting my physical therapy to not recommend this place if they don't even know WHAT TIME THEY OPEN! So unprofessional and a joke! AND now as a response they blame me for not answering my phone?! They just texted me and blame me!? My appointment WAS VERIFIED by my nurse and they are blaming me for their incompetentce!? Soo unprofessional!

I'm new to the area and have been fighting low back problems for years. For the first time ever pain was shooting down my leg and it was almost too much to handle. I called Lynnwood Family Chiropractic with a hope and a prayer that they would take me short notice and they did! They fit me in within an hour of my initial call even with their busy schedule.

I showed up and they got me right into a room. You could tell the chiropractor was very experienced, there was no guess work with him. He took my x-rays and could right away tell what the problem was. Although issues like mine take time and many appts to fix, after the chiropractor was done I could IMMEDIATELY feel a difference. I felt loads better, and believe me when I say I am definitely coming back. Thank you so much!

First visit seems staff are nice and great. Even my last one. Im sad that I am not gonna be able to visit the clinic anymore. But I will tell you guys that DR. Sim, Jessica, and Tiffany were really care to their patients. They are great healthcare providers and no BS. Thank you so much for everything.

They are very friendly and kind and want to make sure your visit is at its best so they go out of their way to explain every detail in Laymans if you need it which I did I left out of there knowing more than I ever did before I went in and knowing that they will take care of me this is not a paid advertisement lol

The receptionist Jessica was wonderful, as she made the check in process very easy and fun! I'm happy to be a new patient of Dr. Sim!

I have been going to Dr. John Sim for almost 3 months. In that time I have very much enjoyed the process. I came in originally with a bunch of lower back pain after having thrown out my back. Dr. Sim took X-Rays/scans to catalog a starting place for treatment, adjusted my back so my intense pain was relieved immediately, and I've been going back ever since for continuing care, as there's more to be done than just the initial fix. Dr. Sim is happy to explain what he's doing and why, and you should expect a matter-of-fact interaction that gets to the heart of helping you heal in a timely fashion.

Dr. Sim and the staff at Lynnwood Family Chiropractic and Massage are great. They are always available to take appointments and quick to return calls.
