Our practice accepts cash, check, and major credit cards. We will be more than happy to submit your insurance forms for you, and we accept most major insurance providers. Please call our office to verify whether your specific insurance plan is accepted. Payment plans and schedules can be discussed upon request.
Staci Addessi, D.C. is a Chiropractor who works with all types of patients to provide natural, sustainable pain relief and preventative care. I cannot say enough about this office! A few years ago, Dr Staci came highly recommended to me after getting into a car accident. Thankfully with the help of Dr Staci and Shirley the PT, I'm much better now. Needless to say I am still a current patient! Dr Staci's help with healing my body has always been amazing! About 6 months ago, Dr Staci introduced me to Karen (the cupper) due to some migraines i have been suffering with, anxiety & an unfortunate diagnosis of RA. Cupping was always been something I've been skeptical about, as it definitely looked like it hurt, but with Dr Staci's recommendation i gave it a shot!
Let me tell you, i am soooo glad I did - Karen is an angel sent from heaven! Cupping & Karen have changed my life dramatically! Not only do I feel amazing & so relaxed during my seasons - Karen makes you feel like family. When I first met her our conversation was so organic, it was as if we've known each other for years! Whenever the opportunity i always rave about Karen and her cupping skills - i am a true believer and a patient for life!

I was referred to Dr. Staci by many friends and she did not disappoint! She is treating myself and my 9 year old athlete. She is very knowledgeable, took time to understand our concerns and followed up with a personal phone call. I couldn't understand the no appointment process, but it worked and am now use to it! I highly recommend her!

I heard this place was a walk in. I have never heard of a chiropractic office being this way. I called to confirm and yes it was. I was excited and nervous to see what I was walking I to. WELL let me say this, this place is not what I expected. It was a breath of fresh air. The two ladies at the counter were very friendly. I didn't wait long at all. Dr. Staci was super nice and explained everything as she was doing it and why she was doing it.
I have been going to chiropractors off and on for 28 years. I have never felt so comfortable in a doctors/chiropractor office before. And they have so many other services. Highly recommend.

I have had shoulder pain for years. I decided to have cupping done, so I made an appointment with Karen. Omg.relief after one session. I also started seeing Dr. Stacy, who took the time to speak with me about why I was experiencing pain. I have had 4 adjustments and 3 cupping sessions. I am back to exercising pain free!

Don't waste your time there. I was there two times and they didn't solve my problem at all. First time I called to do an appointment for Dr. Stacy and the front desk lady told me, it's a walk-in business so, I walked in at the hours that she told me and Dr. Stacy wasn't there, she recommend me Dr. Kevin instead, I left. Second time I walked in, Dr. Stacy was there, they told me to wait, I waited about 25 minutes and after that I asked at the front desk how much longer I have to wait, and she told me, another 20-25 minutes. In the meantime a group of people went directly inside, passing the waiting room. I asked to get my money back and I left, very disappointed. So unprofessional business.

My 4th visit to Karen at Elite Chriopatic and Wellness. I have had a rough summer with Lymphedema caused by node removal and full breast mastectomy. Upon my first session I found relief. With each additional session, my Lymphatic system appears to be correcting itself. First time in almost five years I am feeling like my old pre surgery self. Maybe not for everyone but it is working for me. Highly recommend!

Dr. Staci is literally the BEST CHIROPRACTOR, I have ever seen, and I have been to 4 in the last 6 years. Most of the time they are glorified "back-crackers" who sometimes adjust the neck too, for less than 5 minutes, while the other 10-15 is spent on heat and stim. This is not the case there. She adjusts your entire body with SEVERAL different techniques.
She adjusts the head, the neck, the digestive tract, and the joints. including hips, ankles, wrists. She is EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE. And offers acupuncture, massages, physical therapy, spinal decompression and medical grade cupping. Her Staff is also very amazing, everyone specializes in each thing the do. If I could give 6 STARS, I would. And no appointment is needed for the chiropractic adjustment, so you can literally walk in the moment you have pain!

My family and I started seeing Dr Staci in the Fall of 2017. She is a wonderful chiropractor with a terrific staff. Not only are adjustments on available, but the office also offers the following services: Physical Therapy (Shirley is super!), Massage (Dionah is the BEST!), Cupping, and Acupuncture. Appointments must be made for everything except adjustments.
Since the pandemic hit, it is normal for people to wait in their cars until called. If you do wait inside, just know that people will go in and out before you, as there are many services available and not everyone is there to see a chiropractor (Dr. Kevin is also available and is very good). We can't say enough wonderful things about this office. I recommend you bring a book to keep you occupied while you wait for an adjustment.
You can always ask how many people are ahead of you so you can gauge how long you might wait. The staff is happy to give you an estimate and I find that having an idea of how long the wait will be helps set expectations.

This is an amazing place to feel better! My family has been going to Elite Chiropractic for 8 years and has helped us in so many ways of feeling great. Not only is there chiropractic care there but she has massage, acupuncture, and physical therapy! This is the place to go! Staff and doctors are so sweet, and professional. The place is clean, and cant wait to see the new bigger place they are moving into! I have had other family member and friends come here as well. You have to go!
