I have had back pain for years, from mild scoliosis. I've been to Physical Therapy. It would help, then I would move the wrong way and the pain returned. I decided to take a chance on Mountainview Chiropractic Center. I am SO glad I did! Dr Perry determined that my back pain was actually caused by my hip! After my first adjustment, I noticed a slight improvement!
Exercise was added to strengthen my hip. It has been 1 month since my first adjustment. I am doing yard work, and I don't need to take my anti -inflammatory. I not only feel better physically, I also feel better mentally Thank you!

Not sure why they would send me a feedback request since I haven't been there in years due to their insurance over charges. For months they were adding a charge for elec stim that I had in my file I did not want. Partially my fault for trusting their office and not looking at the claims that were submitted until too late.

I accidentally met Dr. Lang at bicycle shop which was located next to his office when he was near Mountain View Road. I had to stop jogging because of a terrible sciatic condition so I was looking to get a bike so I could still do some type of exercise. Dr. Lang said that he may be able to help me correct the problem. I was very skeptical but decided to give it a try anyway.
After only a few visits I began to feel so much better that I was able to start to resume my normal jogging routine. That was close to 23 years ago! Even though I moved a little further away from his office, I still come back to see Dr. Lang whenever my back gives me problems. I'm a true believer in chiropractic and especially Dr. Lang.

I bring my entire family here and have so for the last 10 years when we first moved here. All my children ask "when are we going to the chiro" to help them feel better. The staff are so friendly and helpful and there are never any issues even with billing! Dr Lang makes my children feel important and welcomed which is why the enjoy visiting Mountainview Chiropractic every month. If you are having any issues this is the place you need to go to first.

I have been seeing Dr Lang for over 5 year. I've been healthy and feel and sleep great. I've seen a chiropractor for years but the Mountainview team make me feel welcome. They take care of all ages and explain everything they do in detail. I recommend them to all who need help or just a regular adjustment. :

Keep every paid receipt and bill you ever incur with these folks, because as business people, I find them to be downright untrustworthy. I received a "second request" for a past due amount for a service that was performed 15 months ago. 15 months? Typically, when there's a past due amount, you get a 30 day, 60 day and 90 day notification. I received none of those.
For 3 straight weeks, I have called to speak to the billing coordinator. Apparently, she is always out of the office today or has just left. This is the case at 9:30 am on a Monday, 1:30 pm on a Tuesday, and 3 pm on a Thursday. When I called to find out her actual hours, "she has no set hours." My suspicion is that they are mailing bills for relatively low amounts that don't justify getting a lawyer or letting your credit take a hit by the thought that you might go into collections.
But at the same time, a lot of people probably would have a hard time proving they paid a medical bill 15 months ago. So if they mail out 10 of these, probably 6 people would just pay it to make the matter go away. Fortunately, I was able to find out within 5 minutes that this bill was paid, but good luck getting the chance to speak to someone over there to actually prove it.
The fact that ANY business would let 15 months pass before attempting to collect a payment for service tells you all you need to know already about their inability to run a business effectively. Throw in the fact that I can't get a return phone call after 3 attempts for 3 straight weeks, and that tells me there's something seriously wrong here. to me, this just smells like a billing scam. What other reason would you not call someone back?

I actually really like Dr Cousino and never felt pressured to come in for more appointments. In fact, he always offered me solutions that did not involve overmedicating myself like some of the doctors I saw were advising. He demonstrated and explained exercises I could do to strengthen my back and knees and improve my posture. 80% of the time, same day appointment accommodation. The office is in a central and convenient location & spotless, staff is polite, never had a single billing issue. I recommend them.
