Highly recommended! Keeping your spine in alignment just makes everything better. I just started in a new position--delivering packages for FedEx. I have only been to one chiropractor before and it was ok. I had a kinked neck and the doc cracked my back and I was on my way. Here X-rays are taken and he explains what is going on and takes his time to take care of you. I felt way better after just one visit and can't wait for my second.
