Services
Chiropractic is an all natural solution to many chronic aches and pains. The pain that most people experience in their back, neck, and many other areas of the body is often caused by misalignments of the spine. Spinal manipulations, also known as adjustments, can help to ease the symptoms associated with these misalignments.
Your generous donation will fund our mission and help Bays Cares, Inc. support the Lebanon, Missouri community. Established in 2016, Bays Cares, Inc. is committed to serving the Lebanon, Missouri community by providing support to local organizations and individuals in need of assistance. As a non-profit organization, all of the funding we receive from our donors is used to support our community directly. The Best Foot Forward Program--our cornerstone project. We believe that the path to success begins with a single step in the right direction.

I have nothing but GREAT things to say about Dr. Bays and his staff. When I moved to Lebanon in 2010, I began seeing Dr. Bays for adjustments and have continued to receive the BEST care even today (July 18, 2017). Dr. Bays genuinely cares for his patients, which is why his schedule stays booked tight. His expertise in various therapies has helped me greatly. Too many great things to say! Thank you, Dr. Bays! Thank you, staff!

He is driven by money vs helping patients. Very impatient. Went to have C1, C2, C4, C5 adjusted. He forgot to adjust C2. Was going to tell him, but he looked a annoyed, so I left. After 15 min, it wasn't tolerable so I went back. I was told he was going to charge me again, even though I explained the situation. The receptionist told me to talk to Dr Bays about it.
I tried to tell him that he forgot to adjust C2, and I was still in pain, also objected to being charged again as he forgot to adjust it. He became beligerent, nasty and snide, yelled at me and stormed off, went into an office and slammed the door shut. I knocked on the door with the intention of apologizing for upsetting him, and explaining that the pain was escalating and that I would pay his double fee (although I felt it was unfair because I already paid and he had failed to finish the job ).
I had driven over an hour to see him and was gently calling his name and he refused to answer the door. I cracked the door open and said that I was trying to apologize for upsetting him.he was sitting there, pouting, and flew into a RAGE, began screaming, physically chased me into the waiting room and yelled "she WON'T be coming back here" in front of the other patients, and stomped off.
His receptionist who told me to bring up my objection to being charged twice, sat there snickering. This was the most immature and unprofessional experience I have EVER had with anyone in a business. If you are not a quick and easy cookie cutter patient, who doesn't require a bit more effort, than maybe this guy is for you, otherwise stay away and find a chiropractor who doesn't blame the patient for his shortcomings.
