Accidents, falls, stress, tension, overexertion, and countless other factors can result in displacements or disarrangements of the spinal column, causing irritation to spinal nerves. By adjusting the vertebrae back to a more normal position this will help the body to operate more efficiently and more comfortably.

Hi! My name is Dr. Jack Crocker. I was born and raised in Lebanon, Missouri. After graduation I moved to Springfield, Missouri and worked for a short time, until I was drafted into the U.S. Army. After my tour of duty I knew I wanted to do something to help other people. So, I went back to college and obtained my undergraduate degree in radiology.
At Crocker Chiropractic LLC, we take great pride in providing the finest chiropractic care to each and every patient. We understand that arriving at a chiropractic office for the first time can be nerve racking. If you've never experienced chiropractic care before, you may not know what to expect when you come to our Lebanon chiropractic office for the first time. Filling out paperwork, learning new faces, and getting to know your way around the office can be an overwhelming experience.
Upon entering our office, our staff will greet you with a smile. We will request that you complete our new patient forms. With this paperwork we will ask for your health history, other care you may have had, your job, and other questions designed to help determine the nature of your condition and the best way to go about treating the problem.

I felt like paralysis was going 2 b the outcome of my issues & my daughter, kept urging me 2 go see Dr. Jack. She had gone & he got her right in. I was skeptical at first of seeing a chiropractor, but with the amount of pain I was in, this was my last option. I've been on pain meds daily, Ice packs, heat packs, etc. after consulting with Dr Jack and explaining my concerns, I am SO glad I decided to follow through with his treatment plan. In just 3 visits I can get out of bed without pain after laying there for 8+ hours.
Before I started, I was lucky to lay down for 4 1/2 - 5 hours. They have been very helpful with every question and concern I've had. The staff has been very welcoming and informative. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough great things about this office! I came in with neck pain, not having a chiropractor visit in almost 6 months. They are very thorough, kind and compassionate. Dr. Crocker and his staff are absolutely amazing! So helpful. They utilize a wide range of diagnostics and remedies, which surprised me. You step on to the adjustment table and then it lays horizontally; very helpful when you're already stiff and tender.
The office does labs, x-rays and other things that aren't typically found at chiropractor offices and at a fraction of the price a hospital will charge. I bought an ice pack with a washable cover as well (sea turtle cover in photos). Very pleased with my experience and am looking forward to going back soon. I'm already in less pain and so grateful for it! They're having a back to school special right now for only $99! Even if you're not in a lot of pain, being adjusted will improve your quality of life. Highly recommend!

Dr. Jack and his staff are amazing! I have had chronic back/neck pain for years and in just 3 weeks I am feeling so much better! Dr. Jack takes his time and really gets down to the true issues instead of adjusting you and sending you on your way! The ladies in the office are amazing! They watch my kids (11 month old and 5 year old) while I get adjusted and have treatment! They care about their patients and that is rare these days! They are truly amazing and I am so thankful for them all!

We just LOVE Dr. Crocker & his entire staff. My husband & I went here for the first time in January of 2016. We were both in much need of an adjustment. Headaches, backaches & sciatic were all getting too much bear anymore pain. We both were totally flabbergasted by Dr. Jack's findings & thoroughness of his work. Today, just 6 weeks later, we both are feeling like our self again. Now, Dr. Jack is working on my husbands Neuropathy in his feet & ankles.

Wonderful staff and Doctor Crocker is amazing as well. I was not able to walk or function very well when I started seeing him. Within a few months back to walking without pain. They are more than just staff and a Doctor they are all above and beyond what you deal with other places. Love the friendly folks that work at Doctor Crocker's. If you are looking for a Chiropractic and staff that understands and one that can help you feel better I would say go see them.

The first time I visited Dr. Crocker's office, the staff was very courteous. Dr. Crocker came in and we talked to me about my situation and he took x-rays of my back the regular assistant was off sick. When was the last time you knew of a doctor who would take x-rays? When I went home I received a phone call from Dr. Jack to see how I was feeling.
I have been to a lot of doctors in my 63 years, and this was the first time a doctor has called me after an appointment to see how I was feeling. I saw Dr. Jack for 4 months and every time I went to my appointment the staff was excellent. friendly and courteous. Stephanie, Amber, Ann and are great to work with. I would highly recommend anyone that has a problem with their back, go visit Dr. Jack.

While lifting something I injured my back and was in severe pain. I could not get relief with pain medication or therapy. I went to Dr. Jack Crocker and began a series of adjustments and spinal decompression. After just a few treatments my back was much better and after the treatments were over, I was pain free and have had no further problems with my back. The staff was wonderful and I would recommend Crocker Chiropractor to anyone having joint issues.

I was told that there was no hope, just pain pills. Going to Dr. Jack WAS my last hope. I could not take a shower without pain, could not play with my grandson, or go to stores. Before I would just sit in my chair with no movement at all, it made life not worth living at all. I just wanted to lay around and not ever get up. Treatment took 1 to 2 months before I got relief but now I can now go fishing, play with my grandson, clean up my workshop, and get things done around the house.
