A visit to Rowan Chiropractic Clinic will probably be different from any other visit to a chiropractor you've ever had. Most of us have become accustomed to the forceful manipulations or "snap, crackle and pop" of many practicing chiropractors. The use of the Torque Release Technique (TRT) lays the groundwork for a gentle chiropractic adjustment that enables your body to begin seeking the proper, healing balance among all of your body systems.
Dr. Hurst will visually and physically check your spine for to see where your nervous system may be experiencing subluxations. He will deliver an adjustment using his hands as well as a hand-held instrument called an Integrator. Using the Integrator sounds like a staple gun and will feel like a quick impulse into the muscles of your spinal column.
My prime residence is South Florida, but I travel to Salisbury monthly to see my family. Through my travels, I have tried many chiropractors in my search to be without lower back pain. When I found Dr. Hurst in Salisbury, through his meticulous and personalized care, I am happily pain free. Dr. Hurst is willing to spend extensive time and provide personal attention each time I am in his office; he truly take the time to understand patient needs. For these reasons, I continue to save my chiropractic visits for Salisbury and Dr. Hurst.
I've know Dr. Hurst for 8 years, but I first began seeing him 4 years ago when I was pregnant with my first child and had horrible sciatica. I loved that he didn't twist my back all around. His work is gentle, yet effective. It works. He's not just about fixing back or neck problems, though. He's interested in you and your whole well-being.

This is such an amazing practice! Dr. Hurst and Janie watched our children grow up, as they assisted with each of our chiro care. They are one in a million type of people! Dr. Brandon has now assumed the role as head practician here, and he is absolutely amazing! Such a kind person, and his skill set is immense. The children feel relaxed around him; office is clean and relaxing, great music playing. Very professional. Highly recommend! They truly care.

While I had always heard others say positive things about the care provided by Dr. Hurst, I never had a chance to use him until recently. I found his treatment to be very effective as well gentle. More importantly to me, he provided relief to me during a very painful time. It is obvious that he is well-versed in this field, and is highly recommended.
