Something is seriously wrong with this place. I never felt worse after leaving a chiropractic office. The so called "Doctor" named Ellis spent like 3 minutes with me and then I'm out the door. Thinks he can make 40 dollars for 3 minutes of nothing. Went to another Chiropractor and they just laughed when I told them what happened at Gateway Chiropractic Center. Seems the norm at Gateway. Terrible that they disgrace the Chiropractic community. Sad :-

This guy (Ellis) is a total disappointment. Total neglect of my back problems. I had such high hopes and he let me down. He is running local radio ads now in Crossville, Tn trying to get new customers. His goal is getting as much money from you as he can. Ellis has some serious personal problems that sadly have taken his practice down the toilet. Avoid!

I was skeptical of chiropractic Dr's. Until I visited Dr. Ellis. He's a total game changer. Very gentle and easy to talk to. His staff is always friendly. They have physical therapy and a massage therapy as well. They are always accommodating to work you in without appointment. (He also does Dot physical ) Easy to get to from interstate (very busy road)

When I first started going to Gateway Chiropractic I could barely bend over. However in just a few weeks Dr Ellis and his staff had me back to feeling better than ever. Dr Ellis is a straight shooter but that's what I liked the best. His staff always goes the extra mile to greet you and do whatever they can to make you feel welcome.
