Just don't! I am not one to go around bashing business at all. I don't even leave reviews. Just always follow your intuition. I knew something was funny about this place from my first visit and I didn't listen to myself. If you want to know my story feel free to direct message me but I am just here to tell people to RUN! They use VERY creative accounting techniques.

There is something very fishy about this place and I am working diligently to get to the bottom of it. WhenI finish going through the process I am going through I will certainly share with all who may find it beneficial. Please folks don't go here. They are taking advantage and they are emboldened to do it because they serve a majority black patient base and community and it breaks my heart. Plus the turnover of the support staff in the office is out of this world. I feel like 3 new women start working there every month.

They need a real Dr. on site, clean the place of ghe mold smell the Nurse practioner thinks she a Dr. they overbook, keep you waiting, forever, its just about money not healing not at all pleased would never advise anyone to go there. treating ppl like cattle herd them in and out on you time. This a joke they only care about money.

This was my first chiropractor experience and the staff here were AWESOME! They were informative and helpful and answered all of my questions. The facility is clean and very well maintained. I will recommend Chiropractic Works to anyone seeking chiropractic treatment. Thanks Eboni and Ruby!

I was having neck pain off and on and tension in my upper back for a few years. Went to chiropractic works and discovered that my upper spine was growing in the opposite direction. After a few weeks of treatment, all the pain was gone and i could feel a huge difference. All of the staff is very nice and professional and have made this a great experience. I would highly recommend them.

Today was my 3rd visit and I am already feeling more mobility than I felt when I started. I am excited to see how I feel in a month. I enjoy the treatment and clean atmosphere. The staff is quite thorough, Accommodating and very friendly. I especially am amazed with Dr. G's treatments. The results of treatment is helping to bring functionality that is more comforting. Leah is a powerhouse and wonderfully efficient in all that she does.

I've been getting adjusted by Dr. Grazia for years now, and she's definitely one of the most kind hearted Doctors I've ever had the pleasure of coming in contact with. I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of follow up from the staff. I called to find out the balance from my treatment and spoke with Kristen on several occasions. Each time I spoke with her she couldn't tell me the amount and would claim that I would need to speak with Devy and I never received any returned calls. I recently got a letter in the mail from an attorney stating the amount I owed and that they're going to sue me if it's not paid. Had your staff done their job and told me what my balance was months ago I could have paid over the phone or sent a check/money order.

If I need chiropractor services in the future I will not return here for treatment. In response to your bogus reply, your office did no such thing. I called your office and gave up after several attempts. My number has not changed nor my address. Again, I will not be returning in the future and I have shared my negative experience with my family, friends and colleagues. You should follow up with your staff on how to be more effective when patients call to pay a bill. Your response and their lack of response is unacceptable. Good day!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. I went in for my neck and back after an auto accident and the progress is phenomenal. The surprising side effect was not needed my sinus medication.the treatment is really opening up the nerve pathways!

I started to receive treatment here after getting into a car accident for pain in my back, neck and arm. From the very beginning the staff was friendly and welcoming as if they had known me for months already. Every aspect of my treatment was explained and they always had times that fit with my schedule. After treatment I was able to see and feel noticeable improvements in my ability to move and my general quality of life.
