Dr. Adriana Zabrosky was born in Chicago, IL. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with honors. Dr. Zabrosky completed her graduate studies, also with honors, at Palmer College of Chiropractic, in Davenport, Iowa. She is licensed in both Florida and Illinois. Prior to returning to Illinois, she interned for a doctor in Cape Coral, Florida.
Eric Recine is a licensed and national board certified Acupuncturist. He received his Masters of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine in Portland, Oregon. Eric has also trained and worked as an Acupuncturist/Herbalist for 3 months in Yangshuo, China. He completed his Bachelor's Degree in exercise physiology, from Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven, Connecticut.
Dennis Alifantis graduated from the Wellness and Massage Training Institute of Woodridge, Illinois in 1999. He practices Swedish, Trigger Point, Ortho-Bionomy, Seated Massage for the Workplace and the famous Belavi' Facial Massage System. Dennis specializes in Myofascial Release Massage, and his own "Pain in the Neck" Release Method.

Fantastic experience with Dr. Zabrosky! I was having low back pain from driving too much and picking up my son since about early March. In August I finally felt enough was enough and came for regular adjustments. Dr. Zabrosky's knowledge and care routine has me back on my feet and feeling good again. Highly recommended!

Dr. Zabrosky and her staff are excellent. They are always on time, kind, respectful and professional. The office hours are convenient and they work with my schedule. The office is clean, modern and conveniently located. I feel so much better since starting my treatment. I wish I would have found Dr. Zabrosky long ago. She has improved my quality of life and movement.

The only Chiropractor I would recommend. I've hear of so many people that are weary of chiropractic care because of what they have experienced or heard from others. Dr. Zabrosky is the person to see, she is inarguably an expert in her field. Her website is full of great information and she is great at explaining everything to patients. I'm very grateful to have crossed paths with her practice.

I've had great success with Dr. Zabrosky. I went in with terrible foot and hip pain. Other doctors couldn't help me, nor physical therapy. After only a few visits with Dr. Z, I was walking freely without pain and felt like a kid again. Plus a lot of other little aches and pains went away, too! Now I visit only 1x a month for maintenance keeping my spine in line. Great office hours and professional staff. Dr. Z is invested in YOUR HEALTH! I have recommended her to many friends and I'm so thankful I found her!

My wife and I have visited Dr. Zabrosky on a regular basis for the last couple of years. She and her staff are professional, personable and Dr. Z. knows how remedy and aching back. Because of our regular visits we are pain-free. Her monthly health talks are timely and informative. The office is conveniently located on Warrenville Rd. in Lisle, IL. Best of all there is a protected left turn into her office complex.
