We've been delivering quality chiropractic care to the Monroe/Skykomish Valley community since 1981. Our approach is simple. We believe that health is amongst our most valuable possessions. And while we generally meet people after they've lost their health, our commitment is two-fold. We're committed to teaching our patients that true health is a journey, not a destination.
Dr. Cosgrove is a 1991 graduate of Parker College of Chiropractic (now Parker University) in Dallas, Texas. Upon graduation, he moved to the Pacific Northwest and established a practice in Bellevue. In 24 years he has been a licensed chiropractor in the state of Washington, he has owned three clinics and worked in multiple others.
We use a number of highly-effective adjusting approaches to help improve spinal biomechanics and reduce nervous system interference. The approach we use is based on our clinical judgment and years of experience. Think of an adjustment as "tuning" a piano, adjusting each string so it produces the perfect tone.
If you've ever gone to a social event where you didn't know anyone, you know how uncomfortable that can make you feel. Our goal is to eliminate every shred of apprehension and make you feel at home. Since chiropractic care involves a series of visits, with each one building on the ones before, it's important that our relationship can go the distance.

Dr. Cosgrove, the best chiropractor in Monroe. You do not need to look any further for top notch care. I've dealt with back pain for 15 years with "flare ups" that cause my back to go out. I can't walk or stand without being in excruciating pain. I've see multiple physical therapists, doctors, chiropractors and urgent care visits. Dr. Cosgrove is a godsend. He is the ONLY person who has figured out where my pain comes from and how to make my pain go from a 9 to a 2 within 24 hours. I've told everyone I know about him and I've continued to see him through living in different locations. I will alwaya recommend him! He's not allowed to retire!

Dr. Cosgrove is the health-care professional I had been looking for. I'm a 70 year-old man with decades of back issues and two surgeries. My quality of life has suffered greatly because my back pain limits my activities. I found Dr. Cosgrove several months ago. After seeing him about a half-dozen times, my back is better than it has been in many years.
He is careful, thoughtful, and thorough. He doesn't recommend more treatments than are absolutely necessary. And, he's not only a great chiropractor, he's a great guy. Go see him. You'll be glad you did. I am.

Our family loves Dr. Cosgrove! My children have had chronic ear infections since they were babies. Since we started seeing him a few years ago their ear infections have decreased significantly! Last year my son hurt his neck doing yoga. The staff fit him in on a very busy Friday. The Doc felt like he needed to be seen and adjusted the next day so he came in on his day off to treat him!
