We've been delivering quality chiropractic care to the Triangle & Raleigh community since 1995. Our patients range in age from infants and small children to senior citizens. Most of our patients are referred to our office by other satisfied patients or by other healthcare professionals such as primary care physicians, neurologists, OB/Gyns, dentists, physical therapists and massage therapists.
Serenity was born and raised in Nashville, NC. She is a 2019 North Carolina A&T State University graduate, with a Bachelors' Degree in Sports Science & Fitness Management. She hopes to earn her Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy one day. Serenity joined Atlas Chiropractic in August of 2021. Her number one priority is patient health and dedication.

The Atlas Orthogonist is a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic who has a post-graduate board certification in the Atlas Orthogonality (AO) program. You are probably asking yourself, "Atlas Ortho.what?" It really is simple to understand. Atlas is the top bone in the neck. It sits just below the skull. Orthogonal means at right angles, 90° or square.

My wife and I recently needed to change chiropractors because our previous chiropractor's office closed. We understood that Atlas Chiropractic was an in network Cigna provider. That's important because we have a high deductible plan and 0% is covered if the provider is not in network. Now, we should have checked ourselves and that's on us. However, we mentioned to the Atlas office that we'd paid our out of pocket maximum and there should be little if any co-pay.
It was explained to us that we were required to pay up front and any insurance reimbursement would be credited once it had been processed. We paid over $750 before receiving notice from our insurance company that none of this was covered. The actual chiropractic care we received was excellent. It's a shame this chiropractic office doesn't show the same care for its patients financial considerations. UPDATE 7/23/2018: Hello Dr. Bocella.

However, we were not told that you are not in any insurance network when we presented our Cigna card prior to treatment and we did reach out to your office before posting this review. When we checked on our insurance reimbursement and realized you are not in network, we called the office to cancel an upcoming appointment.
We explained at that time why we were canceling and were told that your office doesn't know what the insurance reimbursement would be until after it's been processed through the billing office.

I have suffered from severe migraines for a long time but lately they have been constant and horrible than ever. I have tried just about every migraine treatment that is out there, numerous neurologist and Drs. I was feeling hopeless and depressed with just daily headaches and feeling the worst! After asking friends and many prayers, someone suggested an Atlas Chiropractor because of their success.
So with a hope for something to work and willingness to try, I searched online and found Atlas Chiropractic of Raleigh. I saw the great reviews and gave them a try. I was shocked to learn how much our atlas affects our body and to learn my issues. After several visits, I started to feel a release in headaches and feel normal again. Unless someone has suffered from constant pain daily, it's hard to understand what that feels like.
I feel hopeful as I'm starting to feel like I'm getting my life back, which is a great feeling. And cutting back on pain meds is great! Dr Chad Billiris is compassionate and wants his patients at their best. I would recommend anyone to give them a try and know they aren't just any chiropractor, I've tried a few of those. Great office! From the first interaction with the office staff you feel right at home (makes all the difference at an office). Then seeing Dr Chad who is very knowledgeable and tentative to your specific needs. He has great bedside manner and takes the time to ensure you understand everything that he is doing and makes sure all your questions are answered. I have been to quite a few Chiropractors who have only treated the symptoms of my pain, now I feel like the cause of my pain is being addressed.

Dr. Chad Billiris and the entire Atlas Chiropractic team are top notch! I was introduced to their practice by another chiropractor after a car accident and I could not be happier with the care I've received. Not only did Dr. Chad help me heal, but he was very friendly, informative, and helpful through the entire process. He answered every question I had and thoroughly explained everything.

I am 42 years age old who travels a lot and for 2 months I have a tolerable pain on my whole right leg. One fine day, the pain got increased from the back till my whole right leg and I went to Orthopaedic and after the doctor investigated me, he said I need surgery on the Spinal. We as a family very much worried and myself got depressed. That's where we came to know Atlas Chiropractic and we went on the same day.
I met DR. Chad Billiris and from that time had an amazing experience and got confident that I don't need an Surgery. When I met Chad on first day, my spinal strength is 68%. DR Chad is brilliant, expert and have high patience who treats and monitors your pain on daily basics. My treatment went for complete four weeks and on the end of the fourth week, Chad did an reexamination of my spinal and saw a dramatic improvement in my spinal strength from 68% to 87%. Also, my pain from the back till the right leg got very much reduced.
Now I am checking chad once in a month to keep myself stable as I travel a lot ( Drive and Fly). Last but not the least, without DR. Chad Billiris, purely I won't be completely back and might be went for Surgery and would have faced other complications. At this moment, DR. Chad Billiris is god to me.

Dr. Chad is not only a great chiropractor but a great guy as well. When I first started going there, I experienced sciatic pain on my lower back and couldn't walk more than 10 feet. After a few weeks I was back to normal and still improving till this day. I highly recommend coming here. The staff there is also some of the nicest people.

Extremely happy to have found Dr Chad! I come from California where I recently had a bad experience having my neck cracked, so was *extremely* nervous about seeing someone new. Dr Chad is so personable and took the time to answer all my questions--and he did the adjustment without the "cracking"! I never even knew they could do that! The adjustment didn't hurt at all, and I've been noticing drastic improvement in my pain level in just one week. Highly recommended.

I have been seeing Dr. Chad for several months now. I have to admit I was skeptical after the first visit; but, I have become a believer over the course of my treatment. I went from having stabbing, incapacitating pain in my upper back to having practically none. He has a wonderful way of putting you at ease and explaining every procedure. The sessions are painless, and the results are priceless.
The entire office is a warm and welcoming environment. Jennifer, at the front desk, worked diligently with me to work out the insurance details and always is a delight to talk with. I was raised as a non-believer in chiropractic care. I don't know why. When I was traveling as a small business consultant, one of my clients noticed my lower back and neck hurting issues and insisted I visit her orthogonal chiropractor. What a difference it has made in my life especially as I have continued to age. When I stopped all of the travel, I needed to find a local chiropractor and Dr. John has fit the bill.
