This review is a long time coming. I have been a patient of Dr Osborne for years, I was seeking help with a compressed, achy neck discomfort, he evaluated and treated me with great relief over a short period of time. I am now maintaining my spine health with routine adjustments.that help me live a pain free, mobile life.he is a great listener. Thank you, Dr Osbourne.

I can not say enough good things about this clinic. About a year ago I fell pretty hard on my back causing me to have a herniated disc that went undiagnosed for over 6 months. I saw multiple drs and tried everything from physical therapy to spinal injections but nothing helped. I was in such severe pain I couldn't sit for more than 5 minutes at a time which lead to me not being able to drive.

As a pretty healthy and very active 22 year old, this was ruining my life. After a few visits with Dr. Osborne, I saw results and results that have lasted! I continue to come here because Dr. Osborne truly cares about his patients and definitely knows what he is doing. Dr. Osborne isn't the only shining star here though. The ladies at the front desk are wonderful! They are incredibly kind and do whatever they can to help you fit appointments into your schedule.

Dr. Osborne and his staff are so great! This was my first time visiting a chiropractor and I was terrified. The staff at Osborne Chiropractic made me feel at ease prepping me for my visit, and Dr. Osborne listened to me as I explained the lower back pain that I had been experiencing for weeks. After completing my first appointment following my assessment, I immediately realized I had nothing to fear.

I literally walked in his office a nervous wreck and walked out feeling relief, and even excited about returning for my next appointment. It has been a wonderful experience from the moment I stepped into his office. If you are scared to visit the chiropractor (like I was), I am telling you, go to see Dr. Osborne. You have nothing to lose, other than the persistent pain that has been bothering you. It is well worth a try.

Since moving to North Carolina in 2015, I've been receiving regular chiropractic maintenance care from Dr. Osborne and his super-awesome healthcare team. They feel more like my friends! Prior to moving here, I'd seen only one chiropractor for adjustments over many years. I was not sure I'd trust another to adjust my neck. Recently, I experienced my first "real" pinched nerve in my neck.

If you've ever had a real pinched nerve, you know the pain is excruciating! I told Doc that I was scared, because I really was. He talked me through what was going to happen, and what to expect throughout the entire treatment plan. A pinched nerve doesn't heal quickly, but seeing Dr. Osborne regularly has led to the pain subsiding and the nerve healing much quicker than it would have otherwise.

I've always seen Dr. Osborne as a great doc, but this time, he was a superhero! I cannot thank him, Dresden and Maria enough! In closing, Dr. Osborne is now the only chiropractor I trust to adjust my neck.

I came in to this office after months of excruciating foot pain. As an avid tennis player, this meant days of wobbling around and constantly changing out my shoes. In fact when I was not playing tennis, I wore flip flops or nothing, because the pain on my feet prevented me from wearing anything else. I walked in during my first appointment and expressed my concerns. Dr. Osborne listened.

This in itself meant the world to me. After reviewing my xrays, he quickly realized that my issues stemmed from my back. Who would have thought! After a few sessions for manipulations; I am happy to say I can wear shoes. I CAN WEAR SHOES! I can also play tennis and most days do so pain free. Do I recommend this office? Yes. Yes. Yes. Dr. Osborne will work hard to ensure that he corrects your issue and is very transparent with the treatment plan and odds for full correction.

I was in a car accident March 12th and have been seeing Dr. Osbourne 3x times a week, and I can NOT believe the difference in how I am feeling. I have a little bit more of a ways to go, but being someone who is actually scared of Chiropractors in general, the trust I now feel is pretty amazing! I came in after having a car accident. I had never been to a chiropractor before and I was incredibly scared because of different things I've heard. Well, I was told to come to this place. I'm so glad I did, EVERYONE is so so sweet and they all have such nice personalities. They make you feel so warm and welcome. The Doctor took my fears away, and I have no problem going at all.

He's extremely smart, efficient and confident which is great. He's super nice, and is very cool. The rooms are very clean, set up very well and spacious. The bathroom is super clean as well. I have nothing but good things to say about everyone there. The building is easy to get to as well!

I had a pinched nerve in my lower back and some pretty bad alignment/posture from sleeping wrong for years. I was in treatment for about a little over three months and my back as drastically improved. My pinched nerve is resolved, and my mid back/ lower flare ups are very few in between. I must say I have a great experience whenever I am here, I always feel welcome and Dr. Osborne is very easy going and does a fantastic job at making me feel comfortable and relaxed. He is always educating me on ways to improve my back, 5/5 recommend if you want quality care.

I work in healthcare and we treat Patients with COVID. Even though I am wearing full PPE when in contact with Covid + patients the chiropractor I had seen for the last few years was no comfortable continuing to treat me. While I do understand my back has gotten progressively worse over the last few months. I had no luck finding another chiropractor will to take me as a patient until Dr Osborne. Months without treatment I was using NASIDS for pain.

I have a problem with bleeding ulcers that almost caused me to bleed to death several years ago but I wasn't left with much choice but to risk it. After a few weeks of treatment with Dr Osbourne there is already major improvement. While I understand the fear that some may feel. Front line healthcare workers are taking every possible precaution to protect ourselves and others.

I would never risk someone else. Dr Osborne and I have discussed this and I am thankful to him for taking every necessary precaution to protect himself his staff and his patients with enhanced cleaning, social distancing, requiring masks and taking the temperature of all patients before entering the treatment area. Sometimes those working on the frontline need healthcare heroes too. Dr Osborne has definitely been one to me.

I came into the office with sciatic nerve pain that had been bothering me for over 6 months. X-rays were taken and Dr. Osborne walked me through the whole process, letting me look at my x-rays and showing me where I had issues. Turns out I had a vertebrae that was a little rotated that was causing my pain. In as little as 6 weeks now I am feeling so much better. Dr. Osborne is very personable and always upbeat. His staff are easy to talk to and make you feel welcomed. I found his office by reading reviews like my own. Give him a try if you are having pain. You won't be sorry!

His website says best chiropractor in Raleigh, that's not an exaggeration. Always friendly and professional. His support staff is very well run and communicative. Even when he was out of town and had another Doctor cover him, I was always pleased with his choices. They use a tens unit on you to relax you before adjustments which is so relaxing! Pro tip: no dresses and wear underwear lol. 0 complaints!

What a relief! My body mind and spirit feel so much better. I Definitely needed it with the increased stress and reduce mobility due to the Coronavirus. This is the cleanest most aware doctors office. What a great feeling to walk in and they already have their rules about patient protection. You are greeting w a big bottle of hand sanitizer you use before you even sign in for your appointment. Nicole was spraying the disinfectant to avoid any risk right in-front of me wiping down equipment.

Little to no odor. I talked to Maria and she is spacing patients appointments out to have few in the building at one time. I can assure you this place was more clean than most peoples homes. We don't have access to the medical grade cleaner. This all made me feel comfortable and very happy I could continue my healing. I was concerned about set backs w my neck and back but now I'll just keep moving forward. Thank you to Dresdon, Maria, Nicole, and Dr. Osbourne for always taking care of me and being aware of our new times!

Bryan has helped me so much! I found him by searching for a chiropractor near me, and someone that had good reviews. My lower back was hurting nonstop, worst when I exercised. My first visit consisted of some light paperwork to explain my situation, and x-ray and a consultation with Brian. Brian quickly diagnosed me with facet syndrome. He put me on a plan to create space between S4 for an S5 vertebrates.

I first I wasn't sure if it would work at all but Bryan reassured me that chiropractic care isn't something that can be fixed in a single visit. I promised him I would give it a shot, I stuck to his plan which consisted of muscle stimulation through electrode pulse, massage therapy, which is handled by a roller table in his office, and him resetting me each visit.

The first week consisted of four visits, the second was another floor, the third was three, the fourth was three. I can't explain how much better I feel! I still have facet syndrome, but Bryan has shown me that I don't have to live in pain. Now I visit Bryan about once a month just to keep things loose. I'm back to playing in the floor with the kids, hiking, and enjoying all of the things I enjoyed prior. Bryan has two ladies who work with him and take care of the patients billing, x-rays, and scheduling. These two are very friendly and seem to enjoy getting to know the patient and their work.

This is an update to my 2016 review below. I'm continuing to see Dr. Osborne for maintenance of my ongoing age-related back issues and wouldn't want to trust my care to anyone else. Everything from my first review is still accurate with the added viewpoint that almost three years later, I've consistently benefited from the superior quality of care from Dr. Osborne and his staff.

I've seen that Dr. Osborne sincerely cares about all of his patients and always has a positive attitude. I've never felt rushed during a visit and he's always genuinely concerned about what I'm feeling. Maria and Dresden are always kind, caring and helpful and it's a pleasure to see them each visit. You'll always be greeted with a smile! I continue to highly recommend Osborne Chiropractic Clinic.

I've been going to Osborne Chiropractic Clinic for five weeks now after straining my middle back. I was already having problems in this area with degenerative disc changes and some osteoporosis (I'm 63 years old). I was able to get an appointment for a consultation within a day and began treatment the day after that. Dr. Osborne has been wonderful at gently treating my back and I've definitely improved. Dr. Osborne is very personable, always has a positive attitude and sincerely cares about all his patients. His office staff is always friendly and professional. I highly recommend Osborne Chiropractic Clinic.

If you are looking for someone to overcharge you and get 0 pain relief, this is the place for you! I came to "Dr Osborne" 13 times in 2016 and was $45 PLUS the $75 they billed my insurance each time, I lived about 1 mile from the clinic and apparently had a $130 bill outstanding. I received no statement, phone call, or email about the bill and recently went to make a purchase and was denied because of their bogus claim.

When I called the office to straighten this out the lady told me they had tried to contact me numerous times via phone, mail, email. I quickly asked the lady to provide any such emails and she couldnt even provide my email address that she supposedly sent the statements to. I paid the $130 and she asked me for my email address to send the receipt when 2 sentences prior she said that she emailed me statements for payment.

Not only are they dishonest but the services are HORRIBLE. I remember having to go to the bathroom to get tissues to wipe off the greasy 1970's massage tables that hadn't been wiped off in what looked like decades. Before booking an appt I hope people take into account the lack of professionalism and obvious lies about my bills and statements before booking.

They treat their customers badly and out of the 13 plus chiropractors I've seen, Dr Osborne is the worst, by far. Osborne is 100 lbs and simply doesnt have the strength to pop a man's back and has 0 respect for his customers well being, not only physically, but financially. Shame on this clinic for doing this to me and I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else.

Over the past 5 years my husband, daughter and myself have had to go to the chiropractor for weeks at a time due to car wrecks etc. I cannot say enough good about this office. The staff is fabulous, very responsive and caring! With our jobs we had to cancel/reschedule a lot and not one time did they act frustrated or get onto us. We never had to wait longer then 3 minutes to start our appointment. Dr. Osborne is the BEST chiropractor we have ever been too.

No matter how much pain we were in Dr Osborne would hop in with his loving, positive personality and give us hope and assurance that everything would be ok. We actually drove an hour round trip 3 times a week to see him. He listens and actually cares. We never felt rushed and no matter what bodily complaint we had for the week he was always patient. Most important. his treatment is EFFECTIVE! I truly wish all doctors and offices were as good as this one.

Dr. Osborne is amazing! He and his staff are welcoming and are very professional. In just a few visits I started feeling better and will be a long time patient. I highly recommend Osborne Chiropractic!

Dr. Osborne is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Even though the office is small, he manages his time very well with all his patients. A lot of people don't know he also does spinal decompression, if you qualify for back or neck injuries this machine can fix for you and its non-surgical. There's a card you can get so you don't owe interest, and I highly recommend. Also, love the rolling table to prep before the adjustments for the appointment. It works really well! I only wish he did more!

Dr. Osborne and his staff are true professionals and you can really tell that their patients come first. I was traveling through Raleigh with a shoulder issue and Dr. Osborne was able to help immediately with very detailed care and attention to what was necessary for me and my treatment. I have been visiting Dr. Bryan Osborne for over 3 years now as a corrective and preventative maintenance patient. I suffered sciatica and the onset of degenerative disc disease. I have experienced true and lasting progress! Every staff member knows me by name, and their excellent customer service remains consistent rain or shine. Dr. Bryan Osborne is very personable and has always addressed my needs with concern and attention to detail.

I looked for chiropractor after I had a car accident. After much search I decided to try Osborne Chiropractic, it was one of the best steps I took after my accident. Dr. Osborne is extremely professional, very caring and makes you feel very comfortable every time you go. He also explains in detail everything he is doing and answers any questions. Scheduling is very easy they work with you and with your schedule and if you miss an appointment or you are running late they work to accommodate you and fit you back in the schedule. I have had the best experience with them. Definitely recommend 100%!

I first went to Osborne Chiropractic Clinic in February 2015. Being fairly new to the area and also having lots of issues with my back and sciatica, I was well overdue to see someone and real soon! In 2000 I was in a very bad car accident that left me with many issues. Meeting the staff was so enjoyable from the start. I had heard good things about Dr. Osborne.

He listened to all my concerns and after some xrays, told me how he thought he could help. You should know that I was in lots of pain as I barley could walk in the office. I began treatment 3 times a week for the first 6 to 8 weeks as I was in pretty bad shape. Slowly but surely I started feeling better. Pain reduction continued and my confidence in Dr. Osborne grew rapidly.

It is now August 2015, and honestly I never thought I would be able to function as well as I do now. I now go once a month to keep things in alignment. I just cannot say enough about how well I have been taken care of and the improvement that I see. Don't wait like I did, Go and see what an awesome chiropractor Dr Osborne is, along with his wonderful staff.
