I've been coming to this practice for probably 8 years. I had a chiropractor that I loved back in Chicago, but now I live in Ann Arbor. Dr. Christiansen quickly had me feeling better and welcomed at her practice. She's a very positive and smiling person who listens to where I'm currently having issues. She has gotten me through my back and pain issues, but also supported me through other trying medical issues I've faced.

I completely trust her and feel comfortable with her recommendations and care. Donna, her receptionist/assistant always manages to get me in the same day when I'm having a flare up--this is crucial for me, as my schedule is sometimes unpredictable. Further, during COVID, I see the precautions taken to disinfect and keep patients distanced and safe, and everyone is always wearing masks. always.

Dr. Christiansen is a fantastic chiropractor! Her depth and breadth of knowledge of the spine and chiropractic care is unmatched in Washtenaw County. Dr. Christiansen is absolutely phenomenal. When I first moved to the area I was searching for a smaller chiropractor business. What I have found with her, and the front desk staff, has been so warm, welcoming and healing! I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for my chiropractor needs.

Dr Christiansen has helped me several times now when my back has caused severe discomfort. My experiences leave me well adjusted, and pain free. I really appreciate that her clinic is clean, organized and certainly well equipped to handle multiple chiropractic needs. I came in with chronic pain. I found Dr. Christiansen to be compassionate, asking me questions at every visit. She listened and responded to my needs. As great of a chiropractor Dr. Christensen is, her office of various adjustment tables helped me greatly. The Hill Automatic Flexion table, Flexion Distraction as well as a Spinal Decompression table all served me at the right times. I join my voice to all of the other 5 star reviews that this chiropractic office is a very special place. Also now my pain is gone.

Great to get treated here. I had a treatment with this Chiropractor before and my experience was quiet unique. They follow the standard procedure of evaluating your body through X Rays and get your body relaxed before starting the adjustments. Initially I was a little nervous to adjust my neck but I felt really comfortable and really a lot better after going through adjustments in my back, neck and lower hips. If I am in Ann Arbor, I would definitely love to visit this place again.

Dr. Christiansen is an awesome chiropractor! She gives me effective adjustments and gets me feeling better fast! I enjoy using the traction beds there before my adjustment to loosen my back up too! They are super flexible about scheduling appointments and the office manager is great!

My inital visit to the Ann Arbor Family Chiropractic was for help with my severe neck pain back in August of this year (2016). Through the help of multiple visits I have not only been able to get rid of my neck pain completely, but I have also seen a dramatic decrease in the frequency of my migraines. Literally it has been a night and day difference for me and has been the only thing that has provided any consistent relief. Dr. Christiansen has been nothing short of amazing with her treatment for both my neck pain and my frequent migraines.

She provides consistently thorough treatment that looks to track my progress and my pain level at every visit. On my first initial visit, with the help of her fantastic office manager Christina, Dr. Christiansen examined full spinal X-rays to help identify not only the root of the problem that was causing my neck pain, but also look to decrease the frequency of my migraines.

Within about 2 weeks I would say, my neck pain was completely gone. As for my migraines, I went to having a migraine on a weekly basis, to only having two since my first initial visit in August, which for those of you that suffer from migraines know is a significant improvement. Every visit, Dr. Christiansen tracks my progress and my pain level to gauge how she should proceed with treatment.

I have had nothing but a wonderful experience working with Dr. Christiansen. Not only can I expect to get great care and treatment at every visit, but I can also expect to get friendly service from both the Dr and the office manager Christina. I am always greeted with a smile and conversation that makes me feel more like a friend rather than just another patient.

And they have always been understanding of my schedule and flexible with appointment times which is great. Overall, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the service and treatment that I have received since working with the Ann Arbor Family Chiropractic. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for help with neck or back pain, and especially to those that suffer from migraines.

I absolutely love this chiropractor! The office staff and the doctor were all extremely warm and kind. They greeted me kindly and made me feel very welcome. The x-rays they took on the first day went very smoothly. I didn't feel nervous or unsure at all. After the x-rays were taken the doctor greeted me kindly and then proceeded to very thoroughly go over the x-rays with me.

She answered all my questions and made me feel like I could ask her anything. She payed close attention to how I was feeling and what my specific issues were. As she did each adjustment she explained what she was doing and why. I felt much better afterwards and am happy to keep coming back for as long as i can! They also accept all kinds of insurance and even if you are without insurance have a wonderful cash policy that they kindly explained to me. I would highly recommend this doctor!

I love coming to Dr. Christiansen's office. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed. You walk in and are greeted by one of the staff members (and a big bowl of candy) and they are always cheerful, and happy to see you! There is great flexibility in making appointments, and walk ins are always welcome! Dr. C is great at what she does, and you'll be in and out in twenty minutes, feeling like new.

Not to mention, the office is incredibly tidy and well-organized. I love the feeling of coming into an office where the staff knows what they're doing, and take good care of me. I personally love using the heat tables, especially when its chilly outside. It warms up your muscles for an even better adjustment. I would recommend this office any day!
