Don't judge a book by its cover, not every person in this world is the same. She knows what she's talking about, and knows what she's doing i've been to a lot of the top chiropractors she's #1 out of all of them put some respect on her name. I've had spinal problems my whole life and the supposedly top chiropractors in Ann Arbor couldn't even help me.

Find another chiropractor, trust me it was the Weirdest experience of my life. I called her at around 1:30 right after i was done at My gym in Ann Arbor and made an appointment for 2:30 I told her that I would be there at around 2 to fill out the necessary forms and she said ok. Got the around 1:50 and waited about 20 minutes in my car, went up to the door of a HOUSE which is a little weird but whatever.
And the doors were locked so I rang a doorbell and no one answered, I then called her twice and once again she didn't answer. So I sat back in my car and waited, when I saw her open the door I went up and introduced myself when I was rudely interrupted and was asked "do you normally go to peoples offices and wait for 30min while they ate lunch" I then replied I had a 2:30 appointment and we agreed I would arrive at 2:00 to fill out paper work and she replied "oh ok well this is not gonna work for me bye". I don't know what her problem is. She's entitled and rude and I've never been so disrespected in my life.

Dr. Guerreso is experienced and professional- I saw her for more than six months during my time in Ypsilanti. Visiting her weekly for her gentle, precise, and thoughtful adjustments completely relieved neck pain that I had been dealing with for years. Recently I've moved and have yet to find anyone with the ability demonstrated by Dr. Guerreso.

Terrible experience! Tweeked my back and in much pain. Called Kathy and she was able to get me in today. It took a lot to get myself out of the house, into the car and drive across town. When I arrived I thought it strange there was no sign in front of her "office" which is really a house in a neighborhood. Parked where she told me, slowly got out of the car and walked up an old wooden handicap ramp, noticing many boards loose.
The broken back storm door was hanging open. I knocked on the faded interior door then let myself in. Kathy didn't even introduce herself so I asked if she were Kathy. She said, "I am DOCTOR Kathy". Umm ok my mistake but I've never seen her before and she didn't introduce herself, could have been the janitor for all I know. She didn't ask me how I was doing just told me to sit and fill out papers.
I slowly eased my way into the chair. Grabbed my glasses and a pen, then she demanded my license and insurance card. I was rummaging in my purse for my wallet and she impatiently kept repeating "license and insurance". What did she think I was looking for? As I continued to get them out, I asked her what the smell was. She ignored me and continued to ask for my info.
I asked again and she ignored me. Then I thought maybe she is hard of hearing so I asked her if she heard me. She stopped and said yes, then said it was probably her lunch. I said, no it doesnt smell like food, it smells like mold or water damage. She immediately replied, "You can leave now!" WHAT? Now if someone came into my home and mentioned a mold or water damage smell, I would be concerned.
Living or working in mold is very dangerous to the health. I slowly got out of the chair, grabbed my things and left. By the time I arrived at my car and eased myself in I was very upset. I called her phone and of course, she didn't answer, so I left a message, telling her she had poor bedside manner, she knew I was in much pain, and she kicked me out for asking a question?
I told her I would be reporting her to my insurance company. If this woman cannot even listen to her patients how can she be trusted with a patients health. AND if she is working in an unhealthy and unkempt environment, exposing her patients, she does not really care about her patients health. The house she calls an office has the feel of a foreclosed house a squatter took over.
