The people in this office were very kind to me and took the time to establish my needs They were proactive in scheduling me and helped my healing immediately. After two years of not having insurance to address lingering pain from a car accident, this place was the right choice for beginning to address my needs again through adjustments and massage. After only a week I have noticeable changes in functionality to my back and neck, and my muscles are much more relaxed. Highly recommend.

I love this entire staff and the practice Dr. Ray has built. After being in a front and backend collision, I went back to Dr. Ray after visiting him a few years ago for a minor neck issue, and his team took the best care of me. After realizing that I suffered a concussion, whiplash and some minor injury in my neck, they put me through a protocol of medical massage, adjustment, dry needling and PT to bring a holistic approach to my recovery - and they help me accountable to my treatment exercises along the way.

They also dealt directly with my car insurance and made that process so easy. I owe so much to Dr. Ray, Jenny and Moe. They are amazing and I highly recommend this practice for any major or minor issues that need chiropractic

I've tried other chiropractors that takes my insurance but I always end up back here. Dr. Ray takes time to educate you about what's going on and doesn't try to up-sell on services. He is knowledgeable and I trust him completely. Friendly and clean environment. I hope I don't have to find a new chiropractor for a long time.

I have been going to Dr. Ray for dry needling for the muscles in my neck for about 2 year now and it is amazing. Relieves the tension in my neck/shoulders and headache are gone! Well for the last 2 months my left hip has been hurting and very painful. (After rebuilding our deck) So much I was taking pain meds. thinking my arthritis in my knee was causing my hip to hurt.

I went to see Dr. Ray to see if some dry needling would help. He did an adjustment on my lower back/ hips instead and by the next day I did not need to take any anti inflammatories or pain meds. Dr. Ray is phenomenal. I have osteoarthritis in my lower spine for which I had been doing physical therapy. The PT was definitely helping (I stopped being in crippling pain) but started to plateau. I visited with my primary care doctor and he suggested Partners in Health for chiropractic health. Having never been to a chiropractor, I was extremely skeptical by my doctor suggested that trying this was a much smarter choice than trying straight for surgery.

So I went in for my first visit with a pretty closed mind. Dr. Ray did an adjustment and I instantly felt a bit better. Now I was thinking, "maybe there is something to this after all." After 4 visits, all remnants of pain were completely gone. I still marvel at the fact that it feels like nothing was ever wrong in the first place. Dr. Ray, THANK YOU!

Dr. Ray's neck adjustments are like velvet, the very best! I've been to many Chiropractors and no one can adjust my neck or hips as well as Dr. Ray. The entire office staff is super friendly and the office is spotless. I highly recommend a visit to PIH to anyone who needs an excellent adjustment!

I highly recommend Partners in Health. Dr. Peter Ray as well as the therapists and front office staff are highly qualified and provide an excellent service. They get you in, get you better and get you back into your life. I had a pinched nerve to the extent that I couldn't move my neck. I had previously gone to both the ER and urgent care where I was referred to Dr. Ray by the urgent care doctor who had seen Dr. Ray for the same condition. Everyone's condition is different but after only 10-12 effective visits I was back to normal. I continue to refer Partners in Health to anyone looking for quality care related to chiropractic, acupuncture, dry-needling and massage therapy/physical therapy.

The people that work here are some of the most amazing people I've ever met. They are so wonderful and nice. Everytime i step inside its such a warm and welcoming environment. I will never go anywhere else. I highly recommend going here even if you are just curious about getting a consultation.

Schedule a massage with Diann. She is very skilled in her field. I will only go to her for relieving pain from every day life or injury.

I started experiencing excruciating lower back pain on week 10 of my pregnancy. I couldn't sit, stand or walk without suffering horrible pain. My OB referred me to Dr. Ray. I called his office from the parking lot of my OB desperate to find someone who could help me. Cody at the front desk was kind and sympathetic and told me I could come in for an adjustment immediately.

On that first visit Dr. Ray was able to tell me exactly what was wrong and what to do at home to help alleviate the pain between adjustments. After about 2 weeks of regular adjustments I started to feel better and now I continue with regular visits to prevent further injury. I am totally comfortable receiving massage therapy and chiropractic adjustments as my pregnancy progresses. Mo, the massage therapist is phenomenal, Cody is friendly and helpful and Dr. Ray is a skilled chiropractor. You're in good hands here!

I cannot recommend Partners in Health enough. Dr Ray and his team are incredible! After a neck injury I was left with a tremendous amount of pain that interfered with my work. My job does not allow for something like an injury to restrict my daily activities and so I was desperate. Dr. Ray took the time to sit down with me and go over absolutely everything.

He really listened to my needs and my concerns about needing to be able to work pain free. Just by listening, he showed me just how much he cared about my recovery and me personally. He worked out a treatment plan to get me on the right track to feeling better and living pain free. He was kind and courteous every step of the way, from consult, to finish.

From the moment I walked into the office to the moment I left, my experience was lovely. The staff was incredibly attentive to my needs, making sure that I was comfortable and well taken care of during every treatment. His massage therapist made sure that I was at ease and that my muscles were relaxed so that I could not only go back to work pain free, but feeling great!

I've never felt so wonderful and well taken care of before. Everyone in that office worked hard to make sure that I could get back to being the healthy, strong me that I need to be! I simply cannot sing enough praises of Dr Ray and his team, enough. What they do is simply life-changing!

This doc reviewed me very thoroughly and determined that dry needle point is the best treatment for me, he gave me advice to help me and I feel so much better already! Treatment was yesterday and again tomorrow. He is wonderful, I highly recommend him! I have herniated and bulging disks as well as some arthritis. I'm only 38 so I was feeling so old, he knows his stuff! Go to him over other people that just do acupuncture as he is a chiropractor and physical therapist as well!

I'm a first time patient and I've only been in for one adjustment, but I had a great experience. Knowledgeable, professional, clean, and everyone was kind and friendly. I'm looking forward to going back to receive treatment for some lower back pain, even the one adjustment made a difference : after a thorough consult, he decided what would be best to treat my issue and seems like he did really well.

Dr. Ray and his staff came to my workplace and gave a very informative seminar on headaches and neck pain. At the time, I was having consistent pain on the right side of my neck that was present all day long, but worse after long hours at the computer. I had never seen a chiropractor, so I was very hesitant to make an appointment. As I started treatment, I realized I was in great hands and started to feel better after the first few visits. Luckily, my pain was treated and subsided fairly quickly.

I also recommended Dr. Ray to my daughter, who has had pain in her legs, feet and back feet since she was a child due to a surgery and a fall as a teenager. She had basically given up on ever finding anyone to understand and treat her pain. She is seeing Dr. Ray now and has found relief from a great deal of her pain and has a more optimistic attitude about her treatment than I've ever seen. Dr. Ray is wonderful. I have seen him off and on for a year and highly recommend him. I was having bad neck pain and after an examination from Dr. Ray, found out my hips were out of alignment and therefore causing the pain. Within a few weeks of regular visits my neck pain was gone and has not returned. Dr. Ray clearly has a plan and vision for how he can restore you to health or maintain your health. The office staff is also lovely and accommodating!

It's so great to be out of pain! Dr. Ray and the staff have been fantastic to work with during my treatment. He came very highly recommended by my fiancee and I can see why! I woke up out of the blue with lower back pain, and after nearly a month of thinking it would go away, I couldn't take it anymore. The pain and tightness were so bad I was limping, and one of my legs had gotten shorter than the other!

Not good for a 33 year old guy in decent shape. Dr. Ray listened to my story, gave me an exam, thoroughly explained what was causing my pain, and how we were going to correct it. Within the first two treatments, I already felt 90% better. A massage by the onsite masseuse, immediately followed by a pinpoint adjustment by Dr. Ray, now has me fully out of pain and feeling like myself again.

I'm back to my normal exercise routine, and my overall mood is so much better. I will continue to come to Dr. Ray at least once or twice a month to make sure my body is where it needs to be. I first heard about Dr. Ray from my husband Tom who had been seeing him for about a year for injuries due to mountain biking. He had nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Ray and since I had been suffering through chronic headaches, many of those being migraines, I finally decided to give it a try. I had never seen a chiropractor so I was definitely a bit hesitant at first.

How could chiropractic work help my headaches? But after only just a couple of sessions I could feel all of the tension and stress in my neck and upper back loosen up. I had no idea how incredibly tight all of the muscles were - they were like cement. My headaches went from daily to every few days, to weekly. It's been just over a year now and I only continue to improve! Dr. Ray is a very patient, thoughtful person who listens to your concerns.

He has a wealth of knowledge and knows how to target the problem areas. His staff is also great! Julie is the massage therapist there, and the work she does before my adjustments helps my body to relax and unravel the knots I've developed during the week. I look forward to my appointments here - they a really great group of people who truly believe in helping others.
