The team at The Joint in Peachtree City is superb. The staff always greets me when I arrive. I have been using The Joint for 5 plus years and I'm very pleased with the adjustments that I receive from Dr. Cohen. I have lower back, hip, neck and ankle issues, I get adjustments on a weekly bases. Dr Cohen does an excellent job with the adjustments he always ask what is bothering me and pays special attention to those areas along with my regular adjustment.
I feel like the adjustments have made good improvements and I can definitely tell when I miss my weekly visits. The key to chiropractic benefits are you must receive regular adjustments, our bodies receive a lot of bumps in every day life so we must maintain alignment in order for our body to naturally heal itself. Dr. Cohen is very personable, always ask what's going on in our life and is very knowledgeable in caring for our body.

Both receptionists are rude and treated us in a very inappropriate way. I had a count of our visits with my husband and I knew how many we had, they kept telling him he had to pay extra every time he went. Which was not right.we were counting the visits keeping in mind the dates they told us we were getting charged, and when I explained to them, one of them said that what I was saying wasn't true.that was rude and I felt like I was robbing them and felt like a liar. Definitely do not recommend this location. I prefer the Newnan receptionist make sure you choose the right doctors too. Some don't care at all for you.

I had to ask the doctor to put on his mask. he did. however he put it on under his nose. so I then had to ask him to put it in properly. from what I can tell this place sees a ton of traffic and I don't feel like they are taking Covid precaution seriously as the front desk girl kept taking her mask off as well. As far as I could tell he didn't wipe the table down after the person before me either, just moved the paper as if we aren't in the middle of a global pandemic. def didn't sign up

A couple of months of chiropractic care by Dr. G has me feeling back to myself after back & neck fatigue from nursing my baby. Started out with treatment a couple of times per week and worked myself up to more spaced out appointments.
💯 recommend this location, great staff and great sanitary protocol. Dr. G is extremely knowledgeable, professional and down to earth.

This practice literally saved my life. A couple years ago I came in for back pain I am a driver full timeI'm constantly on the road every day in addition to being overweight. I came in for consultation to deal with severe back pain that I have been suffering for years. After a few sessions Doc took care of me Add put me on a treatment plan that help me heal my back pain properly.
I've been on the wellness plan for over a year now. Since my back was feeling better I begin to workout in lose weight. I believe that this was never possible Without the help of the Joint Chiropractic. I am now lighter and pain free. Thanks once again to the staff At The Joint Chiropractic.

I had been suffering with my sciatica for 2 weeks pretty severally. i have had issues off and on for 10+ years. I could barely walk. I had never seen a chiropractor before and was honestly not even sure it would help. Friends and Family kept telling me to just give it a try so I did. It was literally the best thing I could have done for myself. The staff was so kind and patient with me and answered all the concerns and questions! I never take the time to leave reviews but this was the best experience and I left feeling so much better that i just had to share my store!

Made an appointment very easy, front desk was super nice and friendly and my adjustment went great. I felt some relief just as soon as I stood and I've never been to a chiropractor before. They also have super affordable packages. I definitely got one and have another appointment in a couple days. I'm very excited for the outcome and for much less back pain!

This was my first experience with a walk in chiropractor. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. It had a different setup than what I was expecting but nothing too far fetched. I filled out some paper work and waited for the doctor. The doctor went through the process with me, in detail but fairly quickly, I think it's just the nature of the job, in and out, next patient to patient, so naturally she talks fast.
I received some good information about why we should or need to see this type of treatment. I did receive an adjustment and most of it was completely new for me, so naturally it took me a second to get used to the jerks and cracks. They did recommend a treatment plan but I needed to sleep on it. Overall I decided that this type of treatment wasn't for me. I'm kind of scared of it lol If you enjoy this, I would recommend it especially if you're busy and need a convenience of going whenever even later in the evenings. Pricing wasn't bad either. I just can't bring myself yet to get jerked and cracked lol. I'm too scared

Went in for the first time for a stiff and sore neck from a little snowboarding fall I took the week before. Nothing major. Paperwork took about 10 minutes. They got me right in. Adjusted me with a few good neck cracks. Quick little debriefing after. Done. It was exactly what I wanted and I feel better. Not bad for $29! Will be going back.

I came to this office via a Groupon. I was not sure if they could help. Let me say, They did!!! I had a stiff upper back and neck problems that made me miserable. After coming 2-3 times a week for the first month I was relieved to find chiropractic adjustments work! I now come once a week to stay aligned. The staff is friendly and the chiropractors I have seen have been friendly and definitely know their stuff. I highly recommend

Dr. Strand is amazing. A few years ago I broke all the joints in my pelvis and shattered one of my hips and femur and had been seeing a different chiropractor in the area for over a year with little improvement in my pain management. I started seeing Dr. Strand and within 2 weeks of seeing her my pain has dramatically improved. Not to mention they make chiropractic care affordable.

Dr Cunningham is a magician! I had a few ribs out of alignment that were causing intense shooting pain when I coughed, sneezed, or took anything more than a shallow breath. I'm also a side sleeper, & trying to lay on anything other than my back brought involuntary tears to my eyes. Even laying on my back was somewhat painful. After my first session with Dr Cunningham, I felt 50% relief the next day. Second, 75%.
After the third visit, I could sleep comfortably on my sides & had no more pain! She healed me up within a week. A nice tangential benefit, too, is that lately I've been able to stand at my desk for several hours without pain - I used to have to sit back down after 10-15 mins because of lower back pain! I would recommend Dr Cunningham to any & everyone I know (I already have, haha).
In addition to providing top notch care, The Joint's prices are extremely reasonable & even walking in without an appointment, I was usually able to see her right away. After the initial appointment, my adjustments only took 5 mins, tops, which was icing on the cake - who wants to be at a medical professional's office any longer than they have to?

I've gone to chiropractors fairly frequently for 30 years, all around the USA and the globe. You might benefit from The Joint's form of assembly line treatment, but this is certainly the lowest quality version of chiropractic out there. No matter what your problem is or what you say, they will do the same routine. I had maybe five different Chiropractors there in my approx.15 visits.
All the same. They will go through the same quick sequence, no matter where or what your problem is. In-and-out in maybe two minutes. If it happens to help you - super! In my case, it made my condition much worse, actually injuring me further, causing great sustained pain. My neck got really hurt on my last visit, and I can still feel the pain (and reduced mobility) from that last attempted crack, which was maybe six months ago.
This place has changed my mind about chiropractic treatment - I now never want to visit one again, and will only do self therapy. On a plus side, the price is very cheap if you go all the time. Again, you might find benefit from this form of chiropractic, just be aware of what you are getting in to. This is my first google review ever, but I feel my opinion is important enough to share. --- their response was that they'd reach out to me shortly.seven months and still waiting for that response. ---

I am so glad I decided to go to see Dr. Banks. My lower back pain was so intense it was lowering the quality of my life. I couldn't believe the relief I felt after just the first visit. This office is fantastic! I've been adjusted by every doctor that works at this clinic, and I always leave feeling relieved and better every single visit. Originally the joint was okay for what it is, a quick fix. But as soon as you mention the word cancel you will be ignored continuously. I have called every day without any response. The first time it rang and I left a message-every time since it goes straight to voicemail Update: thank you for finally getting back to me. I came in and signed paperwork on 2/6 and was charged again on 2/11.

I've been a recent patient for The Joint and had a bad customer service experience at the university location. An operations manager called me to apologize personally about the service and have asked me to come back to The Joint to hope I reconsider. This however, the worst one is by far the Providence location. Whomever the wide bald headed doctor was by far the most disrespectful to me.
It doesn't make sense to me how y'all treat a patient. I feel the negativity right off the bat when this doctor came at me sideways. Didn't even apologized, try to be a smartass. Fake personalities everywhere. I don't understand you people especially when y'all given me a voucher card to get a free adjustment when I paid for the month already in the past. SPECIFICALLY TELLING ME I CAN USE THIS AT ANY LOCATION AND TELLING ME THAT I CAN, EVEN THOUGH I AM NOT A NEW PATIENT. I've heard what I've heard.

I'm not sure of the doctors name, but this is my favorite branch of the joint franchise that I like going to. Very reasonably priced, I have the monthly subscription, and I usually have a pretty good experience. As with any franchise in a service field, it isn't very consistent across the board. But what I like about this franchise is that it gives you the opportunity to try several locations and find which ones really work best with you.

Traveling again this summer so saw Dr Cam for the first time. Very pleased with the gentle adjustment and his technique. I'm used to chiropractors as I've have had back problems for many years and just this past few months have had to have Lumbar RFA and several lumbar/sacral epidurals. I've seen many chiropractors over the years and, specifically, used The Joint services for the last 3 years. So glad I stopped and saw Dr. Cam -- I'm good to go, on with the vacation.

Today was the first time ive ever seen a chiropractor. I was pretty skeptical, but my experience was amazing. The staff was professional and the Dr was very funny, which helped ease my anxiety. Immediately after he finished, my long term back pain felt better. I took a nap when i got home and its the best sleep ive had in a long time. So good to be comfortable again. This place is awesome!

I went to the joint for the first time because of a promotion on Groupon. Easy experience, no appointment needed. The first appointment takes up to a half hour because of paperwork as in any such office, after that it will be quick. I have been to a couple of chiropractors in the past, and I will say this place is different. Adjustments only, if I was taking PT into account this would not be the place for me. However, for quick adjustments I would not only recommend it but I got a membership.

The Arboretum Joint is great! I come here on a weekly basis for adjustments; I'm an esthetician and always need my back and wrists fixed up. Dr. Migdadi has great technique and I always leave feeling SO much better. Not every chiropractor adjusts extremities, so I was super lucky to find this location!

Dr. Christiansen gives the best chiropractic adjustments I've ever had! I have a lot of muscle spasms and trigger points which reek havoc on my joints and until I met Dr Christiansen had never found a chiropractor who could give me a full adjustment because my muscles are so tight. I actually drive 30 minutes out of my way a couple of times a week to get adjusted by him!!
And I leave every time with a lot more range of motion and a lot less of the chronic pain that I've experienced for years. If you are like me and looking for a chiropractor who can work with the stubborn areas of your body, he's your guy!!

The chiropractor, was very patient as well when I asked him questions. And suggested I come back a few times since so I can fully feel better. If you live around the Loudoun county area I recommend going to them!

I've seen the Doc three times now and am feeling so much better. I had been putting off seeing a chiropractor for years and the first adjustment left me feeling a bit sore, but after two more weeks and two more adjustments my spine is moving freely again and my knee issue is completely gone. They are a friendly office and have great docs at the Riverpoint location in Englewood.

Doctor Armellino and Doctor Banks are fantastic. I really enjoy coming to this practice, the overall service is very professional and easy to talk to. The receptionists Jackie and Kathleen are very helpful! I would recommend this location to everyone and their family members (all ages and size) to come and check it out for yourselves.

Been going to Doc T for about a month now and he has done more for my spine then my other chiropractor did in 3 months. Finely I see a light (being pain free) at the end of the tunnel. As a bonus, the cost is alot less. I like the package deals! Also, the staff is always attentive and willing to listen!

I have been going here for a few months now and I'm pretty satisfied. Yes, you get to experience different doctors. Yes, it's a quick, just walk in kind of thing. The last chiropractor I visited was minimum 1 hour each visit. SO frustrating. I don't have that kind of time, and this place works for me. Everyone is friendly, and I'm outta there fast. Most importantly I feel better afterwards!

Initially, the services at the Joint in Arboretum seemed to be beneficial. After, a series of adjustments I decided that the services provided wasn't enough for me. Granted it was helpful in the beginning, but it's not working for me. I understood that I purchased the wellness package of $59.00 for 4 visits. I completed that wellness package and went an 1 additional time for $10.00.
To my surprise my Health Care Savings account was charged without my authorization. There wasn't any services rendered for that transaction. At this point, it seems that the Joint will charge you card even if a service isn't provided. I'm a healthcare provider myself and I know that's deceitful to any customer. I'm disappointed and frustrated.
Under no circumstances would I refer anyone to the Joint. You can't even cancel the service without being charged repeatedly. If you want a quick fix, don't mind spending your Health Care Saving account on services not provided, if you want your card charged without your authorization, and charged for cancellation then you need to go to the Joint. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. Never Again, K

Dr. Eric Strebel does a wonderful job communicating and practicing chiropractics. Walking in I was unable to twist my neck to the left. After two visits I have significantly higher range of motion in my neck. I highly recommend him. I have even referred my boyfriend and he loved it. Super fast and professional.

I first tried The Joint after pulling a muscle in my neck. I signed up for the 79 per month plan , as that is an insane deal for what is essentially $20 per visit. My neck healed fast and I continue to go because I work out and live an active lifestyle. I've seen just about all of the chiropractors that work at The Joint in the area. Hands down, Frankie is the best.
He takes his time with each patient and goes far beyond the call of duty. I recommend this place to anyone who exercises on the regular. Thanks so much, Frankie. You are the best!

I was refer here by a friend at my gym. I injured myself playing flag football and instantly there was a shape pain on the left side of my hip. The pain was unbearable that I left work the next day to go check this place out since it didn't require any appointments like I would need to make with my chiropractor here in Leesburg. Dr. Velez asked me a few questions and when I explained everything to him, he knew right away what caused the pain.
After the adjustment, I could walk without that pain I was experiencing before I walked in. For it being my first time, I can say it was a pleasant experience and I look forward to my upcoming adjustment to fix this problem I've been having for the last couple of years. I would highly recommend you try it out to see for yourself. You are getting great care for very reasonable cost.

I've never been to a chiropractor before, my boyfriend convinced me I should try it. But I have to say, it has definitely improved my posture. Yes, the first appointment ends up hurting after a few hours, but it gets better after that. My back does seem to be doing much better since I started coming here. Looks like I may be becoming a regular patient.

The staff is very friendly and gets to know their clients quickly. I feel welcomed when I enter and as I leave. I also really really enjoy the adjustments. Dr Shimer is my favorite, but the others are good too. I've never had a long wait. I can usually just pop in and out in 10-15 minutes total, which is great. I wish they had a location in Lafayette - but I would probably still go to Longmont for Dr Shimer if she didn't change to the new office!

I go to this office exclusively, Dr. Justin Willcoxson really helps with the chiropractic adjustments. I am also grateful to him...He found something wrong with my fathers spine, and recommended that we get him to a hospital right away. If he hadn't noticed that there was something wrong, and my dad had fallen he would have been a paraplegic. I would like to thank all the staff, for making my trips there comfortable and friendly.

What a fabulous experience and great pricing! I have gone to different chiropractors, and at first I was a little worried about how inexpensive this place was and the quality they would provide... but now two months later and almost 8 visits in, I can assure you their work is phenomenal! The first time you visit, they sit you down and listen to all the issues / problems you are having and figure out the best care for you. They don't try to push you with any contracts or long commitments, just great treatments at amazing prices!
