Been going to Dr. Loy for 15 years and he is the best in the area. He makes sure that you are feeling better walking out then you did walking in. Along with his "All Star" of a staff making your next appointment is stress free. He truely "Makes Backs Great Again".

Dr. Loy is amazing. Great service. Great attitude. Uses multiple techniques and works with physical therapists in area to enhance recovery. He also is well versed in diet changes and supplements to to aid in faster, long term recovery.

As someone who moved to Winchester in December I needed a great chiropractor. Luckily I chose Dr. Loy. It's been a great match I highly recommended him and his staff.

He is the MAN he knows what he's doing definitely. Gunna keep going back!

Give THREE MONTHS for new patients. Ridiculous. PAIN doesnt wait.just sayin Chiros.all are pretty slow admitting new patients but three months is outta the question.

Dr. Loy is very professional and competent at what he does. I've come here for several years ever since I moved here. I tried a couple other doctors that were high priced and wanted me to do stuff I didn't need, having had regular chiropractic care for years, I mainly need maintenance. Dr. Loy is very good, efficient, and very reasonably priced. He's also a lot of fun.

If you are in need of a great chiropractor, go see Dr Loy. I have chronic neck and shoulder pain and see him on a regular basis. He is a very knowledgeable, skilled chiropractor who truly cares about his patients.

This is a nice friendly and clean place to get adjusted. I Have been coming here for years. Perfect way to alleviate the pain and pressure I deal with in my neck and lower back. I noticed right away improvement in my posture. I am extremely hard on my body with work and long hard sessions in the gym. This has been a very helpful addition to my routine in maintenancing my spine.

It is so important for me to get adjusted to be able to continue to be the best I can be. Sometimes we dont realize how much tension and pressure we walk around with until its corrected. Iv had tremendous back and neck pain for years from hard working all my life and a couple bad accidents that left me messed up for life. Since getting adjusted regularly most of my pain I used to take meds for is gone.

I am now living a clean and healthy lifestyle with no pills and minimal pain. If your thinking about trying this place I strongly recommend you do. Start getting adjusted and you'll definitely start seeing a noticeable difference. And it will benefit you in more ways then your realized it could. I dont normally leave long reviews but in this case it's well deserved. I only wish I had started sooner.

I could give him a million stars! Dr. Loy is hands down AMAZING! He really takes the time to listen to you, get to know you, and truly explain things to you. No adjustment is the same. The office is very laid back and puts you at ease! I wouldn't trust anyone else to adjust me! If you pay out of pocket his prices are beyond fair! Anyone I've ever talked to has said nothing but good things to say about him!

They always work with your schedule and can fit you in at just about anytime! You'll thank yourself after leaving his office! Also, I've never sat in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes. Hes very punctual and gets you back in a room as fast as possible!

Dr. Loy was the third of three chiropractors I tried out in Winchester. The other two I visited were, well, a bit shady. In short, one of the offices I tried also "specialized" in some sort of gimmicky weight loss program. I was sitting in the waiting room and was watching their "infomercials." That's not really what I've come to expect from a chiropractor.

They also had me watching those infomercials for at least 20 minutes. They never called me back so I left. The second office I tried was strange. The never made any "adjustments" to my much needed areas. All they did was use some sort of table to "rub" my back. You won't find any of this nonsense with Dr. Loy. If you need a TRUE adjustment, Dr. Loy's office is where you need to go.

He'll ask you about what's bothering you, make the needed adjustments, offer sound advice, and make a recommendation on when he should or should not see you again. His massage therapist Ilene is just as great. After my visits with Dr. Loy, I always feel much better than when I came in. He also does acupuncture that has helped my carpal tunnel a lot. Call his office and see what he can do for you! You won't be disappointed (unless you're looking for that garbage some of the other places like I described offers).

Unfortunately, despite how many clients I've referred to this establishment & vice versa; I have to give a low rating. This low rating is 100% due to how I was greeted & treated by the front desk personnel, I didn't feel welcomed & was reprimanded for being 2 minuets late even though my appointment was at 12:05pm. I explained that I was only a few. minutes behind due to a gentleman asking for directions, the location itself is a bit tricky to find the first time.

I explained rationally why I was 1-2 minuets late. I was sternly told from the front desk personnel, that "they do not put up with tardiness" I explained my appointment was at 12:05pm & was told, rudely in front of other patients, .

This is pure quality not quantity people fabulous atmosphere, Dr. Loy always takes his time and is a good listener and has really help me tremendously!

I feel better after being here. Getting acupuncture now. And the hours fit my busy schedule. Good staff, friendly and efficient.
