Like other chiropractors in Charleston, Dr. Delson concentrates on neck and back problems. Unlike any doctor in Charleston, Dr. Delson has a CCEP degree and is a registered and certified Cox Flexion Distraction practitioner. Dr Delson's CCEP degree qualifies her to treat the whole body, not just the back and neck; she has specialized training & experience with extremities - feet, legs, arms and hand problems.
We are network and PPO providers for most insurance companies including: Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Mail Handlers, Thomas Cooper, Humana, PCHS, and more. I had hip/thigh pain for 5 years. I didn't even realize how bad because I had learned to live with it. After one visit to Dr. Delson, the pain was gone! She was real and told me it may return and it did, but not near as bad as it had been. After the next visits with her, it has stayed gone. We continue to work with it. She is very realistic and confident she can help, and she is truly my hero!

I found a gem when I found Dr. Delson at Delson Chiropractic. She is such a lovely human being and an extremely knowledgeable and gifted chiropractor. I found her practice through a professional referral from a chiropractor back in Indiana (!) I needed to have my newborn adjusted, so it was important that I found a doctor that knew how to work with the infant spine.
I have been so impressed with her level of care and expertise that I have had her adjust my other child and also my 220 lb Marine husband. She can easily wear all hats when it comes to spine health. It is easy to get an appointment at her office-- I have noticed that a lot of chiropractic offices close for long lunches and her's does as well. I have had no issues getting an appointment (we've seen her now 7 times) and my husband, who works full-time, has been able to take advantage of her Saturday morning appointment slots.
Her sister Phyllis does a fabulous job managing the office and making you feel like family. There has not been a visit that I have gone from without feeling like my family is healthier and more enriched from being in contact with these women.

I have recently started seeing Dr Delson for some problems with my neck and back. I can't believe how lucky I am to have found her! She is beyond knowledgeable in what she does.her attitude and enthusiasm is amazing. I feel like I have know her forever already. Her office staff is so welcoming and accommodating as well. You will not find a more caring and helpful Chiropractor anywhere.

My husband and I are unfortunately plagued with medically diagnosed chronic back and neck issues (cervical and lumbar). Dr Delson is our life saver for last ten years. There have been many last minute appointment requests, she will work late to fit in. She treats her patients as family and as individuals. I have never encountered a DR with more concern and understanding.
She also is very knowledgeable and takes the time to address our concerns and how to treat going forward. I would never consider finding another chiropractor. My migraines and tight shoulder and neck muscles have been resolved on many instances. Yesterday my husband could not move, she adjusted but to no relief. He required a visit to the hospital, muscle relaxants, and pain meds.
She was very patient, empathetic, remained late, and asked that we keep her updated on his progress. He was able to walk this morning less than 24 hrs later. I am convinced that adjustment not only helped but also allowed him to walk today. Dr Delson really cares and relieves pain. Jeff and Jennifer Duke West Ashley
