I went here after waking up in the morning unable to walk. I had never tried alternative medicine so I must admit I was a bit apprehensive coming in but the staff made me comfortable and excited for the process from start to finish. When I walked in I was greeted by Sam who was super friendly and attentive to my needs. It's nice to step into a space where all the staff is getting along and everyone truly believes in the success of their practices and you could really feel that energy in there. Sam, Martina, and Melanie kept me entertained and learning about what they do there and how much it was going to heal me and how excited they personally were to see how I felt after.

When Dr. Lydia came to retrieve me in my gimpy state I was in I was ready and my mind was super open to whatever was about to happen. When I got in it was super clean and there a very healing tribal flute music permeating the air to keep you nice and relaxed while she breathes with you and fills your pressure points with thin needles to relieve the tension and open up your muscles.

She really has a deep passion for what she does rooting back to her upbringing in Poland and takes the time and grace to tell you what's happening inside your muscles as you go through the process. Afterwards she followed up with a cupping procedure which felt like and octopus was being moved along my back sucking my skin from the muscles further opening them to heal. Dr Lydia was super gentle I trusted her every step of the way and also loved learning about the science behind it.

When I got out of that room I felt so much more refreshed I was back to walking and my entire demeanor had changed from grumpy to stoked. Next up I was offered a trial run in their sounds lounge. This this is a relaxing little trip. Sam and Martina were there to help me choose my program with enthusiasm and laughs. The bed is so comfy it's like a gel cloud and once you've got the whole thing fired up with the sounds the lights and you're in the moment you feel like you transcend into a different world which I'm sure all of us are ready to leave this reality for a little while. It was super relaxing and grounding to go for the ride and I came out feeling like a million bucks. Thanks guys! Keep up the good work! See you again soon!

Dr. Kurt and his team are fabulous. They always go above and beyond my expectations, and have a wealth of information about additional healing tools and techniques. I have had chronic pain for over 10 years and they help manage my pain, and improve my quality of life with spinal adjustments, laser & rapid release treatments, and the BrainTap. Dr. Kurt is by far the best chiropractor I have ever been to and I have tried a lot. He also adjusts a lot more joints than most chiropractors I've been to. He sees you as a whole person and treats you accordingly.

Moved to San Diego a few months ago. I had seen a chiropractor in the past but had relapsed with constant back and neck pain, along with debilitating headaches. Dr. Kurt and his staff welcomed me as a new patient, and I could feel the difference after just one visit. I'm eager to continue seeing them for my care.

The team here along with Dr. Kurt is the best! He helped me with tremendous back pain and I already felt better after my first appointment. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a chiropractor.

Dr. Kurt, Sam, and Martina are the best team in the world! They are always so bright and positive, and go above and beyond to meet our needs and requests. They care about their patients as individuals, and take the time to not only ask about our lives, but actually remember the answers to questions they asked and details about who their patients are.

They take the extra time to give heat and/or laser treatment after the adjustment and that really helps solidify the work (or magic) that Dr. Kurt does. Dr. Kurt also shows you on a screen *where* your ailment actually is and how it affects the rest of your body, and furthermore gives extra stretches you can do at home to maintain. They also recently incorporated InHarmony Brain Tap therapy into their office and it is a GAME CHANGER.

This therapy focuses on sound frequency and how it interacts with the body's cells. The whole team really cares about your body from the inside out, and takes a Holistic approach to ensure your mind is as sound as your body. They're amazing- see them now!

I've been going to this facility for the last 2 months. I used to have severe neck pain and often get migraines that would affect my vision and my overall mood and performance at work. Ever since my first session I have noticed great improvements and I have not have any migraines since I started seeing this chiropractor. Would totally recommend. Martina is also lovely and helpul!

I have to tell you that Dr. Cagasan and his staff give the most excellent care. The Dr. Took his time to listen to my complaints and then gave me an amazing adjustment. My only complaint is that I couldn't give them a 10 star! Thanks again

Had 4 visits. two stars because most visits, the chiropractor was able to put my ribs "back into place" again. ONLY two stars because on my last and final visit, he said if i take horse dewormer, i won't get COVID. even gave me a print out saying if i do this i won't get sick. my first red flag should have been that they also offer astrology readings. wow. way to make yourself a true pseudoscience. i will never go back.

I came here after some bad lower back pain and a bad knee. The first appointment Dr Kurt spent a lot of time examining and explaining everything to me. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was causing all the pain. After just the first visit I left feeling so much better. No waisted time, no required sign ups for "treatment plans" it's simply come as you wish! I've been coming for 3 weeks now and can see such a huge difference already. Definitely recommend this office with the great and efficient service Dr Kurt has to offer!

Dr. Kurt is absolutely amazing. He truly works hard to identify the root cause of your pain in order to provide the right care for you. He takes his time during each and every appointment to understand what, if any, progress you are making so he can determine how best to go forward. Dr. Kurt makes you feel as though you are his only patient. I have been going to Chiropractors for over 20 years and he is by far the best I've ever seen!

I highly recommend him! The staff that works there is always so pleasant too. Sam is a sweetheart! Oh.and they are ALWAYS on time with regard to appointments. I've never had to wait beyond my appt time! Love this practice!

I recently had 2 appointments. The first with Dr. Penny, and the follow up with Dr. Kurt. Both were very polite and personable, made the whole experience really comfortable and enjoyable, and I left feeling 1000 times better than when I went in. They really take the time to educate, and not just go through the motions. The rest of the staff were very pleasant and friendly as well. I made the appointment here initially because it was closest to my apartment, but I will be back for sure no matter where I live. Thanks for the great service!

I've been to chiropractors all over the world, all my life. I just appreciate Gaslamp Chiropractic for so many reasons. Most importantly, Dr Kurt has such a good feel for adjustments. With so many neck problems all my life, it's hard to trust my head in anyone's hands, but his adjustment is gentle, yet deep. Also, the therapy they offer is quick and effective.

I look forward to coming to their office. They are positive, cheerful, and truly caring about their patients. Highly recommend, Gaslamp Chiropractic and Dr. Kurt. I've had multiple chiropractors in the Bay Area before I moved to San Diego and found Dr. Kurt. Since the first visit, you will immediately see the value. Other chiropractors that I have had in the past didn't even come close to the service & pain relieve Dr. Kurt provides. Samantha (receptionists) & Dr Kurt are amazing! Been a patient for over a year & I always leave feeling aligned & in place! For the past 5 years, I have lived with agonizing pain, after a visit with Lance Moore. In his office, my story started when I was 29 years old and about to start nursing school. What should have been a typical visit to the chiropractor in hopes of relieving some generalized, mild muscle aches, turned into emergency room visits, epidural injections, nerve conduction studies, MRIs, x-rays, 9 months of physical therapy, trigger point injections, pain meds, muscle relaxers, heating pads, acupressure mats.and guess what is next on my list? Cervical disc replacement surgery. That's right-- I get to have a 5cm incision made across my throat in order for the Neurosurgery team to remove my herniated disc and replace it with an artificial one.

I likely won't be able to speak or eat solid foods for 2 weeks after surgery. I'll require 6 months of recovery time and many more months of physical therapy and pain management. My family will have to fly across the country to take care of me after surgery. My boyfriend has become my nurse: having to help me get dressed, drive me to appointments, stay up all night on those agonizing sleepless nights, and bring me tissues for all of the tears of pain.

Since seeing Lance Moore, I've taken a medical leave of absence from school and have been left with no option other than to put my academic and career aspirations on hold until I am healthy enough to resume them. I am now 34 years old and I have lost more than 5 years of my life and career to excruciating pain and countless sleepless nights. As I write this, my hand is blue and cold to the touch because the nerves that control my arm and hand are not getting enough blood due to the spinal cord compression in my neck.

I am counting down the seconds until I can have surgery in hopes of being able to put this unimaginable pain behind me. This experience has forever changed my life, my career, my body, and my health. I wish that I never stepped foot through this chiropractor's door.

Outstanding Chiropractic Center! From the minute you walk in and are greeted by Samantha, the office manager, to the Chiropractic Adjustments by Dr. Moore and Dr. Kurt and then the heat and laser treatments! My bulging disc in my neck and scar tissue on my back right shoulder have been healed with the best care and treatment! I am so glad I decided to try chiropractic treatment rather than opting for surgery! Kudos to the best Chiropractic facility in San Diego!

Firstly, the reception staff and the staff that help with everything between seeing the chiropractor, are so lovely. Always friendly and accommodating. The treatment I received was top class and helped to alleviate the pain I was having in my right shoulder due to a previously torn ac joint.

I've been coming here for about a year now (give or take a few months) and always come away not only feeling physically better, but impressed by the entire staff's friendliness and professionalism. Dr. Kurt is very good about listening to my specific trouble spots (lower back, hip and shoulder) and focusing directly on that as opposed to an overall, generic adjustment.

With my hectic work schedule, the staff is also really good about squeezing me in when possible and being flexible with me on any reschedules/cancellations. Overall, I've been extremely pleased with my experience here and love how much better I feel after stopping by. Would definitely recommend giving them a try!

Had extreme pain in neck and shoulders. Messaged thru yelp to ask a few questions and found out price and how to schedule an appointment (easy call). Did so and set me up around the time I requested with great communication every step of the way. Day of I showed up a few mins early to fill out papers. Then Dr Kurt saw me. I explained by issues and he got right to work, quickly identifying the pain spots and explaining things in detail. Had some manual adjustments for first time ever and that really did the trick. I am completely better after weeks of pain. I'm not local but I'm likely to stop back when in town just to get a check up. These folks are all awesome.

So I injured myself at the gym, I couldn't turn my head for a couple of days, I could barely drive, and my appetite was beyond screwed. They are nothing short of amazing! Samantha and the team are so pleasant and professional. They get me, they keep it realistic prices. Dr. Kurt is a like a magician or at least hands of a god. Sometimes, he just already knows what's wrong before I even open my trap. I want to be their friend personally. Such great human beings. Did I mention they offer student plans too?!

Highly recommend. Not only do I trust them with my spine, but it is always a pleasant experience at the office -- from the front desk staff, to the therapists, to both doctors -- they could not be more welcoming. I've been a patient here for over 5 years and primarily see Dr. Moore, but if he is not available I will gladly see Dr. Kurt. They are extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and will tailor the visit to your needs. I always leave their office feeling better than when I got there. The free parking downtown is great too!

I've been a patient of Dr Moore for several years. He's great and so are all the team. They are professional, kind and helpful, and always treat your issues holistically. They really help alleviate pain and keep you aligned. Super convenient location in Gaslamp Flexible hours. They are almost always able to accommodate you and are experts in understanding insurance policies.

Dr. Moore is quick, clear and friendly I've been here a few times now for over 6 months, and over all great service and treatment.
