I have been to other chiropractors in years past, but I am so pleased with Dr. Tanaka's adjustments that I no longer go anywhere else. In addition, Grace at the front desk is so friendly and helpful with directions, billing, and the massage chair that a visit to this beautifully landscaped place is a real pleasure!

Dr. Henshaw was fantastic. I was in a car accident and have been getting inconsistent but consistent extremely painful back spasms. She helped realign my hips and massaged out the muscles in my back to release any tension I was holding. Extremely satisfied with my treatment so far.

I was suffering from migraine headaches and tension in my neck so I was so grateful that Dr. Visico was able to see me. He took the the time to listen to my concerns, was friendly, and professional. More importantly, with just one adjustment I felt less tension in my neck. Dr. Visico even went the extra mile to explain why he was adjusting the specific areas and suggested different massages to relieve pain with a migraine. Overall I was impressed with the entire team. The office is clean, there's plenty of parking, and it was easy to find!

As soon as you can in the door, you feel welcomed by Grace, the atmosphere feels like a family and everyone is super friendly. I continue to go at least once a month- Love how I feel after ever session, highly recommend!

5 stars all around! The facility is very clean and Grace at the front desk is friendly and professional. Most importantly the chiropractic care is superb. I have had ongoing back issues from sports that have been lingering for a long time. After one visit with Dr. Visico, there was instant relief. I also fully tore my Achilles Tendon prior to seeing MMC, but I have received additional treatment and exercises to help with getting back to 100%. Overall very satisfied and I always look forward to getting adjustments on my scheduled visits. Highly recommend!

Dr. Chris Visico is amazing! He is very thorough, explains everything he is looking for, and very kind. He is personable and makes it a very comfortable experience. I have referred over 5 other patients to him and he is the best.

They have an amazing team. I was referred to them by a co-worker. She did not want me to go anywhere else! Grace sent me all my paperwork before my appointment. I had to reschedule because of work and they were very accommodating. Little sore from my adjustment but it was much needed. Dr. Chris was great! He even gave me some exercises to keep working on. And explained everything very thoroughly. Highly recommended.

I came in to see Dr. Visico while visiting San Diego with my family. His exceptional knowledge of the human body blew me away! On top of that, he was able to alleviate my horrible hotel pillow neck pain immediately. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for actual results!

The Staff here are super Amazing! Everyone is nice & communicative. Definitely never been to a chiropractor that actually utilized the full time to address all of my concerns. Thanks guys!

I cannot say enough great things about Mira Mesa Chiropractic. The office is located in a serene building and is kept clean and neat. Grace, the administrative assistant, is always a joy to work with, and Dr. Henshaw works absolute wonders. She takes a more whole-system approach than my previous chiropractors (have had many) and it gets excellent results.

This includes a lot of muscle work, as well as teaching you why you might have certain issues and how to combat them. I love learning about all the connections between different regions in your body, and ever since I've starting visiting Dr. Henshaw, my whole body's in so much better shape. I've also had the opportunity to be treated by Dr. Visico once and he was wonderful as well, taking a very similar approach to Dr. Henshaw.

I've been getting fixed at Mira Mesa chiropractic for over 10 years. I work a physical job and my body is always sore. Dr Henshaw is excellent at making sure everything in my body is in perfect place. Its the preparation before the adjustment that goes a long way. I always feel much much better when I leave.

This place is amazing! Grace at the front desk was so nice and happy to help me out : My chiropractor was awesome! She was so nice and friendly and I definitely felt comfortable and she helped out with my back pain in ways you can't imagine! Definitely recommend coming here by far the best place ever!

Dr. Tanaka is the best! This was my first experience with a chiropractor and it was a great one! Much pain improvement after just my first visit. Staff is great! Grace is so nice, accommodating and helpful. I'm sending all my friends and family here!
