Dr. Aguilar is genuinely AMAZING! He not only a skilled physical therapist with a great work ethic, but is a extremely caring individual and who truly cares about the recovery of every one of his patients. When I first came to Dr. Aguilar I had just been an accident and had terrible lower and upper back pain that worsened the headaches and physical symptoms of my concussion.

It made operating as a full time student who also works full time extremely difficult. But from the first day I stepped into Dr. Aguilar office I knew I was in good hands. He took his time not only examining my pain to ensure he developed the right plan for me, but also explaining all the tools and procedures he would use like dry needling. I at first was so scared because initially all you hear is needles and them being stabbed into your back but after his patient and extensive explication, as well as finally experiencing it I am defiantly a FAN!

It may seem scary but it's so beneficial and helpful in relieving all the pain. Not only was Dr. Aguilar focused on helping soothe current my pain but his ultimate goal is to strength his patients body to ensure they are able to go back to their regular daily activities and avoid re-injury. Overall my experience with Dr. Aguilar was amazing, and i whole-hearted recommend giving him the opportunity to change your life for the better! He is a miracle worker that will having your feeling so much stronger and better than before!

Dr. Aguilar is simply the best! He has helped me soo much after breaking my humerous bone and having nerve damage. He is professional and sooo caring about his patients. Just an amazing pt. His facility is big and has top notch equipment. Super clean. I would give 10 stars if i could.

This wasn't my first experience with physical therapy however, it was my first experience where I felt like the doctor actually listened to me. When I was ready, we tried dry needling. HUGE difference! Pain that I had been trying to handle on my own was finally relieved. The laser treatment also helped immensely. Great staff overall. Conveniently located and the office is always clean!

Dr. Raul Aguilar is quite amazing. When I first went to him I was in extreme pain and could hardly stand up straight and couldn't walk without assistance. Now my pain is almost gone and I can stand up straight and walk without any help at all. The dry needling really makes a difference and the caring way that he deals with each patient is wonderful.

Dr. Aguilar does a fantastic job with dry needling. Two months ago I was having daily migraines, neck and shoulder pain, and on-going headaches. Since starting PT and dry needling, migraines and pain has subsided significantly.

Dr. Aguilar is fantastic! He really takes the time to listen and tailor his treatment to your situation. The exercises and dry needling were very helpful for my back pain. Everyone at Universal Health and Wellness is really kind, helpful, and professional. I can't recommend them enough!

I am extremely pleased with the the service from the entire staff at Universal Health and Wellness. The staff is cordial, professional, and diligent. Dr. Aguilar took his time to listen to and address each and every one of my problems. I could tell he truly cared about me and wanted me to feel better. When I first had dry needling done by him, he was able to put my mind at ease by thoroughly explaining the treatment before and during the entire thing. I have learned so much from Dr. Aguilar and will forever be grateful for his help and knowledge. I am confident that anyone that goes here will be more than satisfied!

This place is beyond amazing! I had 2 surgeries back to back and not able to walk for 4 months and the therapist got me up and walking within a month of therapy. He is very compassionate about his job and you can tell he loves what he does and that goes a long way when you care for others! It's nice to have someone who genuinely cares and wants to see you improve! Hands down the best therapist I've ever had and I would recommend him to anyone! They are great and I was able to recover much better since they stay on top of your progress and give you the attention need. I will definitely come back here if I need to in the future.

I can never thank Dr. Aguilar enough. His experience, compassion and attention to your individual symptoms and injuries will get you feeling better in no time. He is so experienced in many areas of healing methods and techniques and makes it his main priority to ensure you are comfortable and well informed throughout your treatment. I am amazed at how far I got in his care after unsuccessful treatment at a local chiropractor that left me feeling hopeless and in chronic pain for months and of course I was extremely discouraged but Dr. Aguilar has so much to offer his patients and his chair side manners and personality will always make anyone feel positive and welcomed.

Dr. Aguilar is awesome! I came here because of back pain I have had for couple of years. My primary care physician highly recommended Dr. Aguilar as she was personally treated by Dr. Aguilar. I would personally recommend trying dry-needling for anyone dealing with muscle spasm. I absolutely recommend an excellent service from the Front desk and Dr. Raul Aguilar.

I've been suffering from neck pain that gives me severe headaches/nausea. Dr. Aguilar not only took the time to explain the science to me behind why this was happening but he has also alleviated my neck pain using his dry needling technique and created a customized plan for me moving forward. My headaches are going away and I'm starting to feel like myself again thanks to Dr. Aguilar!

I can't recommend Dr. Aguilar enough. Not only is he good at what he does, he genuinely cares about his patients. Prior to seeing Dr. Aguilar, I went to a spine care center where they told me I have a herniated disk but instead of showing me the images from my x-rays and mri, I felt they just wanted to stick a needle in me and shove me out the door. Dr. Agilar took the time to review the images with me and turns out, I had 3 herniated disks! He's a great coach encouraging you through treatment; not to mention his treatment plans work! Don't forget to ask about dry needling! Highly, highly recommended!

High recommend Dr Aguilar! I had given up hope that I would ever be walking again due to the pain, much less stand up straight. So thankful for Dr Aguilar's assessment, explanation and plan, treatments, patience, encouragement, and expertise. I am now walking again and standing straight! Loved his expert dry needling that gave me so much pain relief! Dr Aguilar and the entire office is always welcoming and supportive. Any flare-ups or PT needs, I'll be back at Dr Aguilar's office!
