Spine Care of Manassas Chiropractic Center is a patient-centered health care facility where our first goal is patient education. We find that when our patient really understands his or her condition, why it's there and how it will be treated we get better results. Your treatment will be designed for you, your unique condition and your personal health goals.
Our friendly front desk staff are here to enhance your experience at Spine Care of Manassas. We have three treatment rooms, where you may receive a chiropractic adjustment or therapeutic modality. Janice, our massage therapist, can provide specific massage to address the soft-tissue component of your condition.

Your first visit to our practice will be about getting to know your chiropractor, and a chance for us to get to know you!.

Beyond impressed with Dr. German! I haven't been to a chiropractor in ages because of Covid so I was so out of place. He really took his time adjusting me, then I did a roller table to massage out my back, then he rechecked me and popped a few more things. My second appointment he had to work even harder to get a super stubborn rib/vertebrae out of place be he worked so relentlessly to get it back in, he really earned my respect.
I've moved a LOT and been to a LOT of chiropractors but I will definitely be recommending him to everyone. Such a thorough job! Also, I loved getting my custom orthotics here. I had them as a kid, I have a completely flat foot, and have been searching for a way to get them again. So excited

I have been receiving excellent chiropractor care from Dr. German for 20 years. When I have a flare up with my neck they fit me in immediately and I get relief from the first appointment. I also trust Dr. German so explicitly that anytime I have an ache or pain I ask him first for his advice - he has never steered me wrong and will not hesitate to refer me to another doctor if needed. His office staff is wonderful and always friendly.

When I walked in I had to sign basic/Covid paper work and then after verifying my insurance they charged me co-pay which was unorthodox compared to all of the doctors offices I visited. then when finally seeing the doctor I had concerns about disabilities and connected regressions issues the dr had a completely civil but sarcastic attitude and totally misperceived my intentions with my concerns and the attitude became personal.
He expected me to have prior X-rays on cd when wherever you been referred by should transferred those X-rays in the first place. not once did I need to carry a cd with me in going to a specialist because that prior doctor forwarded my information in the first place. search for more options.

Our family loves Spine Care of Manassas! We trust the doctors and staff with all of our chiropractic care and injuries. We prefer to consult with Dr. German than other medical providers because he addresses our concerns holistically rather than using invasive procedures or medications that may cause other issues. The staff is so kind and accommodating making sure to keep us safe and comfortable. We are grateful that they've stayed open providing care throughout the pandemic. It shows their dedication to their patient's care.

This place is amazing. I'm a professional full time athlete and I came here for my back pain. I cannot say enough how great of an experience I had here. Evelyn and Eric helped me through the process. Very humble people that really care to help you. Dr. German was very knowledgeable and made everything easy to explain with enough detailed pictures and techniques. Thank you guys! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I first met Dr. German in 2005 when I have severe sciatic pain and had my 2nd breast cancer diagnosis. His protocol calls for an MRI so he can best assess the problem. He has a great understanding of medicine and while treating me stated he couldn't take the quicker electrical stimulation method because I am a cancer patient. That was educational on my part so I am careful to not let anyone else consider that approach for me. I have been out of pain since 2006 and during my maintenance adjustments Dr. German also has been helpful when I have an occasional tension migraine.
