Being recently married, my wife was looking for a new chiropractor, close to the house. Bayside Chiropractic is within walking distance. It turns out that Dr. Chiu is very different than other chiropractors my wife has seen. Dr. Chiu takes an approach of getting the entire picture and making sure the results are going to make a long term difference.

She is very kind, professional and speaks Manderin, which in my wife's case is a great thing! I would recommend Bayside Chiropractic and Dr. Eva Chiu to anyone looking to achieve real, long term results, not just quick relief.

Amazing first day, we did a full body scan and X-rays and Dr. Lisa was absolutely amazing

After months of bad posture from working from home, I began getting a pinched nerve in my neck/shoulder area. The pain was awful and I was only able to turn my head with limited mobility. After some time, I decided that I needed to get it fixed. I discovered Bayside Chiropractic through my friend Lisa, who's a chiropractor here, and I was impressed with how inviting the staff was. Lisa in particular has had my trust in handling my chiropractic care for about 2 or so years now, and I couldn't be happier. My pinched nerve has since subsided. Even when Lisa is not in-office, I always feel assured that I will get the care I need.

Been coming to see dr. Eva and dr. Lisa for a while now and they have helped tremendously with my neck pain. They have the most wonderful bedside manner. They have the most healing hands, very patient with me and very thorough in explaining my treatment with me. TheY have the nicest staff as well. Now my kids come here too.

They just got me in on very short notice (same day) for acute lower back pain due to a pickleball injury. The front office staff and the doctor were extremely efficient and friendly. I'm hopeful treatment will help!

Bayside Chiropractic had a special on for new patients which is all the sign I needed to visit their office after suffering from back and hip pain post-partum and looking for Chiropractic care. It's been 9 months since being a patient of Dr Lisa and Dr Eva's and I couldn't be more grateful. They've taken such great care of me that my overall health has improved immensely.

Super nice team here. Doctor Eva and Lisa were taking good care of patients. I had a long existing lower back issue and extended to mid back. Doctor Eva and Lisa did thorough evaluation and treatments. The symptom has been significantly reduced. I even made progress in postures! Highly recommend this place!

I don't need to take Advil anymore! After dealing with lower back pain for years I finally decided to do something about it and I'm so glad I did. The Dr.s are so knowledgeable and thorough, taking x-rays and going in depth with how they can help you. My posture has also greatly improved, I had started developing fat deposits on my upper back from weight gain, pregnancy and horrible posture for years!

There is a noticeable improvement in that area as well. The girls up front are so sweet and kind, always greeting me when I come in. I am so happy I finally decided to do something for my pain, especially as a new mother - it has been crucial!

I've visited different chiropractors in the past 10 years, but my back pain never improved. Bayside Chiropractic is the place that will treat you and improve your spinal problems. I came here in December due to a Thoracic spinal problem.

I had the worst symptoms, from difficult breathing, pain, tightness muscle and not being able to sleep. After the 1st session though, I could feel that my daily life was improving. Slowly, I could get back to normal activities, the back pain and tightness started to fade away, I could sleep better, and my spine started to improve pretty quickly. Dr. Eva is very specific with diagnosing your problems and she will treat you from the root causes, her adjustment gentle and effective. I'm really happy that I chose the right place and I wish that I came here long ago.

I have been going to Bayside Chiropractic since 2021, and they really make me feel at home. I feel really taken care of and seen here. Dr. Lisa is my chiropractor, and she takes her time to get to know me and focus on the areas that need help the most. When I first started seeing her, I had back pain and my neck was stiff. She has improved my life and wellness through her adjustments. I have more mobility in my whole body. Dr. Eva and her staff are so welcoming. I walked into their office so comfortable. The staff is so friendly and caring. I had chiropractic care in the past but that never fixed my problem. When I met Dr. Eva she explained thoroughly why I had an on and off vertigo. My vertigo issue was corrected by Dr. Eva's care recommendation -- which totally make sense!

She supported me with my whole chiropractic journey. They also do frequent evaluations to monitor your progress along the way. I highly recommend this place. Thanks Dr. Chiu and staff.

I visited bayside chiropractor for my back pain. They have first consultation for free which sounds nice. The chiropractor Dr Ly examined me and told me I had several issues that needed X-ray. So She took 6 images of my spine and asked me to come back for her diagnosis as she needed time to research the images. I asked her about the cost. She said it was $81 for X-rays and $237 consultation fee for the second visit.

I asked her what is my out of pocket cost after insurance. And she said Mega, the front desk girl, would take care of it. Then by the time I got out, Mega asked me to pay $318. She said Bayside Chiropractic would bill my insurance and my insurance company would reimburse me. So I paid. The following week, Dr Ly showed me her research results on my spine X-rays. Basically, several issues that need to be fixed and manipulated by a chiropractor to prevent further damage.

The treatment plan was 60 visits over 30 weeks. The cost is over $4500. Then I asked her about my insurance again. She said unfortunately we are not in-network for your insurance! Bummer! We can give you 20% off if you pay full amount in advance. Why you didn't tell me at beginning? Oh, there was something missing in your insurance's site so we needed more time to figure it out.

That's odd as others could tell me in seconds. So long story short, they obviously didn't bill my insurance as they said and I have to swallow the $318 bill myself. This honestly my fault. I should have checked it out if they were in my insurance network. So you know what to do if you want to visit Bayside Chiropractic. Lastly, I ended up seeing another chiropractor in Belmont and a Physical therapist that I trusted a lot.

They both independently had the same diagnosis which is definitely not as scary as Dr Ly said. They both think the 60 visits treatment plan was "ridiculous" if not a scam. So make sure to get a second opinion before any commitment with Bayside Chiropractic. Thanks for reading.

Dr. Eva is the best chiropractor that I have ever been to. She takes her time to do a full examination and evaluation of each patient, then comes up with a treatment plan and the magic begins. I saw her for 2 months while on a work assignment in San Mateo and she helped me so much with my back pain after a car accident. I sure do miss her! She's awesome! Her office staff is so pleasant and great with customers, they are very personable and learn everyone's name and remember you as soon as you walk in the door.

I was having some shoulder and neck pain for a while due to bad posture. I went to see Dr. Eva and we went through an initial evaluation and did some x-rays. Dr. Eva walked me through what she was seeing and suggested a treatment plan. After about 9 months of seeing her, I could gradually see improvement in my neck and shoulder pain. She's also incredibly professional and just the nicest person!

She listens and takes the time to understand exactly what's bothering you and then explains everything to you. She makes you feel important and never rushed. Her office is also very clean, and her staff is friendly, too. Very highly recommended!

I had locked up shoulder a few months ago, I found Bayside Chiropractic from my Daughter, And I get treated by Dr. Ly from May until this day, and now my arm can move freely, some day I got treated by Dr. Eva when Dr. Ly is with another patient. They both are very professional.

I was in a car accident in March 2021 and came in due to back and neck pain and the staff at Bayside was extremely kind and listened to all of the restrictions I was dealing with due to my pain and began working on a plan of action for corrective care. I cannot stress how much of a difference I have felt since I started coming to Bayside. I went from having trouble turning my head and sitting for longer than a few minutes without feeling pain and having to get up to being able to enjoy sitting for movies, going up and down stairs, and overall having a better quality of life. Dr Lisa takes her time at every appointment to listen to how I'm feeling and which areas of my body bother me and then accommodates that into the care plan. I HIGHLY recommend Bayside Chiropractic for chiropractic care. They specialize in actually fixing the core problem, rather than providing temporary relief.

I've visited chiropractors since 8 years old (due to sports). I have probably had 9 different chiropractors through the years as I traveled and hands down Bayside is the absolute best I have ever had. Attention to detail, calm environment, post adjustment recommendations. I can not recommend this place enough! They were recommended by one of our friends out here and my husband and I are so glad we listened!

Dr. Eva saved my life. I've met Dr. Eva after having a major pain in my lower back. She provided an ex-ray and analyzed my arthritis right away. None of the other orthopedic doctors/chiropractors I've seen before were able to see this: they didn't catch this development and the cause of my ongoing pain. Dr. Eva sees me three times a week and after a couple months I can finally understand the significance of having a chiropractor.

Dr. Eva is a great chiropractor! I came to Bayside for a free consultation through a deal they were having at the time for my lower back a few months back and stuck with them for my corrective care. Dr. Eva really took the time to understand my strengths and weaknesses to come up with the best care plan for me! Aside from my weekly adjustments and progress evaluations, she also provided insightful advice on stretches and exercises that she thought would be helpful. Highly recommend going here for treatments!
