My experience with Dr. SIROTA was wonderful. I truly appreciated how he explained everything that he was doing and why he was doing it along with educating me about my body. I left the office feeling relaxed however the next morning was the clincher. I woke up getting out of bed without any back pain or tightness. My posture was so much better. I think I grew an inch. looking forward to my next visit.

Dr. Sirota explained every detail of what he was going to do on the office visit. He is very professional and knows his stuff. He made me feel comfortable right from the start. We found Dr. Sirota through a friend of ours who has been seeing him for many years, he came highly recommended and we were not disappointed in any way. He is extremely knowledgeable, gentle yet effective and communicates exactly what he is doing and why. I personally appreciate that he is patient and doesn't mind educating me on the human body. My husband came in barely walking and after the initial session we saw immediate relief. I came in worse than I thought and had immediate relief as well. We highly recommend him! It was the first time to experience chiropractic treatment and skeptical when I visited Dr. Sirota for the first time. But it was a wonderful experience and my 30 year stiffness of neck and shoulders became a lot light after 30 minutes of treatment. Also Dr. Sirota is a wonderful person to talk to. When I had a health issue, he listened, and gave me a helpful advice. I feel that he is my friend now and want to go back there every week to see him.

Dr. Sirota is great! He has a thorough total body approach, and took tons of time to explain everything on my first visit. Most of all, he gave me hope, that I will get better! I'm already sleeping better (less pain) after one visit. I've already given out his number to 2 friends. If you need a chiropractor and are able to get to one of his offices, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Dr. Sirota is wonderfully attentive. I had never been to a chiropractor before and came to him primarily for neck pain/tension that was driving me nuts. After going over my paperwork and talking to me about my neck pain, he immediately honed in on my feet as the origin of my issues. Long story short I had been to a podiatrist YEARS before who diagnosed a specific issue (fractured sesamoid) without actually addressing the underlying issue (flat feet).
So I did not know to address this in a long-term or preventative way and eventually it started affecting the posture of my hips, back, and neck. After a few adjustments and getting high quality orthotic inserts (ordered through Dr. Sirota), I am feeling great and notice the change in my posture literally from head to toe. In addition, Dr. Sirota is upfront with a treatment plan and does not pressure anyone into coming more often than needed (which would probably be easy because who doesn't like getting adjusted?).
The best part is I thought I was "settling" by choosing a chiropractor that is 3 blocks from my house (I do not drive). turns out I am just very lucky! I would recommend him to anyone.

From beginning my visit with Dr. Sirota was outstanding. This was my first visit to a chiropractor ever and things I didn't even know were related to my spine are fixed! Dr. Sirota is easy to talk to and trust, which is huge for my skeptical introverted personality. He thoroughly explains each step and really takes his time to address every issue. I'm telling everyone I know about him!

I've been to Chiropractors before but Dr. Sirota is really different in that he does not just do it because that's his Job, he does it because that's his passion. that's his life. With my case, I knew that I needed to see a chiropractor but it wasn't until I saw him that I realized how bad I needed one. not just any one, but Dr. Sirota himself.
I was in pain since Oct. 13. And my first visit with him a month and a half later was the end all be all. He erased a month and a half of pain and suffering in just one visit and I could not be more grateful to/for him for that. Dr. Sirota knows what he is doing and anyone who goes and have a consult with him will leave his office their best selves yet. I guarantee it. Go and see Dr. Sirota, you will not regret it.

Dr. Jon Sirota is fantastic! After 1 treatment my tense back was feeling great. If you have any back pain or stress in your muscles, you must get it examined by Dr. Sirota. He is funny, educational and most importantly he will make you feel like a new person. If you do any type of sports, if you sit long hours in your office or if you drive for long hours, you will definitely benefit from getting treated by Dr Sirota. He has offices in Stamford, CT and in North White Plains. Very safe and conveniently located.
