Dr. Sam Mazahreh is a graduate of New York Chiropractic College and has been in practice since 2000. He has also received his Doctorate in Nursing Practice and his Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Samford University. He also received his Bachelor in Science degree in Nursing from Dominican College.
A.R.C. is comprised of New York State licensed professionals with extensive knowledge and training in anatomy, physiology and the biomechanics of the body. I was in my first car accident recently and these guys were and are still so helpful and caring. The doctors and staff are so professional and friendly. They greet you everyday with positive energy and make you feel relaxed. They are always happy to help with any questions or concerns. Definitely recommend this place 100%

Excellent facility and doctors. They helped my mom with severe back and shoulder pain from an old car accident. She suffered for about 5 years and nothing helped. She was on the brink of surgery and this was our last resort. It took just over one month of weekly treatments and now she has full mobility and is pain free. I highly recommend them.

Since I am in the business of providing the same quality of care I have seen at Main Chiropractic I was enthusiastic to see how detail-oriented and friendly the front desk staff were. They are more then everything! The entire staff is so friendly! They get u so u don't have to be embarrassed about anything! They help treat the pain in your body very well! atmosphere is very calming the place is very clean! They get five stars because of all that and the fact that the service is impeccable! I love this place and recommend anyone to come here! I will be coming here until I can't anymore. or until they get tired of me. lol

Very clean office! All the staff was polite and helpful. From admission to completion, they made sure my process was smooth and also made sure that I progressed! Brenda is wonderful and she always assist me when I walk in and if I have any questions. The wait time is also always very short. Patricia is wonderful as well and she is the physical therapist who provided me with therapy for my shoulders and exercises that promotes healing and strengthening! Great place overall

Great place, pleasant atmosphere, very supportive staff. Each time I visit I leave getting closer to my goal of wellness. The doctors are very patient and spends quality and productive time with each client. The downside is cash only! You cannot use a credit or debit card. I'm not liking that at all.
