I am really unfit and don't feel comfortable when it comes to exercise but Richard immediately put me at ease. He made the session feel achievable and I didn't even realise how hard he pushed me until I felt my sore muscles the next day. I really enjoy my sessions with Richard each week and would recommend him 100%
