I've been going to chiropractors in multiple states for decades. My experience with Yost FC was the first time someone (Dr. Adam) took the time to review in depth the problems with my spine. He set up a treatment program and explained in detail what he was planning to do. I say Bravo!

I was told about the Yost Wellness center from a friend. He thought that it would really help fix a lot of my health issues. When I met with them, I had high blood pressure (seven different pills), I am a type two diabetic, I have colitis, I am way over weight (254), have no energy and have a pain rating of a five to seven most days. Talk about having problems.

After 70 days, I have lost 42 pounds and at the moment I'm no longer taking any blood pressure medication. My blood sugars are down over 25 points which is half way to average. It was at 147 fasting. I haven't had an A1C1 done yet to see how far down that is but it was at a 8.1. When they explained the food part of the program I was really skeptical but I did what they told me to do.

I couldn't believe what happened! For the first time in my life when I got done eating my meal, I was full. In the past, I could go to a buffet and then come home and eat more. Dr. Heather Yost and Dr. Megan Knutson are great. You can tell that they truly care and want to fix you health problems. Every person has their own plan. If something isn't working they change it.

The staff is also wonderful and very friendly. This is not a diet, It is a life changing experience or a wellness program for the rest of your life. It is the best thing that I have ever done.

Today was my first visit. I am grateful for Dr. Yost. I literally broke down. I was in pain both mentally and physically. Dr. Yost listened to what I was dealing with physically and mentally. She doing a full blood work up. Plus she set me up with chiropractic therapy. I can honest say. I feel tons better. My pain is a 2 now. When it was at 8/9 this morning.

My emotional well being is back on track. When all the blood work gets back. She will be working on treatment plan for me. I am looking forward to it. If I feel this good in one day. I can't wait to see how I feel in a few weeks.

Love this place. Whenever I have any pain the first thing I think of is how much better I'll feel after my appointment. They adjust very gently but makes a huge difference.
