Massage Therapy

We provide therapeutic massage for soft tissue issues, muscle spasm and restricted spinal motion. Our services also include specific deep tissue, orthopedic, myofascial release, trigger point and active release techniques. We have independent, licensed massage therapists to assist you with your needs; no referral is necessary, and you do not have to be a chiropractic patient to receive their services.

We're known as a friendly, patient-centered office that delivers results for every member of the family. Mollie joined the team at the Chiropractic Health & Wellness Clinic in 2019. She assists with scheduling appointments, collecting copays, answering the phone, following up with insurance questions as well as helping with muscle stimulation, ultrasound, cold laser, intersegmental traction and hot/cold packs.
Through the use of our gentle techniques, Dr. Giddings is able to effectively correct spinal misalignment patterns. Our goal is to relieve joint fixation in order to restore nervous system function, while decreasing inflammation. This helps to create comfort, mobility and stability as it relates to spinal biomechanics.

Dr. Aaron Giddings
Dr. Aaron Giddings graduated Magna Cum Laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa in 2008. Before settling into practice at the Chiropractic Health and Wellness Clinic in Johnston, Dr. Giddings spend over a year practicing at Warren County Chiropractic in Indianola, one of the busiest practices in Warren County. Techniques he utilizes include Diversified, Gonstead, Thompson, Activator, Flexion-Distraction, and Toggle-Recoil. He also utilizes physiotherapy including electrical muscle stimulation, ultrasound, hydroculator packs, cryotherapy, mechanical traction as well as rehabilitation.

I had never gone to a chiropractor before, so I was a little nervous. Dr. Giddings and his staff went out of their ways to address any concerns I had and explained everything they were doing in a way I could understand. I appreciate the time and care they spent with me! Dr. Giddings is a wonderful chiropractor!

Dr Giddings is always so great to work with and he's been helping me with rib issues for some time now. I can also usually get in pretty quickly whenever I call! All the staff are great and I've never had a bad experience. Also special shout to Mollie, she's so sweet and great to talk with up at the front desk.

I've been to several chiropractors over the years and my visit today was hands down the best I've ever had. I was beyond impressed with the staff and Doctor Giddings. The whole process was explained to me and why certain things were done. I always felt like the other clinics I have visited were trying to sell me on their "wellness" plans, which might work well for some people but my life just doesn't allow me to do that. This clinic was very down to earth and I feel like I have a great plan going forward for my back pain.

I gave this clinic a 5 out of 5 stars. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and smiles from the front desk receptionist, both of which carried throughout the entire process. My chiropractor was AWSOME! he immediately made me feel comfortable and a lot better ( I was in so much pain) He was also open to questions and any follow-ups I had throughout my appointment. The building is easy to find and very clean. They have done an excellent job of reassuring me they care about their patience's health and wellness.

A great friendly professional atmosphere. Most of all, I had horrible pain when I went to the doctor. I couldn't find help anywhere. He gave me an adjustment on the first visit and I felt 10x better! Every time I miss an appointment and walk in, he helps me right away! He knows what he is doing and he's good and helping people walk out of his clinic feeling much better!

My teenage Son started here about 2 months ago with dislocated jaw, headaches due to jaw pain, popping in the jaw, and neck discomfort going 3 times a week. He has since improved tremendously with no popping at all and very few jaw locking at this point. I am extremely happy with this chiropractor and started to see him myself last week for lower back and neck pain.
I can tell a difference in just 2 visits. I highly recommend him for Chiropractic treatment. We are always greeted by Casandra when we enter. She's so friendly and very Welcoming!

On the first day I called, Ms.Peggy offered to stay late to make sure I got help that I needed. When I first walked into the office I was greeted kindly by Peggy(she's hilarious), she made me feel very welcomed and talked me through the paperwork. Dr. Giddings was awesome and did a couple of examinations and found the problem. I was not talked into any more appointments others than a follow up. I came back for my follow up and it was short and sweet! This clinic is awesome and I definitely will be returning if I have anymore issues! I recommend it to anyone in the area!

There were NO hidden costs or fees, just honesty!!! Very reasonable and I didn’t have to take out a loan to see the Dr. for an adjustment. The Dr. truly cares for his patients and was very helpful with removing my pain. I highly recommend this place and will come back. My insurance doesn’t cover this and I had to pay out of pocket, and to me they cared more about your health then making money!! They also support the military and that is important to me too.
