Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value One of the most predatory companies that exist. They coach their doctors to read from a script and sell the same care plan to every single patient regardless of what they need. Literally no focus on clinical outcomes and 100% focus on how to grift the most money out of a person.

We have been with Integrity Doctors for 10 years. They have grown us personally and professionally, from the single start up clinic with no money to now owning 4 clinics and collecting 100,000 to over a million. This company genuinely cares for the chiropractic patient, profession and teams. Thank you ID coaches and company!

Bottom line is you get out what you put in. I never fully got on board with what Integrity wanted me to do, and I did not see a ton of growth when I was a coaching client with them. But that was on me. I met many, many docs who were doing very well with their system. If you're willing to do it their way, you can succeed with them.

I've been with Integrity Doctors for nearly 13 years. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I love the consistent, ethical approach to patient education. I love the business guidance they give me and that they've never, in 13 years, tried to tell me how to care for my patients. They took me from 1 failing office to 3 thriving offices and never once did I doubt the mission & purpose behind what we were doing. My only regret is that I struggled through several years of practice that were unnecessary. I wish I'd have hired ID directly after graduation.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I've been an associate at 2 young clinics that use them, I have quit both because the story is the same. The owner starts out ethical and science based. They start out providing excellent care, but then they are corrupted by greed. We start forcing patients through the doors in 3-5 minute intervals the goal becomes about money rather than patients and then I can't talk to anyone else in the medical field because 3-5 minute appointments is a laughable excuse for fake therapy.

Not to mention every one of there "genius" marketing strategies have typically been used for more than a couple years before they "come up with it". They remind me of my mother selling Party Lite candles when I was a kid. In response to the owner: I felt the need to respond because after having a NP come into my office and being overjoyed and stunned.

Because their new DC spent 30mins treating them rather than throw them on the table and throw them out the door. I'm leaving a review in the hopes that any young DCs who are thinking of using Integrity might read this and discover that you can thrive providing science based care to patients.

Integrity coaching has done two major things for my career. 1. They showed me how to set up the structure of the practice. They taught me how to manage an office, how to communicate complex and often misunderstood chiropractic ideas to patients, and how to market my office to my community in a consistent manor. 2. They keep me focused on why I'm doing this in the first place. They help me keep driving to grow my practice for my communities sake. Integrity pulls me back on track when I start to get lazy or unfocused!

I have been a client for over 7 years. IDs is constantly updating and improving with best business practices. Since joining I've been able to communicate a clear vision, purpose, and dream to inspire my patients and staff to help improve the health or my community. IDs has helped me increase revenue by almost 4x through their system and passion. There are no gimmicks or fad tricks here!
