After years of putting it off I had my first ever chiropractor appointment with Dr Ousey. She said I might feel some soreness the next day but it was the opposite. I felt immediate pain relief and have been walking taller ever since. I'm even sleeping better. When I left the appointment I had to adjust my mirrors in the car because I was sitting taller right away. I'll be back. Highly recommend!

Dr Ousley was able to get me in for a same day appointment on a Saturday! I was in so much pain and needed to be seen right away. I messaged lots of chiropractic offices, she responded quickly and was able to squeeze me in. Her approach was very gentle and she helped me tremendously. I would definitely recommend this office for chiropractic care.

I feel obligated to write this review, and so should everyone else who's she's helped. I was suffering from lower back injury I got during a gym session workout back in 2018 and I've been dealing with sharp shooting pain periodically from 2018 til now, 2021. After one visit to Dr. Ousley, I immediately started feeling the positive impact of her alignment.

I just recently went in for my 3rd visit and I can say that I am for the most part, pain free. And with that, I'd highly recommend her to anyone looking for a chiropractor! Thank you Dr. Ousley!

I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Dimond Chiropractic! Dr. Ousley is so helpful, attentive, and great at what she does. I first came to her because I was having increasingly severe low back pain and after just one session it felt 95% better. I've also had a couple of massages from Kimberly and OH MY GOODNESS they are the best I've had in my life, plus her prices are affordable which is amazing. I've been going to them for the last two years while living in the neighborhood and as I move to SoCal I hope I find someone as good because I have high standards now!

I've seen many chiropractors in oakland and most charge between $60-$80. Many are too quick with their sessions and you wonder what you're even paying for. Some like to bull sh*t and just do little adjustments, such as cracking your toes. Others do "communal adjustments" in one big room with no privacy between patients. Which is why i LOVE Dr Carrie Ousley at Dimond Chiropractic Clinic on Fruitvale.

Aside from her genuine caring personality, the costs are incredibly jaw droppingly low, the office is clean and tasteful, you get your own room, and she is thorough and takes her time.

Absolutely the BEST! She fixed my back issues within 2 appointments! I literally tell everyone I know to come here! I've done acupuncture and massages but the only thing that has helped is getting adjusted here. Forever grateful for the great service!

Dr Carrie, is a great doctor and she has a beautiful spirit. She's personal and really cares about her clients. Her adjustments are relaxing and on point.

Dr Ousley is literally the BEST! I've gone to a few chiropractors in the past but was never provided the proper care. I thought I would be sitting in a room getting inferential treatment and left alone but that was not the case. She listened to my concerns and adjusted my body accordingly, literally changed my life! I was referred from my boyfriend and let me say my back was already killing me for the past year or so maybe even more. but I noticed he had some issues with his leg up to his back which was concerning and he was able to see Dr. Ousley I'm sorry if I spelled it wrong. but my first appointment was great! I had a warm welcoming from the front office and the Dr herself.

She noticed a lot of tense spots which I recall having prior to this appointment. She gave me some tips if I was to notice that I'm slouching and since then I've been doing this rolling movement. But so far I'm happy with my visits! Thank you Dr. Ousley!

I was and am scared of chiropractic adjustments but Dr. O is so great and competent I went to her for a few years after my car accident. Definitely recommend her.

Dr. Ousley was able to completely revitalize my upper back after years of pain. Now I go for regular tune-ups as needed. She has magical hands.

This review update was due maybe two years ago. Since my visit, I have been going to Dr. Ousley for pain in the neck when I wake up from sleeping wrong or when motherhood gets the better of my back. But the biggest save of all was two years ago, my mother was told by her physician that her neck pain will require major neck surgery. I suggested her to get a second opinion from Dr. Ousley and after 4 visits, my mom's neck was much better. Two years later, her neck is still great! I cant thank Dr. Ousley enough!

I had never had chiro before and was somewhat skeptical. Not anymore! I have had massage, somatics, yoga and accupuncture, I finally got relief from Dr Ousley.

I love Dr. Ousley, I went here on a whim after i got into a car accident. She was very patient w/ my husband and I since we were new to treatment for a back issue. After my insurance paid my bill, I kept on going to her. She is great.

Dr. Ousley is a healer. I had a knot on my tail bone golf ball size and extremely painful to move after an accident. She is the go-to-girl for Chiropractic care!

I've been coming here the past year. My first appointment took a little longer because she did an assessment. It's my first time ever going to a chiropractor. I'm always able to make an appointment within the week. & always in and out quickly. She is very warm and friendly. Most importantly I leave feeling so much better than when I came in.

I started coming for my sciatic pain. And now go for monthly adjustments. As a makeup artist who's always on her toes and reaching towards people's faces, my back pays for it. Also, I haven't had sciatic pain ever since!

When I lived in Fruitvale, I came to Carrie for my C and T issues in my back. As a graduate student, I could only sit for about an hour at a time due to my T's, and I'd get almost daily headaches to migraines (varied in intensity) due to my C's. As someone beginning in the professional world, whilst struggling through the most difficult part of an MA program, I needed a chiropractor that understood my needs, and customized accordingly; and Carrie was able to do that.

Her rates are affordable, and takes most insurance. For my girlfriend she even created a customized-reduced payment plan since my girlfriend couldn't afford the market rate. Carrie cares about the service she provides, and cares about her client's health. Unfortunately, my experiences before finding Carrie, and after moving, have been horrific.

The drama, debate, and skepticism around chiropractics are fair, because many, MANY chiropractors are neglectful and abusive, churning in clients as rapidly as possible, whilst never engaging with the client as to their condition. I actually get more headaches and migraines now (while seeing a chiropractor) than before I started seeing one, because of how haphazard many chiropractors unfortunately are. Carrie, on the other hand, was the most patient, engaging, and effective Chiropractor I've EVER had!

So much so, that I'm considering commuting from Sonoma to Oakland to see her, because I cannot find a good chiropractor that takes my insurance. I'd recommend Carrie to anyone. She's engaging, caring, and effective. She's a great person, and a great chiropractor.

I found Dr. Ousley's practice through my Kaiser website. I was experiencing tingling in my mid back and persistent hip pain. Dr. Ousley was prompt in replying to my email requesting an appointment, and her staff was friendly and had a variety of times that worked well with my schedule. At my first appointment, Dr. Ousley located the source of the issue quickly, and provided follow up advice that worked well.

I saw her two times a week for a couple weeks, then once a week, and now monthly. Her adjustments hold well and she is very adept and kind with my body. I appreciate how Dr. Ousley explains the work she is doing and what she needs to do. Recently she did work on my neck, which we haven't done before. She explained the sounds and sensations I would feel since this was a new area.

While my body is healing well and feeling incredibly better, I plan to visit her monthly from here on out to keep it that way. So glad to find a reliable and accessible practice in my area.

Helpful, encouraging, smart and helpful techniques to improve the body. I came to Dimond Chiropractic for a host of issues. So far, we are making awesome progress during each visit but you have to do the work in between visits to get the biggest reward. Awesome staff, great chiropractor, I go often now.

Dr. Ousley is a very skillful chiropractor! I've been here many years ago and I would ocassionally ocassionally make a visit here when I feel the need to. From my first car accident, I had a missing alignment in my neck and Dr. Ousley has taken good care of me. She does not have a massage chair/bed like some chiropractic offices because her hands herself can do a much better job.

I can tell that Dr. Ousley knows exactly what she is doing, how to care and treat any particular issues that you may have with your spine. She is very gentle, which makes you trust her and feel comfortable. I would highly reccomend a visit to Dr. Ouskey if you feel your back is "out" or neck is tensed. You will not be disappointed!

My wife and I go on a regular basis and Carrie takes great care of us! She's very easy going, has super flexible hours and is priced very well. In fact, if you have 4 visits in a 30 day period, the 4th is free! Give her a try - you will be thankful you did! John & Carol

I am a new patient of Carrie's. I went to her for two back issues. 1) had bothered me for a few years and 2) was caused by a recent illness with extreme coughing. After just two treatments my back is almost back to my original healthy self. I am telling everyone how amazing Carrie is!
