I saw this Chiropractor Dr. Sahara about 15 years ago in Pasadena; he appeared not too competent and rather arrogant and self-interested in himself; he was constantly bragging about his awards and his new car; his mother was his office manager; he was offering a free consultation and interview at that time because he had a very small office in run down office building; his tiny office was next to the building's ground floor restroom so you can hear the toilet flushing when you saw him; he was marketing free one hour consultations; so I made an appointment and we talked for about one hour; he did not really do anything but talk to me; there was no physical therapy or any type of hands on treatment done at all; most of the hour Dr. Sahara spent talking about himself and his chiropractic office and his awards and his achievements; I think perhaps 25 percent of the consultation he actually let me talk about myself and my questions for him; his bedside manner on a scale of 1 to 10 is about a 1.50.his competence appears to be about a 2.00 as did not answer any of my chiropractic questions at all;.he even tried to charge me for the one hour free consultation at the end of our brief meeting.

I did a few back to back sessions in the hyperbaric oxygen chamber. It was great. The office staff was always friendly and I recommend it highly for recovery from any physical injury.

I had never tried HBOT before and wanted to give it a go to help with managing persistent post-concussive symptoms from my last mTBI/concussion in June 2019. The facility was nice and clean and the staff working that day, Ritz, was extremely helpful and hospitable. She welcomed me and walked me through the process in detail and even thanked me for sharing my story with her. I can tell that this clinic cares for their clients! I have been going to Sahara Clinic for HBOT and then for appointments with Dr. Sahara to help my narcolepsy and general health issues. Both have been incredibly beneficial but with Dr. Sahara the results have been even more rapid. I have seen several doctors (medical and holistic) and have had a wealth of medical troubles that seemed to be "incurable" by most doctors.

After only 2 appointments with Dr. Sahara, I am feeling better than I ever have before and have been able to go off 2 of my 3 medications (something that couldn't have been possible before based on my symptom severity). As a chiropractor for the last 2 decades, I have been to A LOT of other chiropractors for treatment. As doctors we are not supposed to treat our families as it is very difficult to remain truly objective with our loved ones. I met Dr. Sahara at a chiropractic seminar and decided to trust him for my 14-year-old daughter's right knee injury from her Brazilian jujitsu training.

My daughter was examined by a physical therapist previously but the level of detail that Dr. Sahara is able to go into terms of deficiencies in hydration, diet, & soft tissue injury was nothing short of amazing. I wife and I were so impressed that we both signed up for his earliest appointments for treatment of injuries from our sports. His office is super busy but we were able to make appointments for our initial consultations for just two weeks ahead. We very much look forward to getting our family fixed up with Dr. Sahara. So I had a TBI(traumatic brain injury) 10' car accident, went through rehabilitation, & found meetup Group, ppl wit TBI to talk about our issues. Then down the line discover Hyperbaric Chamber, it helps out people with TBI so I gave it a try, feels relaxing, helps sleeping better. Great facility, staff was kin & knowledgeable so was Dr. Sahara, overall a great experience I would recommend people with TBI, athletes & other physical needs. Note:Only downside to this facility is that it's in Pasadena so either look for parking meter or be prepared to pay $5 but in my case I had no choice cos I purchase 5 one hr session for Hyperbaric chamber so it is what

Love this place! I had surgery and it was so hard for me to move around but the oxygen therapy helped me so much. Valerie was so sweet and patient with me throughout my healing. I haven't had a chance to meet with the doctor yet but the energy there is amazing.

Ok, so I have had many issues over the years that accumulated and effected me mentally and physically. Im very grateful I discovered Dr. Sahara! The pain i was having in my chest was so bad it felt like i was having a heart attack 24/7. I dont have insurance, so I almost gave in and was planning on getting surgery for a hiatal hernia in tijuana that dr mascareno down there in hospital angeles wanted to charge me 8grand to pull my stomach down out of my esophogus.

I was referred over to Dr. Sahara by Dr. Giancarlo Licata (Thank you Dr Licata!) Every time I come see Dr Sahara I know I'll sleep like a baby at night because of the much needed adjustment I get. I have been having health issues (physical, emotional and mental) for about a year. I went to general physicians and would get the usual prescribed drugs and would feel helpless when they wouldn't work. A friend told me about the Sahara clinic and everytime I walked out of there, I felt confident I was on the right track. I would walk out with a game plan, had an outlet to get questions answered at anytime and would get great feedback about the adjustments I needed to make in my life and training. There's a saying, "You don't have to know how a chair is made to know if it's comfortable." And that's what I think, when I think of my experience with Dr. Sahara. At the onset I was very unfamiliar with his patient approach-honestly, at times he had me wondering, but there's no arguing the obvious. When I began with Dr. Sahara the stress in my life had taken a great toll.

Of note was my extremely high blood pressure, that even with medication was difficult to control. 3 months after my first treatment my blood pressure was down. By 6 months and with a reduction of medication to half, it was down nearly 35 points to 131/72. By the time of my fourth treatment I was completely off prescription medication with a normal blood pressure of 120/74.

I had other positive results as well, but I can't tell you how big my smile was when I realized that this very life threatening problem had been overcome. I'm smiling as I write this!

I really felt comfortable with dr Sahara. He asked questions of what was the reason why I was seeing him. He assessed my situation and went to work diagnosing what was wrong, misaligned and needed adjusting. He suggested that I follow a diet that he will have sent to me to assist with the healing process. During my adjustment he asked me about having certain symptoms and I was like wow how did you know that?! Amazing, he knows his stuff and he brings his A game full on!

He went to work for about a good hour and after that, he had me walk down the hall a few times to see how I felt and each time he'd make a minor adjustment until it was time to go. Amazing! Doc is a true healer and life changer! I came into check out the oxygen chamber then after a health talk decided to check out this healing people were talking about. He does so many healing technologies I don't know how to explain it all but I do know what he's doing and how he trained me to eat even cleaner than I already was is truly amazing.

Love hyperbaric oxygen chamber therapy! I feel like I'm walking on clouds afterwards! Post knee and shoulder surgery I'm still dealing with a lot of pain and HBOT definitely helps! My dad thought it was a gimmick until he read up and saw my improvements first hand! If you're skeptical read up and try it out you won't be disappointed!

Dr. Sahara is great! My son Evan is a baseball player and hurt his throwing arm. Dr. Sahara treated him twice and is arm felt better after the first visit. Evan really liked Dr. Sahara and looks forward to his visits. We highly recommend his services!

I sought out the Sahara clinic because of Dr. Sahara's reviews and because he practices some of the modalities I have come to appreciate. But, after a maddening 5 minutes on the phone trying to make my first appointment, I won't be going. The receptionist literally wouldn't stop trying to sell me a holiday package, which included a seminar, despite the fact that I told her at least 6 times that I was not interested and did not have time.

Nothing could get her off of this sales pitch. I can't go to a place where the receptionist is either this clueless or this disrespectful of my time. Like many of you, I am a very busy professional, and my time and wishes matter to me. Please let me know when you have a new receptionist, and I'll be happy to come back.

To say Dr. Sahara is a chiropractor is to minimize what he does. He literally "reads" your body and lets it guide the adjustments and treatments. I came to him with a painful right arm that I could barely move -- so inflamed it was impeding my ability to drive or lift even light things. He helped change my eating and, with his guidance and treatments, the inflammation gradually receded, and the arm is normal and perfectly mobile. There were tons of side benefits along the way, too. I continue to see him because it just makes sense.

Best place for hyperbaric oxygen chamber. Dr. Sahara's chamber, laser accupuncture and body detoxification is state of the art! He is a great alternative to traditional medicine.
