Went to this locations a few times and i felt like they did nothing to help much. When the adjustment was done it was by some hand machine which did noting, and the adjustments were poor effort. the only effort i got from this office is when they asked the bill to be paid. i wont be back

Even though I arrived thirty minutes early, I was worked right in with no waiting! This is not unusual for Dr. Thomas' office staff. Thankfully I don't have to visit Dr Thomas often however, when life happens he is my go to guy! Today I lifted something heavier than I should and my back was in immense pain. I moved away from St. Pete 3 years ago, and I still miss Dr. Bond's office! He is very personable and caring. I always went in at the first sign of a headache or any aches and pains, and left the office feeling like a new person. I saw him throughout my pregnancy, and his work on my lower back and neck/shoulders made such a difference. Please consider moving your office to New Tampa so I can come in for regular adjustments again!;

Dr. Thomas is one of the most thorough, caring people I have ever known. He was there on the day after Thanksgiving when I needed a chiropractor. He has helped me enormously and my back is in better condition than ever. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Bond is an absolute magician. I was unable to walk and fell to the floor without being able to move for about 20 min. My back kept locking up throughout the remainder of the day every time I sat or tried to lay down. When the spasms got so bad that I was unable to get up again, I made an emergency appointment. Upon arriving at the office I was greeted by the amazing staff who immediately recognized how much pain I was in. Dr Bond treated me shortly after and I was able to walk again, sit and lay down as well as get up without any locking or spasms. It's a pleasure to continue to be treated by a Dr that actually cares more about your well being than price it cost to get there.

Two different falls pulled muscles, slipped discs, and caused a lot of pain. I was told I would need surgery. That was several years ago. Two people recommended Dr Bond Thomas when I threw out my back picking up a box of heavy tile flooring. I was very impressed when I first walked in the door, new, clean, organized and greeted by a friend person. I noticed everyone wore a mask as well as a person was going around sanitizing chairs, counter, tables and water cooler. They are very thorough in keeping everything sanitized.

I was immediately greeted by the doctor who was outstanding at making me feel at home. He was a very good listener to understand my pain. He then took X-Rays followed up by treatment that allowed for immediate relief. He also Recommeded CBD cream. He had three strengths available. He has available one of the strongest strengths which has helped with the pain. I reapplied the cream before back and it provided relief so I could get sleep. He now has me on a program to get me on the road to recovery.

Courteous and well mannered staff that are always in great spirits. I have been going her for 4 months continuously due to being the victim of a car accident. Dr Thomas and his staff are amazing! As a triathlete, I push my body to the limits, racing for hours. After years of swimming, biking and running, I finally decided to go see a chiropractor. And did I ever go to the right one. After my evaluation and X-rays, I could clearly see why I could barely turn my head to the right, why it hurt to bend all the way down and why my right shoulder was a lot lower than my left. Dr Thomas and his staff gave me different options I could choose.

I went for the big package, because the program they offer allowed me to get the treatment I wanted, not just what i could afford, since my insurance would not cover my treatments. It has saved me around $500 so far. After being treated, I noticed my swim times getting faster because I could stretch out further and grab more water. Now, when i get off my bike, I can actually turn my head without having to turn my whole body to see behind me.

As for my running, I have set a new PR (Personal Record) on two of my training runs and am able to run further without any pain. Dr. Thomas is also working on my nutrition, which has been very helpful and giving me more energy and alertness. I also had my first massage the other day and it was one, if not the best, massage I have had. For $49, you cannot beat it, then you join their massage club and they are only $39 for the rest of the month! Great Doctor, Great Staff, Great Prices and a place I highly recommend!

Dr. Thomas has helped eliminate my lower back pain. I used to get back pain after long days standing or sitting at my desk. I went in to get evaluated and he took X-rays right there in the office. During my examination he showed me how my lower spine was out of line and curved to one direction. He suggested a 3 day a week therapy schedule. I am now 3 weeks into my therapy and I no longer experience the pain I once did daily.

The icing on the cake was how great I felt after the long car drive I took over the past weekend, usually this would end in pain and achiness. Additionally the staff is kind and friendly and welcomes you by name whenever you enter the office.
