I began my career in health care as a pharmacist. After graduating from pharmacy school at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana and working as a pharmacist, my outlook on life was transformed when a friend suggested I visit a chiropractor to improve my asthma related breathing problems and left shoulder pain.
I have been getting adjusted from there for years. It helps keep allergies and headaches from my atlas at bay not to mention my wacky hips in place. They are very flexible with insurance and payments. They also have Care Credit which can spread out your payments throughout the year. I like Dr. Chris, Dr. Danielle, and Dr. Erika.

Pay attention to the reviews with fewer stars, there's ALOT of truth in them. I gave this doctor two stars because he was better than my previous chiropractor. I went to Hood Chiropractic after receiving a promo eval and follow up visit. This is actually more of a dog and pony show than therapy. The eval takes you through several steps and seems authentic but in the end turns out to just be part of their sales pitch.
On the second visit, you actually visit the chiropractor. Like a previous reviewer stated, he's very charming and well spoken and will try to relate. His very brief adjustment will "wow" you with some cracking of your back, and then they'll try to get you to sign up for 16-20 VISITS. After speaking with a friend in another state that is a very trusted chiropractor, he very clearly stated that these are the types to beware of, the type that wants you to pay up front or buy some sort of package.
They are making money off of your funds by having it sit in their account and gain interest. Why pay for service you have not received, or may not need? The chiropractor also tries to sell you the advantage of whatever you spend at his facility going towards your insurance deductible, since your insurance is likely not taken (which isn't all that uncommon).
Don't be fooled by the flash. The supplements (I'm 99% sure this was a part of an MLM, aka pyramid scheme) for sale at the front door should have been a dead giveaway. Look for a chiropractor with an A.R.T. certification, they'll get you adjusted in far fewer visits than any other chiro out there. Do NOT go to Hood Chiropractic. EDIT: I should note that after finding another chiropractor, my pain was fixed in 3-5 visits. Not 16-20. And I paid per visit, not thousands up front. Review changed from 2 to 1 star.

Excellent chiropractic practice! Friendly, efficient & never have to wait long. The doctors explain your x-rays in detail & teach classes every Tuesday evening so you can learn exercises to help your condition & healthy living in general. I just started recently and my neck is already more flexible than when I 1st arrived.

Been to a couple offices in my life. this is the best one yet. It's not run like a clinic like some other chiropractic practices. They also have health and wellness workshops a few times a month that are jammed packed with gems and great info to improve health and lifestyle. I've improved dramatically in the short time that i've been coming here. Friendly team with authentic desire to help improve your quality of life

Dr. Chris gave me my life back! Prior to visiting this practice, I had extensive medical challenges spanning over a decade of my life, all pointing towards adrenal system fatigue. Dr. Chris thoroughly evaluated my medical issues, came up with a treatment plan, and addressed EVERY. SINGLE. ISSUE. I still get adjusted regularly, and have not had any adrenal problems since going there. Dr. Chris, his wife Dr. Danielle, and their associate Dr. Freddy all gave me adjustments throughout both of my pregnancies and it helped immensely.
I've brought both of my children to them since birth, and my husband and mother-in-law get adjusted regularly as well. It helps my mother-in-law with her hip problems and my husband with his sciatica. When we enter the office, we do exercises and then wait to get adjusted. Even with multiple people in my family being checked, we rarely have to wait for more than 5 minutes.
The office staff are very friendly and keep an eye on my children while I am getting adjusted. They are very professional and I look forward to my visits! Everyone at this practice is AMAZING and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone looking for superior chiropractic care!

Amazing group of Chiropractors and office staff. You immediately feel like part of the tribe when you walk in and energetically get a positive spiritual boost. I have been going for several months and they have helped heal painful spots on my spine, neck and back from sitting at work and working out! So thankful for the healing!
